• Purchased a Whirlpool gas range from ABT in Glenview, IL on 1-20-25. The appliances were delivered on 1-20-25. It was noticed that the bottom drawer of the range was not aligning properly when the drawer was closed. The service delivery personnel attempted to adjust it but were unsuccessful. A replacement drawer was ordered and arrived 3-11-25. The replacement drawer did not align properly either. It was also noted that the oven door did not align correctly when closed and that the panel where the dials are also was out of alignment. It was recommended to order a new replacement range. It was ordered 3-16-25 and delivered 3-19-25. Upon the appliance’s arrival, the service delivery personnel inspected the range before removing it from the truck and found the same flaws. Delivery not accepted and I will be returning to the store and purchasing a new range from a different manufacturer.

• Delivery process was very disappointing. Delivery was canceled and rescheduled twic(so finally came 2.5 weeks late),, resulting in canceled gatherings due to being unable to cook. Plastic on the front of the stove does not come off in a solid piece. Have to pick at it slowly, which has resulted in several scratches on my brand new appliance. Overall the oven itself functions great.

• I have had this range for two weeks. It has been great so far. It has a nice, clean look. The grates are heavy because they are not for the individual burners. The range came with the parts and full instructions needed to convert from natural gas to propane. I am not in love with the tall, square back of the range, but its not a deal breaker. The storage drawer is a little smaller than the one on my previous range, but I guess that is because the oven is a little larger. The storage drawer also is not as long as the range. It is about 2 inches shorter, so my broiler pan does not fit. It does hold my cookie sheets though.

• The Whirlpool black gas stove looks nice in the space with the new Whirlpool refrigerator! I do like the capability of adjusting the gas burner levels for different cooking needs! It functions much better than my old range gas burners. The oven temperature has some fluctuations because it is gas (around 15 -20 degrees). However, I am able to bake and cook just fine. My pot roast turned out perfect and my cookies required baking on the longer time frame. The quality of the metal used on these new appliances is disappointing though. The oven racks are so flimsy when putting a cast iron Staub pot on them. The metal used to construct the entire Range is very inexpensive in feel compared to my old range that was 23 years old.

• General functions of range work fine The top front area that shows which Control is for each burner has stained With water mark type stains. Tried multiple Ways to clean with no luck. Range is new with less than average use.

• I am not to happy because A hot pot burned a hole in the back panel of the range. The idea of putting the non finger prints sheet on it it's not so smart.I have I purchased a stain less steel range not an aluminum one '

• I bought this oven two months ago and already there are two side pieces that are broken off. Nothing even got dropped or banged into them and they are just broken off disappointed in the quality.

• I don’t think it works correctly and I called the place of sales. They sent somebody out and they said yes, but it makes noise every time the oven is on like I’ve had gas ranges before and it’s never done that the burners are they can’t even turn them down and I just don’t feel like this is what it’s supposed to be and like I said I’ve called the point of sale and there’s sending somebody out but the thing is they should’ve installed it correctly the first place and it took me three months to get this range from whirlpool because apparently y’all don’t make them

• I love everything about my new GAS range; however, I still prefer a gas broiler to this ELECTRIC one when it comes to broiling steaks. Although electric broilers cook more evenly, sometimes I miss that "charred" effect that only gas broilers can give you. Otherwise, the electronics are very easy to work, the top under the grates is easy to clean, and it has a bottom drawer (which was a mandatory feature I required). This stove's price was a great deal and I was able to get this one in white, which seems to be rare these days.. I haven't tried the air-fry function yet but so far, stovetop cooking and oven baking is spot-on!

• This is a nice unit. We are especially happy with the edge-to-edge grates (our old stove top only had grates for each burner). The edge-to-edge grates make it much easier to manage pans on top of the stove. And it looks great with the black grates and black top (instead of white) underneath. Other reviewers report that the burners run hot. We've found that you can pretty easily adjust the flame height with a long thin screwdriver as described in the installation manual to turn down the flame and heat on the Low setting. This worked for us.

• Not installed at this time. Have had no response from email to customer service concerning incorrect natural to LP gas conversion kit. Kit received has incorrect orifices(spuds) for LF and RF surface burners, received .96(096AM) documents specify 1.08(108AM) for both.

• I bought this a month ago and love it. It heats really even the controls are easy to use. It also looks great and provides a nice even surface across the entire top of the stove. I am very happy with my purchase.

• Knobs aren’t child (or adult) proof. I inadvertently turn on burners almost daily. burners are too hot. The handle of my favorite pot caught fire. Even at the lowest setting 3 of the burners are too hot. It’s a fire hazard. The broiler isn’t hot enough.bottom drawer handle is hard to grip. Timer and oven temp are difficult to set. Cleaning stovetop is challenging; grates too heavy. Appliance store offered to call Whirlpool 2 months ago but I’ve not heard back.

• Have had unit a month. Product works well. I easily converted it from natural gas to propane with the included hardware and excellent instructions. Still learning it's characteristics. Large top burners heat slower than my old stove. Baked 1 dish and it took 2 hours to cook when in old stove took 1 hour. Checked oven temp and it is accurate. Tried air frying with fish. Got done but never browned and had a funny smell. Won't try again. Really like the piezoelectric igniters. Like that if the power goes out burners can be lit with a match. As a basic stove I am pleased. Just need to get used to it.

• We purchased this range a week ago. So far it has met our expectations. I have read reviews that state the the oven does not heat to the proper temperature. We have not experienced this. I placed an oven thermometer in the baking rack and it was off maybe a couple of degrees at the most. We have never used an air fryer before so I am not privy to whether or not it is accurate. I know when I set the temp. and it says perhaps it will take 7 minutes it will take a few minutes longer. I do agree with others when they said that the stove top is a pain to clean. Our previous stove had a black top as well. I don't know what the difference is but this one is more difficult to get the streaks to disappear. Overall we are satisfied.

• I was disappointed after couple use of the range with vapor from pots while cooking food stained the outside of the control panel stainless steel , I contacted Abt as it was within the warranty period they said contact whirlpool, I called the customer service, they said this is cosmetic, we do nothing, how can a stainless steel be stained with just vapor from cooking? It is frustrating very bad quality.

• I ordered this great range WFGS5030RW0 with the gas Connector Kit. 1) Friday an Electric Range was delivered in a crate that was incorrectly marked as gas. 2) Monday I call CS, explained the problem, and they reordered the GAS stove and Connector Kit to be delivered in only a few days on Friday. 3) Friday the GAS range was delivered, but no Connector Kit 4) Monday I again call CS to explain the current situation. The Connector Kit was reordered and arrived in the mail on Saturday. It took 3 weeks to receive all of the ordered (2) items to enjoy my stove. Each phone call was approximately 1 hour including waiting time and then on the phone with a friendly and helpful CS person. The stove did NOT come with a manual on how to use the variety of features. I had to get online and download that for myself. With the exception of this crazy issue, I am now enjoying my stove. • Recieved stove on 26th of September just before leaving on a trip. Returned on 29th of September. Cooked first meal that night. Upon pudhing the Lasagna button the entire face plate pushed into stove. Repairman was sent out 2 days later. A clip on back jad come loose. He fixed it, and all is good. I love this stove.

• The product is good so far. The delivery and paid installation process was not. Our sealed countertop was pulled away from the wall when the installer took out the old unit. It is going to cost us to hire people to reattach and seal the countertop back to the wall.

• I have only had it a week but i am impressed. The controls are easy to use, The burners light easily. I have used the convection oven and it does a wonderful job on cooking food without grease. The fan is so quiet that at first I didn't think it was on. I really like the layout of the stove top and knobs. I can't say anything negative about the entire unit.

• The stove is now working well after changing out the offices and adjusting the flame height. The sheet metal used on the stove is very thin and bends and dents easily. The fit of the sides of the stove could be better.
