Cycle interrupted by errors and support was aweful

The new dishwasher repeatedly interrupted the entire cycle producing error messages complaining there wasnt sufficient rinsing agent in the dispenser even though the dispenser was full. When I called LG support to ask for help or repair on this issue I was treated terribly by some very unfriendly and disrespectful agents more than one so it wasnt an isolated incident. There seems to be a culture/attitude issue with their support personnel. Because of this I vowed to never buy another LG product again. If I have trouble with a product and require support I expect to be treated respectfully and with true concern for my problem instead of blowing me off with impatience. If you truly value this feedback take heed in what I am reporting and fix your support problems.

Great looking? Yes Great Price? Yes. However I purchased this dishwasher and was never informed I needed to purchase an additional rinse aid FOR THE LIFE OF THE DISHWASHER which ends up being hundreds and hundreds of dollars in extra expense until after I got it installed. If you dont use a rinse aid AND run the hot water in your kitchen sink BEFORE you do a load your dishes wont dry Isnt that crazy?? That should be disclosed at the point of sale. Calling LG customer service is beyond disappointing. They were purposely unhelpful and didnt really stand behind their product.

Ive had this machine for a couple months. In most cycles it drains every couple minutes and refills. In turbo cycle it drains less frequently but still seems to happen more often than necessary. Planning to submit the issue under the manufacturers warranty but have not had the time to deal with it yet .

Only a month old so not used to it yet. Cleans pretty well but had 2 still dirty dishes last use. Maybe they were positioned wrong. Nice and quiet though..i like that. I dont like that when I go to add dishes sometimes I turn it on Handle is a little touchy. Silverware holder takes up a lot of room. Otherwise I am very happy with my purchase.
