• I bought this about a month ago and am just ok with our puchase. It functions well, but is quite loud when the compressor is running. Also, the ice maker fills the drawer so full that ice will usually hit the ice maker depth rod and spill ice out, which is a feature that could be improved. All of the drawers don't seem to open like they are on their own tracks, but very loosly, which almost feels like something is broken, which is another feature that could be improved. The stainless steel finish, although fingerprint resistant has quite a grainy look compared to other stainless steel finishes which to me gives it a more industrial look.

• Took delivery on 9/23/2025. The refrigerator itself is great. But am totally unhappy with the doors. Both have globs of glue at the corners which are highly visible and cause a gap. Returned to place of purchase (RC Willey) with a picture and complaint. They sent 1-800 Appliance who came on 9/30/2025; Job (QKBO). Technician set up a case #20987778 with Whirlpool. I asked that doors be replaced but was informed that the new doors would more than likely look the same!! How can that be when the one on display at RC Willey is not like mine. Please advise ASAP as to what Whirlpool is going to do to rectify this issue.

• Looks very nice. Decent capacity for a counter depth model. The upper bin in the freezer doesn't "glide" in/out very well. Seems like that could be improved. My older fridge had a very smooth glide in and out. In general the upper freezer bin just worked much better. The fridge temp has more fluctuation than I'd like -- I have a thermometer sitting in central and undisturbed location and the temp varies a bit more than I'd expect...but overall if keeps things sufficiently cold. The light placement is meh -- it's easy to block light getting to lower shelves with things on upper shelves. Surely a few more strategically placed LED lights would be nice. Also a bit of Frost from opening the freezer often causes the freezer light switch to stick closed just a bit and the light may not come on in the freezer. Despite these issues.... so far I'm pretty happy with it. It's amazing what 3 inches less depth does though. It is limiting when you are used to plenty of space by a full depth unit.

• We purchased this counter depth refrigerator last month for our kitchen renovation. It looks great and works perfect.The reason we only rated it 4 stars is because the plastic drawers seem cheap and fragile. Hopefully they will not crack with use! Another observation is the water dispenser.It should have been placed on the right side as the left door is the door with the additional traction making it harder to open. We open both sides to dispense water.

• Our kitchen needed more floor space and the standard size fridge had to go. This counter depth refrigerator is perfect. We do care for water and ice in the doo and like the ice tray in the freezer drawer. Shelves are adjustable and work with various storage options. It is easy to clean, no fingerprint stainless and looks amazing with our other whirlpool appliances.

• I got this refrigerator as a replacement for another model that didn’t work in my house. I like the refrigerator but it does take time to work with a smaller unit. Two issues the doors dont line up they are a 1/4 off and no adjustment. The other issue which doesn’t affect anything is that there is no company name on the refrigerator. This doesn’t affect the refrigerator at all but it makes me wonder what other corners they cut.

• I loved my last whirlpool refrigerator. It was perfect. I wanted to buy the same one when I relocated and it wasn’t available. I ended up with a fridge that is counter depth, and it is so tiny. But more importantly, the deli drawer of the fruit and vegetable drawer have these little rollers that are so cheap and sound that way it’s rocking when you try to pull them out it doesn’t feel sturdy. I paid more for this model than I did my other one yet. It feels cheaper. The items in the door don’t get very cold and I’ve turned the The fridge up by 1° and I’m still not getting the coldness that I would expect or had in the last refrigerator

• Really too soon to know. Somewhat noisy but not a problem. Ice cubes clump together and ice falls out the back of the bin when opening. Other than those 2 things all is working as expected. Wish I could replace the white handles with stainless handles.

• Had it for a month and a half now and already had to call for service light in freezer not working, ice maker not working and looks like everything in the freezer is starting to defrost. $2200 and that’s the kind of garbage Whirlpool makes.

• Seems to be working well but after delivered the doors weren't level and when we went to fix them according to the manual either the parts were stripped or the manual was incorrect, had to have the delivery crew come back out and they just used a shim, also one of the bottom hinges of the doors is bent which crazy enough was not the reason the doors were off because if it wasn't bent the door would have been even higher than the other but still hate to see damage on a new appliance. On a good note, love that the water comes out so cold and the ice dispenser works quickly and effectively. Pulling out the top drawer of the freezer can be a little bit of a pain when the ice is full because the weight is heavier on one side and the drawer is a little flimsy so you really have to make sure to pull from the ice side and not the middle.

• I like the appliance. I am not happy that there were no locks on the wheels to keep it from moving when opening the doors. I was told that when I put food in the weight of the food would stop the fridge from moving it did not. Also do not like that when I open the left door the right one opens also

• My options were limited due to needing white and counter depth. Shelves/drawers seem lightweight, especially the metal basket in the freezer drawer. I hope they hold up. Handles on drawers seem upside down....maybe its bc I was used to them being opp on my last unit. I'm missing having water and ice dispenser on the outside.

• Bought this in February. Noticed immediately that the ice maker is extremely loud when filling up. Had to turn it off. Embarrassing when there’s company for dinner. Called Support and they said it was ‘normal’. Ridiculous. The doors are also not aligned properly. We’ve tried to do what the book says to remedy that, but there’s no hole to adjust it. When it was delivered (by Home Depot’s contractor), they set it up quickly but there’s still tiny bits of plastic wrapping in areas that’s hard to get out. And the logo practically ripped off the other day when I was wiping it down. Really cheap. We had a Whirlpool for 21 years before this one and the quality of what we had was 100 times better.

• We've had it for a few weeks and so far so good. The water dispenser (inside the refrigerator) is not great - you have to put your cup/water bottle at an awkward angle and it still drips some water after you finish so I end up having to wipe it up every time. Also I got SUCH a hard sell to buy the extended warrantee when I called to register the refrigerator - they were practically like, it's not gonna last that long so you better buy the extended protection. But overall it's a good size, well organized, and has been fine so far.

• Love the looks of it, but it came with adent we did not see until the guys who delivered were gone. Had lived w/o any for 2 weeks so let it slide. Had issues with icing inside and and the flap between the 2 upper doors does not work as it should causing temp in both freezer and fridge sections to rise! Have to remember to manually flip it ourselves! Not pleased but have to live with it! Make sure you get an extended warranty!!
