• I absolutely love this stove. It cooks beautifully and preforms so well. I love the options of different styles of cooking and baking. I love that it has a big burner for large pots. I would totally recommend this to others. It’s everything I needed and more.

• I was so excited to receive this stove. It fits perfectly.Love the look and the oven. It seems not as deep as my old one. Powerful and very versatile cooktop - has a center 2 in 1 burner perfect for a griddle. The advanced features are excellent- WiFi connectivity, Steam bake, Air Fry, Fresh Pizza; Air Bake. Easy to clean, stainless still, fingerprint resistant. So far I have noticed that the burners run on higher settings and it hard to do slow simmer. Not sure if this can be adjusted. As every new appliances it takes time to try every feature. I am up to the challenge and looking forward trying all of them.so far this stove has shown to be reliable. No complaints.

• The Kitchen Aid 5.0 Cu. Ft. Smart Slide-in Gas Range with Convection Cooking Modes & 2 in 1 burner is amazing! When cooking on the stovetop, nothing burns because the heat is very even throughout. My son also made candied yams in the oven and they came out perfect so I know the heat is perfectly even there as well. One of the most mind blowing functions that I love is you can control things through your phone with wi-fi. If I am getting out of work a few minutes late, I can open my app and start to pre-heat my oven as I am on my way home! This is such a helpful feature for busy mom. I have found zero faults with this oven. I would recommend this to everyone because you will fall in love just as quickly as I have.

• I couldn’t imagine a better time to test out this new KitchenAid gas range than the most important cooking holiday of the year, Thanksgiving. This stove was put through its paces by baking multiple items, including the all-important turkey, and having several items on the range cooking at different temperatures at one time. I continue to be impressed by the ease of use, with rapid lighting of the pilot light, the even heat distribution, and the sleekness in my kitchen. The controls at the front of the range make it easier to teach my 8-year-old daughter to cook alongside me, which is a bonus I wasn’t expecting. I’m very pleased with the new addition, which has elevated the look of my kitchen. The only issue I have is a false promise in the manual packet for a free griddle upon registration of the product. (Apparently that is only available for some but not all ranges, despite being included in the packaging and having no delineation of products not included on the offer form. Customer service leaves something to be desired in that regard.) Despite that, I look forward to many more meals with this beautiful new range.

• I’ve been using for about a month. I love the color for my new kitchen remodel. I even found the brass knobs to swap out. The burners click in fast. I like the steam tray for the oven. Only issue I had was the front glass had slipped during shipping and then the repair person broke the glass. We could not find a replacement but Best Buy said the model number was different for the glass (?), so they just replaced the whole unit.

• We bought this about a month ago and it's been great so far. We were replacing a 24 year old KitchenAid range whose time had finally come. Everything works as expected; heats quickly, controls are clear and easy to navigate. The air-fry feature works well albeit a little slower than our countertop fryer. We're loving the look as well - clean and both modern and classic at the same time.

• Initially, I was elated to test and review this KitchenAid gas range. Once installed, all of the burners worked, and things seemed great overall. However, I quickly discovered that the oven will not heat up beyond 150*. I’d already gotten rid of my existing range in order to make room for this KitchenAid one. I have now been without an oven for nine days. Even worse, I have reached out to Influenster for support on three occasions, but unfortunately I have not received a response yet. I’m hoping to receive a repair or replacement in time to cook Thanksgiving dinner. The design looks nice, especially the control knobs. As it stands, this oven could not be considered valuable, as I cannot cook with it.

• We’ve recently upgraded to this KitchenAid gas range and while it looks similar to the previous model, we owned the improvements in the everyday details made a huge difference. It’s a little things that stand out to me like the soft light dimming. It’s subtle but makes the oven feel more elevated. The center burner is also absolutely worth it. Having that extra zone for big pots or griddles has been something we use a lot and I cannot imagine not having it. I’m also super happy with the updated control panel. With our older version, a single drop of hot liquid or steam could accidentally activate the touch controls, which is a hazard with small children and also just super frustrating. So this version requires a more intentional touch and that’s a huge plus. Other design updates are also better. The cleaner look of the bottom drawer with no exterior handle, keeps the front sleek and minimal And just cleaner as well. Overall, this range feels more refined and so if you’re upgrading from an older KitchenAid model the improvements might look small but in daily use, they really add up. Install installation and assembly was super easy. And lastly, and one of the most important parts is the cooking. I love that this has so many features like air fryer and steam cook in addition to what you would expect from arrange. Time will tell but overall impressions are 10 out of 10.

• I had my previous KitchenAid stove for 25 years and never had any issues. Purchased this new stove and noticed lack of quality assurance and cheaper materials. First of all, the grates are gray and stain. I streamed potstickers and some steam/water dropped on grates which left dark brown stains on the grates and burner covers. Unsure why KitchenAid would change black grates that worked and lasted longer than the stove to gray grates that stained. Also, the surface of the stove is black coated metal that also stains and scratches. My previous stove had black glass surface which didn’t stain, scratch and easy to clean. Very disappointed with KitchenAid now and looking for better brand.

• I love the grates . I wish it “ came “ ( was delivered ) with a book that told how to set the clock and how to clean the top of the stove. Within the first 24 hours a unique spill occurred on the top of the stove and I did not know how to clean it . Looked it up on my phone but still did not have the complete information specific to this stove . The “low” setting is more like medium. I wish there was a true “ low” setting for the cook top. Especially since I cook mostly with cast iron. I have not used any of the features for the oven yet but the bake works well . I wish the oven light did not stay on and needs manual turning off .

• I do a lot of cooking. The range is very attractive but it has a couple of design issues from my perspective. First, the large burners are in front so if you’re making pasta, you have to reach over a boiling pot to get to your sauce. Second, the open grates (3 to cover the cooktop) means for every spill (example, coffee grounds) you wait for the grate to cool, take at least one off and clean. Open grates also make small things like a Bialetti unable to balance. Third, no instruction book (in packaging or website) for how oven features work. Do you preheat air fry? Who knows! So wanted to love it. I’ll figure out the oven but the cooktop is what it is.

• I bought this and Best Buy sent a person over to do the measurements to make sure it would fit but it doesn't. It sticks out a lot further than it showed. The drawer under the oven is also incredibly short. Despite there being nothing in the way they made it only half as deep as it could be so fitting any large cooking sheets and equipment is impossible. Hope you have extra storage in your kitchen instead. And despite following the instructions and even calling and talking to a representative about it, Kitchenaide still hasn't sent over the promotional free griddle they advertised. An otherwise nice oven hamstrung by cutting corners and poor customer service.

• Like the styles and the looks of the range installation went smooth Two issues I have, though one the burners were not adjusted very well. I had to readjust them myself. They would not go to low settings and they were just too high, but I was able to fix it on my own from manual instructions second there were supposed to be a free griddle offer when registering the range. I follow the directions and I even called whirlpool. No one could help me with the free griddle offer.

• The stove so far seems ok, although I haven't gotten to use most of its features yet, but I'm very disappointed with Kitchen Aid, I feel cheated, deceived and tricked... The documentation included with the stove mentions that it comes with a gridle, and that all that I have to do is register my purchase, after which I'll receive an email confirmation with a code to claim my griddle.  I did register my stove, and I did receive an email, but no code was included to claim my griddle.  :-(  I feel that I was tricked into registering, because afterwards I received spam emails from them asking me to buy a warranty, even though I already purchased a 3 year warranty from Home Depot where I purchased my stove from.  I tried to use the chat to talk to someone but the chat does not work, and no one answers the phone either no matter how long I stay on hold.  It appears to be a ghost company for me, and I'm very disappointed.  I will definitely  never buy anything branded Kitchen Aid, ever again.

• This range is a beautiful appliance, and the functionality is wonderful. The controls are so easy to work with, the power of the burners are perfect and easy to control the flame. I’m super impressed with the Kitchen Aid brand. I’m still waiting for my brass fixtures to go on the range, however the black look great as well. I’m very satisfied!

• I bought this and am dissatisfied. It has all sorts of features--proof, air fry, rapid boil, I don't know what all, but NO USER MANUAL ABOUT HOW TO USE THEM! NOTHING. There are very detailed installation instructions and about 100 references to how I can give them more money for a longer warranty that actually includes something--but no direction what so ever about how to actually use the steam clean feature or self cleaning--nothing--and NO--the in stove settings don't explain the HOW at all. I am sure the product is well made and the installation was easy--but there is nothing about how to actually operate all these features. I will gladly revise this review if someone from Kitchaid contacts me. But I spent 45 minutes on the phone yesterday trying to reach customer service---no answer---per the message the were "in training to serve me better...." they should be!

• We noticed the finish on the left side of the range was peeling or scratched after delivery. I thought it was the left over protective plastic. It appears the finish is scratched and damaged.

• I’ve been using this gas range with convection options for a while now, and it’s made everyday cooking a lot easier. The burners heat quickly and evenly, and the high-heat burner gets a great sear without filling the kitchen with smoke. The convection settings are the real standout—baked goods come out evenly browned, sheet-pan meals cook faster, and the convection roast mode makes chicken come out surprisingly juicy with almost no effort. The oven capacity is also a big plus. I can fit two baking sheets side by side or stack multiple dishes without feeling cramped, which has been a lifesaver during holidays or meal-prep days. The stovetop easily fits several pans at once, so juggling sauces, veggies, and a protein doesn’t feel chaotic. Aesthetically, it has a clean, modern look that blends into the kitchen without being overly flashy. The knobs and grates feel sturdy, the controls are simple to use, and cleanup is quick since the grates lift off in one piece. My only minor complaint is that the convection fan can run a bit loud, but not enough to actually bother me. Overall, it’s a reliable, well-designed range that genuinely improves how I cook.

• Have had for a few weeks and really loving it. I may at some point spring for the stainless steel knobs, but for now we're happy. The noises for the up-to-temp and timer are quite lovely, and I like the screen on the top for function and aesthetic. This range is definitely the best value for the money.

• Overall, the oven does what it should. The five burners on top of work great, it boils water fast, and I love the overall look of the range. The oven works great too once you get past the terribly clunky and slow display panel. Trying to preheat the oven or use any of the other settings is so common intuitive. The build quality on this thing is awful. There is a small dent in the bottom, the display is crooked and looks like it was over tighted, and the entire screen wiggles back-and-forth when you’re trying to clean it. The range also doesn’t have a sliding rack, and the one they told me to purchase ended up not fitting. Overall, I love the look of it just because it matches everything and I love the chunky knobs that look like a pro range. But build quality needs serious help.

• It's taken a couple of visits from technicians to center the door on the range and level it. The range controls have turned off and are difficult to get back on. The promised free griddle offer that was included in the instruction packet is apparently not really a thing. The brass handles are not available until February and the date for the handles has been delayed several times. So far, not too impressed. The range does work and I've been offered a couple of "opportunities" to add to my warranty.
