• I bought this new fridge a 1.5 months ago. it was delivered and installed by whirlpool technician. Within 2 weeks, I noticed ice building up at the floor of freezer (internal) which made it difficult for us to close the freezer door. It got worst and the ice built to about 1" thick. and the fridge also leaked / dripped water on the outside that caused our wooden flooring to damage/bulge. we defrosted and removed the ice. I thought it may be one-off because the kids may not close the freezer door properly. Then, after about a 1.5 weeks, the same thing happened again. We called Whirpool. They sent a technician. the technician checked and confirmed there was a manufacturing issue - a foam that clogged the drain tube and caused the water to accumulate in the freezer. The technician could not fix it as it is manufacturing issue. I called Whirpool to know what was the resolution here. It is a new fridge. Then i was asked to wait for a couple days as there was no formal report sent by the technican to whirpool master tech (some internal processes that I do not understand why I should know as customer). We purchased whirpool because of the old whirlpool fridge was broken. we endured several cycles of technicians coming in and out of our homes and perished foods/products within several weeks period just to be told that it could be not be repaired. we bought a new one, cost is >CAD2k. once we got a new fridge, we thought we would be relieved of the headache. but, now new issue surfaced on the new fridge and even damaged our wooden flooring. i'm still waiting for resolution from Whirpool!

• Whirlpool made an amazing & efficient refrigerator! I was supposed to receive a different fridge with dual ice makers but got this one instead. I’m pleased with it either way. The installation process was a breeze. Everything came wrapped very nicely. I love that it’s energy efficient and I like that the temperature controls are right on the side of the door for you. It’s kept our food/drinks at just the right temperature so far. It looks very clean and updated. It’s not a very loud fridge and about the only time I hear noise coming from it is when it’s making/dropping fresh ice. I love that it’s got so much room for groceries and I can see us having this fridge for many years to come!

• I purchased this refrigerator on 7/14/25 from the Lowe’s in Shepherdsville KY and was delivered on 7/15/25. Before the installers left I pointed out that it had several dents (6) on top of the refrigerator and a scratch on the right side. After the guys left we noticed the doors were uneven (about a half inch) causing the doors to be hard to shut. When we got up the following morning we noticed it was not cool even though it showed 37 degrees. We scheduled a replacement and received it on 7/17/25. On 7/22/25 the ice maker in the door has quit working. Even the Whirlpool name fell off onto the floor.

• The refrigerator is efficient energy efficient as a dual ice maker, top and bottle.It has plenty of room inside because the top ice maker is on the door. The bottom H maker is in the freezer. It's very silent, quiet, bright lighting. The crispr is perfect for your vegetables.And also for your deli, it regulates temperature perfectly.

• I purchased this two weeks ago and is happy with the product but not so happy with the customer service reps over the phone. The crew that came out to my address to install and deliver the refrigerator. We’re also great as well as Philip the representative in the Gastonia store location.

• What I like most about the Whirlpool refrigerator is that it doesn't make noise when it's in operation. The size is ideal for storing food and drinks for a family of 5 or more people. I really liked the ease of installation and the lighting that the refrigerator has inside each door. In addition, the ice maker is excellent. The design is beautiful in stainless steel. Another very important thing is that it does not consume so much energy since my electricity payment has not increased. The quality of the refrigerator is the best and the design is beautiful.

• Wow!! This Whirlpool fridge is amazing! It is so roomy and very well made. I love the brushed stainless color and French doors for opening the fridge part. I love that it has designated fruit/vegetable bins with meat/cheese bins as well as side bins for storage. Oh my gosh, is there storage!! You can fit so much in this Bismark Fridge. I love the feature of temperature control, which is digital on the inside opening of the door and shows the temperature. I also love that it is energy efficient as well. The noise is very minimal, and I don't notice that it is even on. It does have a water filter as well and filters fresh water that comes out of the ice machine area. The ice making is awesome and will make crushed or cubed ice great for cold drinks. The freezer is very spacious and easy to open. I love that you can fit a ton of items inside. You can even fit a whole turkey or ham inside. My fridge was on backorder for a while, but don't let that discourage you from buying. Delivery was amazing, fast, delivery drivers friendly, and efficient. If you are looking for a well-made fridge that will last a long time, look at a Whirlpool Bismark Fridge. It will look beautiful in your space. I highly recommend the Whirlpool Bismark Fridge for your home!! A must buy! What a fabulous product.

• If I had been able to look this fridge over with it being plugged in, I wouldn't have bought it. The lights inside are SOOOOO poor. There are 4 lights inside the fridge. Two are at the very top. So, if you fill your top shelf, guess what that does - it blocks all of the light! The other two lights are along the sides of the fridge but instead of being set back so they cover the shelves, the lights are between the shelves and the doors way up front. They are also very small lights instead of strips to light up the full height of the fridge. Where they are set, they really don't do much to light up the fridge. Oh also, the lights don't just come on when you open the door. No, they brighten up slowly. So slowly that you can open the door grab something (assuming you know where it is and don't need light to see) and close the door before the lights go to full brightness. Really? Like I said, I wouldn't have bought it just for the lights. My last fridge was so bright inside it was great. You can get water out of the dispenser with the righthand door open. You CANNOT get ice out of the same dispenser with the righthand door open. The dispense is completely within the lefthand door. Not sure why the righthand door has anything to do with the dispenser functions. You can open the lefthand crisper with just the lefthand door open. You CANNOT open the righthand crisper drawer with just the righthand door open. You have to open both doors to open the right hand crisper. There needs to be another shelf setting between the top two. You can only set the upper most shelf at the very top. You need another choice and this would have been very easy to add into the sides of the fridge. Not sure why this was not provided. The freezer drawer also has very poor lighting. One little bitty light in the top center right at the front edge of the freezer doesn't do much at all. Not sure why they bothered. Again my old fridge was lit up like noon. So far the door ice maker works well. The crushed option tends to powder more than crush though. I like that you can remove the door ice bucket and dump everything. Other models we've had would ice up and you couldn't get to it. Being able to remove the bucket should make maintenance easier. The freezer ice maker seems to work well also but instead of dumping ice along the length of the ice bucket in the freezer, it dumps at the very back so you have to make sure to move the ice around if you want to keep the freezer bucket full. We have the fridge set at 34° but multiple thermometers within the fridge show the temperature at 41°. We have the freezer set at -5° and thermometers show it at 1°. It should get closer to the set temperatures. It's also a little disturbing that a new appliance cannot get below zero. The freezer to completely full and everything has been set up for over two weeks so the temperatures should have stabilized. We replaced an 11 year old Samsung of the same style as this one. The freezer wasn't getting cold anymore and we were tired of fighting with it. That Samsung had issues with the ice makers also, but comparing the fridge portion to this new Whirlpool, the Samsung wins.

• We did not need a new fridge yet had been casually looking for one with an ice maker in the door and a second ice maker in the freezer. This fridge met this and at an amazing price. It’s also 3 cu ft bigger than the one that I had. Bonus! It’s a great appliance. It is taking some used to as the pulls for the drawers are on the bottom vs top for our old one. And the freezer doesn’t have a handle at all just a ledge to pull. Very happy with this purchase and the functionality of this product!

• The refrigerator arrived with the two top doors not aligned with each other. The tech needed to adjust the left leveling foot significantly in order to line them up. The left door that has the ice maker and water dispenser in it does not stay open all the way and the adjustment made it even worse. When you open the left door all the way, it swings back in to the point that you can’t open the left or bottom drawers; you need to hold the door open with one hand and open the drawer with the other. When you let go of the door, it swings into the open drawer. We have had the tech out twice to look at this issue and the response is “it is what it is.” This seems to be a recurring issue based on reviews I’ve now read on other sites which would seem to indicate it is a design flaw, not an individual refrigerator defect. I would exchange it if I could, but I’m being told that’s the way it was designed. A poor design, indeed!

• Delivered with uneven doors (left side lower than right). Slightly corrected using leveling leg, but this results in entire refrigerator not being level (used a level to check both floor and refrigerator for plum). Looking at the hinge shows that it is not level as if not properly installed or the door is too heavy for the hinge. This also seems to result in the left door not staying opened when getting items out of the refrigerator.

• We bought our new fridge a month ago, it works great and makes more ice than our old samsung fridge. The only issue is the sound of the ice maker is much louder. Also the doors are crooked, I had the delivery guy adjust it but they're still not even. I googled how to make it even and no luck after 30 minutes of trying.

• Love this unit overall, have had it for approx 6 weeks. The fridge space feels extra roomy, and the freezer is different but working out. I purchased this model with two icemakers so we will have plenty of ice at our Lakehouse. Both worked initially, but the unit on the door stopped a few weeks in. I have turned on/off, powered down whole unit, searched online, and reviewed the user's guide; but nothing has resolved the issue. Note that much of the advice and directions are generic and not unique to this model. There is probably an overflow switch or sensor I cannot locate but we shall see, a technician comes out soon.

• This refrigerator is very disappointing. The doors are uneven and cannot be leveled, even by Whirlpool certificated technicians. Because the doors are uneven, the left door fails to stay open, and the right door opens too far. Also because the doors are uneven, occasionally the door will not close fully and the detector sound will not go off, which could result in the refrigerator being open for a long time if you don't notice it.

• I bought this to replace the Samsung I had just purchased, which I had purchased to replace my old fridge and a broken countertop ice maker. It's SO MUCH bigger and better! It fits in the space I have, and the doors open, unlike the last one. I don't understand who would buy a fridge with zero shelf height. This fridge is perfect! It's a little tall and deep for me at 4'10", but I put lazy susans on the top shelf, and now I can reach it all! The best part is the dual ice makers. I HAVE to have ice in my water and now I'm never out of ice!

• As you can realize, I bought this brand-new fridge, and it did not bring the dripping water tray catcher. I called the corporate office in Michigan, and the representative informed that this part was discontinued, however, she also mentioned that I could order it from the repair clinic. This sounds like a perfect scam and gimmick.

• So there was a little issue on the correct refrigerator I claimed and the one I received. I created a ticket and Influenster was great about explaining the situation and that this was the substitution refrigerator. I actually love my new fridge and am so thankful that I got one from Influenster! I love the ice maker and the scoop that came with it. It’s also very quiet compared to my last one. It’s so big and we have tons of room in the fridge and freezer! We all love it so far!! Thank you Influenster :)

• I’m really impressed with my Whirlpool 36” French door fridge! It’s super quiet, even with the dual ice makers running. Ice production is fast—I never run out, even during gatherings. The 30 cu. ft. storage is amazing and fits everything easily, from big trays to gallon jugs. It’s also energy efficient, which is great for keeping bills down. Temperature stays consistent and everything stays fresh. Honestly, I love everything about it!

• This fridge is amazing for those looking for space! It’s so deep and has so many storage options. I love the ice maker and that it comes with a scooper. The pizza pocket is so convenient !!! I don’t hear any noise which is also amazing! The only thing I wish was different is the water dispenser is in the inside of the fridge and sometiems depending on the cup it makes a mess. Overall, this fridge is spacious and high tech.

• A very spacious refrigerator, this design is very convenient and works for many families. The top refrigerator is double doors which has interior compartments in both doors. The water is inside the fridge. The freezer doors are beneath and pull outwards, and also contain compartments making organization easy. Ice maker works well inside freezer. A very quiet and sleek fridge, I am very happy with this Whirlpool.

• I am so happy this refrigerator as it is similar to my previous one but I like it even better! The one drawer freezer has more space than my previous two drawer freezer as it has the pull out rack and a pizza slot in the front of it. The extra ice maker is handy if you are in need of extra ice for a larger garthering or filling a cooler. The racks inside the door are deeper to hold more condiments etc. The split shelf is nice to accomodate the smaller and taller items. I am very pleased and it is also very quiet. Great product!

• we looked a long time to find a refrigerator that suited our needs, was similar to our last on (20 yrs old) and was at a reasonable price. delivery was great and hookup was simple and easy. everything worked as expected. the main factor we considered, believe it or not, was that this model is available in WHITE which is not generally accessible in most models/companies. thx

• A few things I'm not happy with about this appliance. (1) I don't like the fact that the door does not close unless you push it closed and there is no vaccuum effect. (2) Don't like the fact that you can't open the deli drawer without opening both doors wide open. (3) Alarm notification sound if door is not completely shut is barely audible. Kinda defies the purpose of an alarm if you can't hear it. I have the same problem with my Whirlpool dryer, end of cycle alert is also barely audible with no way to increase volume. I do like the dual ice maker and secondary storage in the freezer.

• This is an excellent refrigerator. It was very easy to install and has the standard measurements. I love the most the inside partition. It is very spacious and you can easily move the glass to custom size it to your needs. Even the door bins are quite large. Awesome ice dispenser and it's quite quiet. Overall an amazing refrigerator.
