The microwave was affordable, the installation wasn't that challenging, the unit is attractive, has all the features I need and the controls are intuitive.

I love the new look....very nice! Does sound louder than our 20+ year old one. I guess I assumed with technology getting better we could have quiet microwaves now. Lol!

Our microwave, fan, and light are working well, so we are pleased with its performance. A word of warning: we bought the microwave along with a range because the salesman told us there would be a one hundred dollar rebate from GE if we purchased them at the same time. We did not receive any rebate because the GE rebate web site told us that the microwave model–which was designed to go with the range–did not qualify for the rebate.

I love the clean reductive lines of the design. How things look matter to me. The microwave I had before was three times as expensive and there was always a problem with it. The control panel is easy to navigate and two functions can be performed at the same time. Ventilation is excellent. Everything considered, I'm definitely pleased.

Love it works great only isuue is you have to clear it and end by pushing end button to get food done to go away and clock to come back

This is such a nice microwave, it’s crazy. It looks nice, and the features and functionality are the best. All at an unbelievable price. I love GE products, they never disappoint. G E Customer Service is the very best I’ve ever experienced with any company . They respond quickly to questions and issues, should you have any. G E sent a tech to my home immediately for a small issue, and the tech was beyond thorough and helpful.

So far so good. If this unit lasts as long (25 years) as my previous unit we will be quite pleased. One does not know how much one misses a microwave oven when theirs stops working. At the present time everything seems to be working.

Just received my new GE microwave above the stove. So happy to have a microwave again. Missed it the day the other one quit after 21 years. It’s pretty much the same microwave so using the features will be painless, simple. Really glad I opted to have it installed, capacity & controls great. The vent fan very quiet compared to the old one.

We generally love GE products and have purchased them for over 50 years. However this is our 3rd GE microwave since renovating our kitchen in 2017. We realize that the quality of any products are not like they used to be back in the 1970 - 2000. We will continue using GE products.

i have had a Great experience with the Microwave . Your Customer Service Rep. Steffanie and I registered my unit . And we documented the problem I had Where the Panel went Black for 20 minutes to 30 minutes after using the unit for 11 minutes on the highest power cooking a Turkey Platter as now the unit we assigned a case number and if the problem reoccurs a technician will be dispatched for repair . Steffanie was very helpful making plan if a repair becomes necessary!

The controls on this microwave are great! It is so handy to just push the number 1 for one minute auto start, number 2 for two minute auto start, etc. The microwave has the standard button for popcorn which is much appreciated.
