Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unopened packaging and in new, unused condition. The product must include all original accessories, manuals, and parts. To initiate a return, please call us at (732) 426-0990 before shipping anything back — we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 25% of the product price applies to all returns. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the product. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. For items shipped via freight, return shipping can be significant — please contact us for a shipping estimate before initiating a return.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Take photographs of the damage and the packaging, and do not discard the packaging or shipping materials — the carrier may require inspection.

For defective products, we will work with the manufacturer to arrange a replacement or repair under the manufacturer's warranty. If the product is damaged in transit, we will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: products that have been installed, connected, or used; products without original packaging; special-order or custom-configured items; products returned without a Return Authorization number; and products returned after the 30-day return window.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The refund amount will be the product price minus any applicable restocking fee and return shipping costs. Extended warranty fees, installation fees, and haul-away fees are non-refundable once the service has been performed.

Warranties

All Make Appliance is not responsible for any warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. All products are sold with the manufacturer's warranty only. For any and all warranty claims, service, or coverage inquiries, please contact the product manufacturer directly. All Make Appliance acts solely as a retailer and does not provide, administer, or guarantee any product warranties.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different model, please contact us. Exchanges are handled as a return and a new order. The return policy above applies to the original product.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at no charge if the product has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, the standard return policy applies. Please call us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
