• We love the capacity of the chest freezer and storage options are phenomenal. We can use all three levels to sort out the different cuts of beef we are storing.

• Freezer arrived and no damage. The 2 men that brought our chest freezer were very respectful, friendly, and kept us up on their time of arrival. For example I was going to have them just set the freezer in the middle of the room and I would move it towards the wall because I had some cords for our internet that I was concerned about. They said "let us help you since you have the man power available." They helped and were very careful! Thanks for hiring great employees!

• We've had it for a few months now and it has worked perfectly. We love the large capacity, the baskets, and organizational compartments for the bottom of the freezer. These make it much easier to access all the food in the freezer quickly and without having to move a lot of frozen food to find something. We also like that it's garage ready if at some point in the future we need to move it to a garage. Like all chest freezers we've owned it does need defrosting every 2-3 months but we just use this as an opportunity to remind us what's in the freezer and needs to get eaten up.

• Got this to fit large amounts of meat and everything else. It does all that and keeps it organized. Baskets are amazing.

• I just got my new freezer today and so far I love the size and the organization dividers for the bottom as well as the baskets for the top. We originally bought a stand up Frigidaire freezer and in less than two months it wouldn’t maintain its temperature. Lowe’s was great about returning it for this GE chest freezer and what a difference in space. I will never buy a standup freezer again and am looking forward to Lowe’s picking it up this week!!

• We have only had this about a month. So far, it is great. Every time I open the lid, the temperature is right a 0. I like the grid for the bottom - and that it can be conformed to whatever our needs are is really nice. I did order extra baskets which I thought were pretty expensive....they should have been included. Only problem so far is that it arrived with a small dent in one corner on the front. I am pretty picky, so the only one that has noticed it. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

• This freezer is very roomy and has several baskets and the bottom of freezer has a separator so you can really get everything organized. Very happy.

• The overall practicality of this product is amazing without taking up all the space in the room. Easy set up. The baskets allow for great organization. The temperature is easy to control and keeps the food inside to the perfect temperature without freezer burning. Overall amazing product.

• WOW!!! It was finally time to purchase a new freezer. Our old one was still working well but its age posed risks that made me uncomfortable. It was 54 years old!!! I love the new 21.7 cu ft chest freezer we purchased. I researched many freezers and decided this was the best option for us. I really like that it came with 5 baskets (and I just ordered and additional 2). I like the chest style but if you don't have baskets things will get lost forever. I am so happy with our new freezer!

• So far so good. Received yesterday July 3 2025. Seems very well built. Door closes firmly. Got cold quickly. Really like the drawers inside. Plenty of room inside.

• Great freezer so far. Love the basket system, makes it much easier to organize so you're not digging to find things. The light in the lid is great too.
