The GE A/C unit M# AJCM12DWJK1 looks really nice, sound level is appropriate, the remote work just fine and as a whole the GE A/C unit is Grand.

Unit works good. I wish the app would indicate when the unit is actually running (fan or fan & condenser. Got 2 different answers from customer support emails regarding this question (first said the app did not advise if ac actually running, only that is powered on/second email said it did. Finally called cs and after many attempts to clarify my question was told that app does not indicate if ac is actually “running”. Otherwise, so far so good.
