• I have a GE 30” range, modelJB735SP1SS. I bought the racks and they fit perfectly. I never have to scrub an oven rack again because you leave them in the oven when self cleaning! They have been through a cleaning and are perfect.

• The stove looks so clean , has multi functions and I even get to Set a timer while cooking

• I ordered these for my ELECTRIC self cleaning oven with hope to be able to leave them in the oven while using the self clean feature but when the box came it states for “gas range”? My oven model# JS760SL1SS will these still work in an electric oven?

• Just to clarify, my issue was never "resolved" as stated by GE Appliances. Their resolution was to offer me a "special deal" on a new GE Range which I did not accept. I could have gotten a much better deal (on the same exact range) at my local Lowes or appliance store. This whole interaction with GE left such a bad taste in my mouth that I can honestly say I will never buy another GE product.....whether it's a light bulb OR an appliance.

• Beware - these racks damaged my oven! Used as directed, they stuck to the oven shelves and, in the process of getting them out, took pieces of the oven liner with them. Even using new oven racks, they don't move smoothly on the damaged oven shelves (which is especially dangerous when you have hot, heavy baking dishes on them!). I can't believe that GE is still selling these racks! I now have a perfectly good 5-yr old GE range with a damaged (and dangerous to use) oven. And GE will not take any responsibility for the situation.

• I will never buy from GE again! These racks have an enamel coating to them. That would've been fine for what I was going to use them for; however, upon receiving the racks, little chunks of the enamel had come off the racks and were laying in the bottom of the plastic bags they were sent in. I emailed that the products were damaged and was given a label to return the items. Only when I got to FedEx did I find out I was responsible for return shipping, which was $31!! $31 to return $55 worth of damaged goods. I emailed GE again stating that I was not happy and wondered how this could be corrected. I was sent a text to call GE parts and service. Waited on hold for over half an hour to be told that I would have had to CALL them to get return shipping and there was nothing they could do about it. I ordered the steel racks from another company that came quicker and in better shape. GE - you've lost a customer for life. No more GE appliances in my house... no more replacement parts for the things I have now. Enough is enough.

• I purchased these believing it would be great to have a self cleaning oven that did not require cleaning the racks separately. When they arrived, they were heavier duty racks than the ones that came with the oven. They slid in easily; however, within 15 seconds one fell. I thought it was just the one rack but within a few minutes they had all fallen. The racks are just slightly too narrow for the oven. To add insult to injury, I had to pay to return these defective racks.
