The controls are hard to understand. I have to use readers to see the prompts. I've sent in 2 surveys because the installation is questionable. Haven't heard back... Everything is working quite well.

When the delivery team arrived, they claimed that installation was not included in the service, even though it was. After I called customer service, I was informed that they were speaking with the delivery team at the same time and confirmed that installation was indeed part of the service. The team eventually completed the installation, but with a great deal of attitude. Customers should not have to deal with frustration caused by internal communication and coordination problems. Those issues are the company's responsibility, not the customer's. To make matters worse, the installation itself was not done properly. The microwave was not installed level and sits at an angle instead of being flat. After all the confusion and inconvenience, I expected the installation to be completed professionally and correctly. It is unfair for customers to pay the price for mistakes and coordination failures that happen behind the scenes.

I purchased mine around July 2024 on special order at Lowe’s. I waited 2 months for it to arrive. Upon installing , the unit went completely dead within 2 months. Then it lasted another 11 months, just in time for the 1yr warranty to expire and has now gone completely dead again. This so called higher end product is Crap and is now a $500 boat anchor in my kitchen that cost more to fix than it’s worth. GE did not stand behind the product, nor did they put quality parts into this product to ensure longevity. I’m so disappointed.
