We had this oven installed the first of last month and wish that the product would have had the instructions included with the oven was somewhat hard to learn exactly what to do to turn on.

We ordered this oven around January, it took a long time to get here , but once it did it slid right in to the slot where our old whirlpool oven was, so that was great

We bought the oven a little over a month ago through Menards and it couldn’t have gone better. Installation was a little challenging, but I ended up finishing it because the cabinet needed to be shaved. The only issue we’ve had is that we wish we had a user manual to help us learn to use t. The videos are ok, but we’d prefer a tangible book. The website is passable but not ideal.

Installed perfectly but no instructions on how to use. Went to website to download them. Guide was 75 pages, 2/3 of which was in French and Spanish. And it had NO use instructions Took me almost 30 minutes to try to figure out how to change the clock. What do all these icons on the oven mean? And how do we use them? And no idea how to use some features.

I just got my oven and used it to cook Christmas dinner and desert. I love my new oven. It cooks great and best of all it cleans up easy. I just wiped inside door and all of outside down with warm water and it shines with no streaks. Also the digital display is nice and bright and simple to use. I would definitely recommend this oven to others.

This product is a replacement for another Whirlpool wall oven that failed after only 14 months. After only 4 uses, it had the same problem as the last one…whenever I would turn the oven off, and then open the oven to take out what was in it, the fan would go on very loud and fast and not stop even after the oven was cold. The only way to get it stopped was to turn off the power. After much frustration and research—along with paying an electrician to check wiring/installation—I discovered one little line on the trouble-shooting page that says: "Note: In many wall ovens, if the oven door is left open to cool the oven, the cooling fan will not shut off." This is a design flaw that should have been highlighted in the owner’s manual. Even the repairman didn’t know about this. The "owner’s manual is a joke—very little information on the various cycles. Whirlpool may think that their product is "intuitive", but for older people who haven’t grown up with technology, it really isn’t.

No instructions for use were provided when installed. Very frustrating. Website did not include info about this model. Every major appliance in my home is Whirlpool. I expected the same quality of customer service as always.

As of the writing of this review, I am satisfied with my purchase. My last whirlpool built in single oven lasted 20 years before a replacement was needed and hope to obtain the same results with my new purchase.

I installed this oven 2 weeks ago and had connected it to WiFi. The first night, it displayed an error with an hourglass and a finger indicating not to press any buttons. It stayed like this for hours and the light nor any of the features would work. I eventually power cycled it at the breaker a few times and disconnected it from WiFi and the Whirlpool app, and it returned to normal the next morning. Aside from this, it’s been a great oven and we are still very happy with our purchase.

I bought this 3 months ago and I have to turn it on and off serval times for it to work. If it works at all. Now I have to wait weeks or months to get the parts to fix it.

It works. But I don't have Wifi so I can't use the air fryer. The clock runs fast & the touchpad is difficult to use. But it's the only wall oven that fit the space.

I bought this over a month ago and I’m very satisfied with this purchase. One of the features I like is the large oven window and ample lighting. It provides a very clean look and makes keeping an eye on your food a breeze. I was hesitant on the touch screen bc I consider myself more of a meat and potato appliance guy but no issues as of date and will continue to monitor. And again the Whirlpool customer service was amazing, A+.

Mostly satisfied with the appliance. So far support is average at best. No owner’s booklet supplied and only minimal instructions, little to none features explanation and warranty information is lacking. Purchased extended warranty, only received an email for proof of purchase. Yet to receive feedback from my inquiry for further clarification regarding warranty, features and operation.

I am not pleased that these new ovens have a fan that blows hot air into my home from a vent under the door. The old Whirlpool oven that we replaced did not do that. It's >100degrees F outside during the summer where I live and it's extremely bad to have the oven blowing hot air into the kitchen when we use it. Whirlpool should address this.

I bought this a month ago and am very dissappointed with the Whirlpool support. I didn't receive a User Manual and need it to answer questions about this model. The website is MOST unhelpful in requesting a User Manual. It's probably the worst website that I've encountered in years.

I have had this wall oven for a while now & I love it! I installed it myself, it was very easy to do. Works great, I love the convection feature also the wifi is great, I can turn my oven on when I leave work & it's ready when I get home

Bought this a month ago and even the store associate couldn't find my user guide on line that explained the symbols on the front of the oven. Also the temp is not calibrated correctly. These are things we shouldn't have to deal with

Oven bakes hot and there are no directions on HOW TO USE. it took me 30 minutes to reset the clock. Printed out users manual which is 72 pages, 2/3 in French and Spanish and not one word on the icons and how to use them.

Received oven in 11/25/24 and upon installation the control board would not work. Highly disappointed although I do understand things happen. Happy to report the new oven will be replaced with another new oven.
