Our new 12000 btu AC is wonderful!! The installation was easy and simple. The coverage works for the whole 1200 sq ft room. It has minor noise when it is running. We love the special ECO feature which saves on kw.

excellent product coils very good. i would make drain plug in bottom because of louisiana climate but other than that its great

It cools the room nicely,the old one just stuttered to a stop around 3 am one day a few weeks ago,2 years old about,was working one minute and dead the next.

Great unit! My only wish would be that your company create an enclosure for the window opening for those that have vertically opening windows.

Easy and not to heavy for me and my daughter to install. Works great to cool my living room, dining, den and kitchen. Probably over the square feet it was meant to cool.

We have been very satisfied with purchasing GE Air conditioners over the years. They are reasonably and efficiently cool our home. This most recent purchase is very quiet running. Installation was easy and I especially like the Wi-Fi mode that I can control it from my phone. We live in a double wide and this model provides excellent coverage for the area we need. We would highly recommend purchasing GE air conditioners.

Love this ac unit. From the moment we got it home, unboxed and installed it, our home has been so much cooler. I love the companion app that let's me control the temp with ease. The app also let's you see how much energy is being used. And with the low noise we don't have to turn our television up to hear it over the ac unit.

My new air conditioner very good decision nice cold air easy to clean filter instalation was simple enough the control features are great and easy to use the noise level is tolerable i have had alot louder air conditioner so far the energy consumption seems average enough not real bad considering the btu rating
