• I chose to upgrade(?) to a GE water heater with eight year warranty instead of replacing the (different brand) with three year and recurrent issues. We’ll see how the investment fares in five years? So far, we’re very happy with this water heater.

• GE has always been a brand that I feel I could rely on. With this hot water heater I feel no different. Installation took about two hours for the plumber. After watching the plumber I feel like I could have installed it in my own, but I don’t like taking chances when it comes to gas appliances. There are many safety features on the unit, which I appreciate. There is only my husband and I in the house so the 40 gallon size works very well for us. The water is always hot. I’m happy with it and would recommend it to others!
