All prices displayed on the Site are in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly. Product availability is subject to change and we may limit quantities.

3. Orders & Payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when the product ships.

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. All Make Appliance is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. All Make Appliance is not responsible for any warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. All products are sold with the manufacturer's warranty only. For any and all warranty claims, service, or coverage inquiries, please contact the product manufacturer directly. All Make Appliance acts solely as a retailer and does not provide, administer, or guarantee any product warranties. Extended warranty plans, if purchased, are subject to the terms of the third-party warranty provider.
