JX15BUMPWW purpose?? I find no clear specification online as to what a bump out kit's purpose is !!!!!!!!!!!!!???????? Not helpful for specification work for kitchen designers/installers

I bought a microwave to match my other appliances in Nov 2019, and I'm still unable to use it as the required 15" Bump for installation is not available anywhere. At this point I'm beyond salty....
