• So far so good, we like this cooktop. It replaced a Bosch which was always a problem, shut down every time water spilled on surface. And was all touch buttons, which is annoying . This one has knobs which can easily be adjusted in whatever increments you desire . And liquid spills does not shut down the burners. It’s stainless and looks good and is cheaper too.

• This cooktop replaced our previous cooktop, which had a broken glasstop. Customer Service helped me find a matching cooktop with similar specifications as the broken one. Delivery came same date as requested, and I was notified prior to arrival. Setup was quick and cook top worked better than our previous one.

• I got the JEP5030STSS as a replacement for a 20 years old GE profile that it would cost too much to repair. This one has the five burner which I liked. I also like how the large burner is in the middle so all the steam from cooking get exhaust with the fan above it.

• I am very pleased with my GE electric stovetop this far. I replaced a similar older model that also worked great, but i broke the glass! This model with a metal outer frame looks great and will hopefully hold up better, though I promised it I will not use a meat mallet anywhere close to it ever again!

• I may first I was Leary with knobs being in the center like they are, but it actually doesn’t bother me while I’m cooking. The stove is great. Easy to clean and looks modern.

• Very nice fit in our kitchen as matches the black & stainless appliances & has a nice sleek look. Even though we don't have kids, appreciate the knobs must be pushed down to engage the burners. Love the versatile burner modes too. Pretty design.

• Sleek looking cooktop that cleans easily and heats evenly! I love the power boil on my back burner. It is great especially when I make pasta or am boiling corn on the cob for our family barbecues. GE makes quality products that I have come to expect throughout the years I have owned them.

• This was a replacement for a 4 burner GE stovetop. Fit perfectly in same opening and no additional countertop work was needed. Love the knobs and small burner big burner options. Love the 5 burners.

• I haven't had a chance to use or clean the cooktop enough to know all those details but I sure do love the look! It seems like it will be easy to work with.

• The days of drips and spills in the drip tray and the unit housing are gone! The glass cooktop is so much better looking than my old coil unit. The elements heat up so fast and the power boil feature is amazing. The five heating units streamline cooking time so much. I love the look of the dark glass combined with the stainless steel.
