No bells or whistles. Since this is a commercial range, it works very well, but has no extras. There are no timers or clocks. I do like that. It has a simmer spot on the burners that works great. However, it does not have a high boil or fast boil burner. Also, even though it’s 36 inches wide it’s not very deep.

We bought this to replace another, smaller range that was failing. We have tried repeatedly to get the right opening size from the documentation. One says 34 11/16. Another says 35 3/4. Yet the website says 35.875. None of these are the same and it makes knowing the opening size impossible. Someone needs to make up their mind on the width of this thing. We also find that the range itself is available within a week of ordering. But the modified handles are months out. The installer keeps asking if we want to wait. We've decided to just replace the handles ourselves IF the handles ever arrive. Gold shows they are available, but the store can't get them. Fingers crossed this appliance itself actually works better than the frustration we've been through just getting it. Our KitchenAid fridge has been great, the dishwasher died after 5 years, but the Samsung range we are replacing has been the most frustrating of all. Still a bit shocked that a $9000 range does't have a timer for the oven. ??!!!

After we first got it, we tried every cycle and the worked. I used the oven ONE time to heat up bread. Next time I tried to use it, it doesn't heat. Burners are great, looks great... Calling KitchenAid tomorrow
