• I was excited to receive this new refrigerator that reminds me of a robot, unfortunately, it came with dry adhesive coming out of most of the connecting pieces. I’ve tried to get most of it off, but it is still showing in certain places and I used a black marker below on the bottom to cover up adhesive that was showing that I couldn’t remove.

• It is just the right size for a second fridge with no frills. The temp controls limit the height of items in the center of that shelf. It looks great. The plastic was a pain to remove from the finish.

• An excellent product. Nice and quiet. The freezer shelf is a little narrow, it doesn't extend all the way to the back of the freezer for air flow, and this means less room for food.

• Great and economical for small spaces. Features make it easy to customize for your needs like reversible doors, movable bins and shelves and ability to add ice maker.

• Product is working well and fits in a small space. When closing the door air pressure from the fride opens the freezer compartment.

• Although this model was defective in that the freezer temperature fluctuated so widely that it regularly increased to levels that are unsafe for meat, as was the case with two other models from Whirlpool, the purpose of this review is to highlight the very poor customer service that we received from Whirlpool and the barriers in escalating our concerns to the Corporate Office. Regarding the Corporate Office, before anyone purchases a Whirlpool product, they should be aware that Customer Service states that they have no access to the Corporate Office and that customers have to contact this office on their own. However, the Corporate Office does not take phone calls. Instead, one has to write a letter to them. I did this but as of January 1, 2025, no one has responded to my letter of October 26, 2024. Based on my experience, it is evident that the corporate leadership at Whirlpool has no interest in their customers and makes it very difficult for customers to reach them. Buyers should beware of this before they purchase a Whirlpool product. I should add that since the problem we had with this fridge was present in two other fridges, this raises a serious concern about quality control at Whirlpool. Again, buyers beware.
