• Great product and excellent addition to our refrigerator to give us much better ice making capacity. Installation was extremely easy, since our refrigerator was already configured with water lines to receive the additional ice maker. There were several additional parts included as part of the kit that we did not need, so unfortunately they were throw-away.

• Installation was a little tricky, but this unit puts out ice quickly and consistently. We never run out of ice anymore, even on hot days. Will buy another one for the new fridge in my summer home.

• Very easy install, I would recommend watching the installation video. Hardest part was moving our fridge. Also our fridge needed different size nut drivers and socket. Beyond that the ice maker works great and we never run out of ice. It started making ice a couple hours after install.

• Installation is easy, but I'd recommend the video instruction over the manual included in the box. I primarily used the video, and confirmed the next step via the manual. From start to finish, took about an hour. Ice was present in the bin within 4-6 hours, and it filled up completely in less than 48 hours.

• I installed this ice maker and, sadly, it is terribly slow. It has been 48 hours, and it has only dumped16 ice cubes. It seems to freeze fine (I can feel ice cubes in the full ice cube tray), but it doesn't dump them into the holding tray. I wouldn't have spent the $150 if I knew it was this slow. I called service, and they talked me through resetting it, but it is still holding on to those 8 ice cubes.

• Ordered three weeks ago. Shipping label created one week later. The item was not shipped. Customer service has been contacted and responded that they will "reach out" to the warehouse. That was a week ago and nothing has happened. A different review of the item may be made IF I ever receive it.

• The ice production was never very fast even after initial installation. Now after a little over 2 years it doesn’t even work anymore.
