• I had a freezer on the bottom with a door and loved it. No leaning over the drawer. It allows for easy access. The doors open with a side indented area. This allows easy opening. None of that gripping a handle and hoping your grip is strong enough. I needed to get one that fit into my built-in cabinets BEFORE the refrigerators get too big.

• We love this fridge so far!! Our previous fridge had an ice machine that broke, so we opted for a fridge without it. There's plenty of freezer space to make and store ice; we use the top freezer drawer for this. Externally, it's clean and minimal in terms of aesthetic. And internally, some of our fridge bins actually sit better now on the shelves. I attribute this to more space inside.

• I absolutely love this refrigerator! I bought this after a 4 yr old Whirlpool French Door Fridge leaked water and did $17K of damage to my kitchen floor. This GE fridge is awesome! Super quiet! I never hear it running! And being counter depth, it doesn't stick out into my kitchen past my countertops like all my others. And being only 31" wide, it doesn't overwhelm my kitchen. There's plenty of room both in fridge and freezer! It keeps everything very cold, and the freezer works fast to freeze. One thing I really love is that the freezer has a swinging door like the refrigerator. I never was a fan of freezers that pull out like a drawer. I'm not very tall. A freezer like a drawer keeps me too far away from being able to see or get things in the freezer. Both fridge and freezer are very roomy. I couldn't be happier with this refrigerators!

• New Refrigerator arrived yesterday. As I bought this site unseen I was pleasantly surprised at how much space I have. I especially like the 3 drawers in the freezer. Since I did not get a refrigerator with an ice maker, they have the perfect size drawer for ice trays, everything is well compartentalized. The refrigertor section has mulitple shevles on the door and plenty of shelving with 2 drawers. More space than my old refrigerator.

• Our fridge died and we had limited space for a replacement. This smaller fridge gave us what we needed and wanted. Very happy so far with space and capacity.

• I like the depth which is much less than my old fridge. It is very quiet and doesn’t run most of the time. The fridge upper door has a lot of shelf space which makes up for being shallower and makes accessing items much easier. Happy with my purchase. I did learn that a stainless steel fridge only means the doors. I can live with that.

• It's a slightly different design that most fridges: the handle is hidden on the side of the door and the freezer has free plastic drawers. I love this design: it's clean and super functional. No handle on door allows for a large magnetic note board which my household depends on. The fridge is spacious and shelves and drawers are arranged for easy access to everything. A word of warning: changing the direction of for door opening is complicated. I paid for delivery persons to do it and they broke it. It was fixed within a week and all is good but GE doesn't warn about this and it can be a problem. I like this fridge much better than my prior GE French door.

• After doing a lot of research, we discovered that refrigerators with fewer bells and whistles last longer. This one is perfect for that, and it also has a footprint that fits our 1920s kitchen. It’s a very simple design, adjustable, elegant shelves, cools quickly, freezes, quickly, stores things amazingly efficiently. It holds everything that we need. Food is incredibly visible in ways that it was not before: everything is clear. We’re very happy with this, two weeks in. It doesn’t even extend past the countertops. Quiet, energy, efficient. All good.

• I bought this fridge to replace a competing brand’s similarly sized fridge. The GE fridge is far superior than my old fridge by offering more usable space and quick cooling. I am hoping this fridge lasts for a long while.

• Really a nice bottom freezer frig. Lots of room in both frig and freezer. Keeps perfect temp and really quite. Very pleased.

• Counter depth fridge fits nicely but keep in mind that there is no visible handles so the fridge needs to stand out on the size of the hidden handles within the door.

• So far so good! We have had the fridge for 2 weeks and I love the look of it. It's a lot sleeker than our last fridge and sits closer to the Wall so it doesn't stick as far out as our last fridge. I like the no handles because it has a very modern sleek look that matches the rest of our appliances. Inside. The shelves are adjustable and easy to use. I find the space fantastic. I do find it lacks in freezer space but that's okay as we have a chest freezer and I prefer not to have my indoor freezer full anyways.

• I had been looking for 30 years to find a good replacement for my 50 year old Refrigerator, that would fit in my Cubby-Hole in the Kitchen. Finally I found what I needed, a "Counter-Depth Refrigerator". I never knew of that topic before. When I searched the Internet for that topic, I found a very small amount of refrigerators that fit my Kitchen Cubby-Hole. This GE model appeared to be the best for me and considered to be reliable by Refrigerator Repair Technicians.

• I like all the room inside the refrigerator. I like the separate shelves in the freezer. The drawer for the fruits and the deli meats is big and I like that. I had French doors before so the side door is a little getting used to, but I do like the bigness of the inside.
