Purchased our 30" double wall oven in summer of 2014 while building our house, but didn't start using the ovens until May 2015. While self cleaning the bottom oven this week, the cooling fan went out soon followed by the electronic display. Haven't been using the ovens 4 years and it's already inoperable. 2 days later still waiting on Maytag repair service to schedule a repair. Made in Tennessee or not, Im done with Maytag.

Only bought this a month ago. Product looked the part, runs very quietly and being backed by Maytag is a huge plus. Only negative so far is the bake oven has only a top element so it takes a while to warm to cooking temperature.

We just had this oven installed in a new home. There is so much heat coming from the vent under the bottom oven that i have to turn my air down and ceiling fans on to cook more than 10 minutes in the bottom oven. Also while the oven door stays completely cool for my grandbabies hands, the vent is piping hot as is the cabinet drawer, and contents, under it. Maytag has arranged for repair people twice but the response is that it seems to work as designed. Serious flaw. I will not be cooking many turkey dinners.

I think I'm going to love it in the long run. My reason for not giving a 5 star rating is based on the fact that it came with a faulty convection motor. It had to be replaced because it literally screamed when turned on. I received quick service to replace the motor. I look forward to putting the oven to work. I love to cook big meals and bake desserts!

The manual says that even when NOT using convection feature.....the fan will run to ensure more balanced heating. What it doesn't say is that it is LOUD and ANNOYING the entire time you're baking, with no option to silence the fan. I HAVE NEVER HAD AN OVEN WHICH ANNOYS ME SO MUCH WHILE IT IS IN USE..UNLESS I LEAVE THE ROOM!
