This has to be one of the easiest heat/ac units I've ever owned. It's got the ability to be controlled via wifi as well as by remote control. I've owned many units over the years and this one takes the cake by far. Well done GE. Well done indeed.

This is really a great machine. It works well doesn’t make a lot of noise. I like that. It tells me when to clean the filter.

From the second it turned on it only took a few moments to make the entire apartment cool down. Normally I don't do well in summer because I struggle with over heating and the AC never seems to help, but I haven't had to deal with that once in the entire summer this year!! It's kept the apartment at the perfect temperature for me the whole time.

I had another unit that was not putting out enough cold air...it took all day in Florida for my bedroom to cool down and even then it was not cool...now I have cold air...and it is so much better after working outside in the heat all day...this is a major game changer. I have not yet had the opportunity to learn how to connect to my internet but we are getting a new internet router soon so I will wait until that is done to try this feature. I would recommend this AC unit. It is perfect for a medium sized room.

it was easy to install…running very quietly….low power usage….my only criticism is that it hard to read display lights should be easier to read instead of hard to see…..but i will be buying another one shortly…awesome product

This A/C is wonderful and works great! It's easy to use and had so many great features but by far the just is being able to turn on the device and cool the house on my way home so when I get home it's cool. No need to chill the house when I'm not home all day.

It is a bit of work to install but as long as the instructions are followed it fits like a glove. The cooling is amazing, my older unit went out for 2 days and 20 minutes in this one cooled the room down even colder than the last unit and with half the noise. This one comes heating so I'm excited to see how that works for the winter. The smart features on the app make controlling it so cool and futuristic as long as you're tech savvy with a smart phone but if not it does come with a remote to save headaches controlling it. The Eco settings are gonna make saving energy way easier. Overall it's a strong, but light unit to install for medium sized rooms with a bunch of features but most important, it cools amazingly!!

it works great but takes a while to cool the room down, but once its cool it stays cool. im still trying to figure out the best temprature for my room. I cant wait to see how the heat will work. if i can ill post or edit this later to reflect how great it works. install was easy. almost a month installed here in Louisiana with temps at 96 or so. i cant complain. im happy with the product.

So far it does what it suppose to do,cooling is great,little noise, haven't used long enough for energy, installation was ok ,controls ok but only downfall is the numbers don't show bright enough
