Our particular model did not include an air fryer option, but we have been very pleased with the Cooking Methods (bake, broil, etc.), touch panel controls, wireless internet connection (which maintains the current time when power is restored), and the Assisted Cooking options, which seem especially time efficient for cooking frozen items. We have used our oven for everyday meals and for large family gatherings, especially during the holidays. We've been able to trust it to reliably bake/broil delicious home-cooked meals. We've developed a relationship of trust with Whirlpool appliances and appreciate how they help make our house a home!

Overall we are very happy with our double wall oven, good size, bright oven light, cooks well, sleek contemporary design. Heat from the upper oven will sometimes affect the LED display when the door is opened and the audible timer signal is too short and not loud enough to hear unless you are in the kitchen even with the volume set to the loudest setting. Our last oven had a tone that played 5 short beeps that you could hear anywhere in the house.

Oven is great, but interface is bad. The interior space is much greater than the previous double oven we had in the same hole. it heats up faster than the old one. One aspect I like about the oven is it messages me when the oven is up to temperature, so I know when the wife is cooking at home and that I need to get home soon. The interface is capacitive touch, that once you open the door and steam comes out, the touch doesn't work. There is no button to just turn it off, you have to use the menu, and even then, I'm not sure it's actually off. The alarm is not loud enough to hear from another room, which may be good or bad depending on your situation. With more time, I'm sure we'll eventually get use to the interface.

I bought this double oven 3 weeks ago I am in love, best oven yet it cooks evenly and preheats in no time at all. The features on the oven are all very plan and straight forward very easy to learn to use. I am using oven on line and again very easy to use. If you are thinking of buying an oven you can’t go wrong with this one I bought it in black what a great color makes my kitchen pop going to buy rest of appliances in black I guarantee it will be a Whirlpool.

The oven was installed incorrectly. I used it for the first time on Mar 26 (after 2wks of installation) and noticed a noise coming from inside - as if the fan isn’t working. When I went to place my food in the top oven, it was still cold. I opened the bottom oven door and found that the oven was heated. Whirlpool hasn’t been answering my emails to address any concerns. I did however, receive an email apologizing for not responding but that was the end of the emails from Whirlpool Customer Experience. It is a double wall oven with an air fryer but no air fry basket. BTW: it is a replacement oven for one I purchased from Whirlpool in Feb 2023 that wouldn’t connect through WiFi. URGH!!!

We bought this last week and so we haven't had a chance to figure out everything yet. It seems to be easy enough to operate. It does not come with a plug in meat thermometer for the side, though. (or even a hole for one) That is not good. I am really hoping all of the electronics on this are not going to break quickly. I'd love to see more mechanical models that last longer.

We have depended on Whirlpool products for over 50 years, but this is the worst we have ever encountered. I doubt that it is insulated as it heats up the kitchen and exhausts hot air straight out into the room rather than deflecting it upwards. The "controls" are cumbersome and time-consuming, and whoever decided it was not necessary to have a small red light come on to indicate it is on needs to spend time in a real kitchen where people cook real food. One positive is that it the interior lights are very bright and clear.

Just installed on January 29th. So far I'm very hapoy with it. The digital part is a bit of a learning curve but I'm getting there. The only thing I dislike is the timer sound. Not nearly loud enough. I have it on Maximum but still have to use another timer if I'm not in the kitchen. Otherwise, it's grest!

Complete computerized controls on this oven were obviously programmed by someone that has never baked or broiled with an oven. > Having one control panel for both ovens is a complete waste of time and makes it almost impossible to control both ovens when their both in use due to the multiple programming steps that must be used. > The touch screen control panel is very difficult to use since sometimes it doesn't react to a touch or takes 5 -10 to respond with no indication that it is working to catch up. > The company does not provide a complete user manual for the model purchased and the instructions given have a 1 in 5 chance of being the instructions to your oven. STRONGLY SUGGEST GOING BACK TO MANUAL CONTROLS ON YOUR OVENS!

I bought this oven because my prior oven died. It was 30 years old and had a lot of use over those years. Presently,l I love this new oven! It has taken me a few tries to figure out all the choices available for baking but I am getting better every day. I love the open areas for pulling the racks in and out and I especially love the bigger oven size. In short, I love this double oven!!!

The oven arrived the day before Thanksgiving and was easy to install in about an hour. Everything cooked great for Thanksgiving day and even a bit quicker than our previous oven. It has taken a couple of days to get a handle on the app working with the oven, but so far so good. We are hoping this one last just as long as the previous one, 18-years, which probable would have lasted even longer if parts were still available. Great delivery. Really consistent and accurate delivery notifications.

Purchased and installed my new Oven in September 2023. I replaced my old Whirlpool Double Wall Oven that has been in use since November 1999 because control board failed, and part is no longer available. Wish they lasted longer!

We are very happy with our new whirlpool double oven. Never had convection cooking before, now we can't stop using it. Thinking up things to bake. Our kitchen decor is now completely Whirlpool Stainless. We are lifelong Whirlpool fans. Only disappointed that it did not come with a paper owners manual. Had to do an on-line search on how to use the convection oven. Also did not know how to turn the ovens off. Found a youtube video that explained the simple procedure for that.

Directions on how to operate the digital controls was not very good.. They were pretty much absent in the manual that came with the oven. Display is really small too.

We upgraded our kitchen from a single oven to a double oven arrangement and I'm glad we did. The ovens have good status information and cook very evenly. I really appreciate the information on warm-up (seeing the temperature as it approaches our cook point) and the ease of selecting cooking modes. However, some of the instructions on use are hard to understand which required us to understand it's use by trial and error or by YouTube videos. That is my only complaint.

Enjoying the new oven after some bumps in the road on ordering and install. Whirlpool offered free installation, then the installer said they would not hook up the electrical. I had to incur significant cost to install. Whirlpool then said they don't hardwire their appliances. Wall ovens have no "plugs". So, how to get an oven installed without hardwiring is a mystery and Whirlpool provided no other answers. Unit itself is attractive, quiet, effective, and easy to use.

The function of the oven is what we expected, but the communication and directions for use are an entirely a different story. The instructions for use were nonexistent, and the hunt for a basic guide showed us that the website and chatbots had NO CUSTOMER FOCUS. After a thorough search and multiple attempts to contact a human (totally 6 hours) we finally were able to secure a pdf that gave directions for use.

I cleaned the bottom oven using the clean oven feature and the oven is now scarred from the cleaning process. I called your office, and you promised to send someone to look at it and that company said they did not repair ovens that are built-in. Please send someone to repair or give me a new oven. The clock has the incorrect time and I don't see a feature that lets me change the time.

The oven is great. Easy to look into with the nice big clear windows. I have a problem however. The lower oven door locked on its own just after I had registered it on line. I have not been able to unlock the lower oven door. So frustrated by this problem. A Diamond Service Man is scheduled to come next Monday. Hopefully he will be able to open the lower oven door.

Bottom oven door won't open. This is a brand new appliance that was just installed. Why didn't you check it at the factory before shipping it? Now whirlpool customer service is giving me the run around. Been on hold for over an hour while they transfer me from department to department. Their main goal is to sell me an extended warranty. Terrible.

Have only had the ovens about two weeks, so far, I really like them. However, I was confused on why the air fryer option was not shown as a cooking method and had to be connected to our internet. Took a little while but it is now an option. Interior seems larger than my old double ovens. Like that it has both convection and the air fryer option.

After about a month of operation and its being put through its paces cooking our Thanksgiving turkey, our new Whirlpool double oven is just wonderful. The Turkey was cooked to perfection in exactly the time suggested. In addition, I love the large digit clock in the faceplate, which gives me the correct time from a distance.
