Do you offer free shipping?

Do you offer installation services?

We offer professional installation with delivery to any address we ship to. All installations are connection to existing lines only — no modifications. Pricing varies by appliance type: washer ($89), dryer ($99), refrigerator water line ($89), dishwasher ($199), electric oven ($199), microwave ($179), and grill assembly ($199).

Can you haul away my old appliance?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer haul-away service for $39 per appliance. The old appliance must be disconnected prior to delivery unless you also purchase installation service, in which case our team will disconnect it. Haul-away is available with delivery to any address we ship to.

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unopened packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or our error. Please call us at (732) 426-0990 to initiate a return — all returns require a Return Authorization number.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through Authorize.net. All transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL.

How long does delivery take?

For the NJ/NY metro area, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. For nationwide delivery, expect 7–14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability and your location.

Do your products come with a warranty?

All products include the manufacturer's warranty. We also offer Allstate protection plans (2-year, 3-year, and 5-year options) that you can add when placing an item in your cart. Protection plans run from your date of purchase, concurrent with the manufacturer's warranty.

What if my appliance arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Take photos of the damage and keep all packaging materials — the carrier may need to inspect them. We'll work with the carrier to arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled at no charge if the product hasn't shipped yet. Once an order ships, the standard return policy applies. Call us as soon as possible at (732) 426-0990 if you need to cancel.

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

We currently ship to the continental United States only. We cannot ship directly to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations. However, we can ship to freight forwarders within the continental US.
