This summer (Summer 2025) I purchased two of these units at the same time. They arrived a few weeks later, and I had a carpenter build a bar in my brand new home and install these two units in them. They do not match! They have a different color of light on the panels in the middle which is where you see the temps inside the unit. (Bright Blue Light on one unit, Warm Yellow Light on Other Unit.) When I call - it is impossible to get anyone on the phone that can help you. When I finally was able to receive help (after hours and hours and hours of trying to get someone who can help me) I was told they are "in working order as intended". My question for any staff member of Kitchen Aid - if you purchased two exact same wine fridges at the same time - to put next to each other - would you want them to match? We all know the answer to this would be yes. But yet, sadly, they will not make it right. These units are $2700 a piece, so I have spent $5400 with Kitchen Aid for two wine fridges that are next to each other that do not match. Very disappointed. When you look inside for information on units - one was manufactured in early 2024, the other was manufactured in early 2025. It would be nice if when you purchased two of the exact same units at the exact same time if they gave you units manufactured at the same time so they look the same.

Look at other reviews! Our KitchenAid wine fridge has had so many problems, and having a local company due the repairs has been so expensive and the longevity of these machines is just not worth the price. You might as well buy an inexpensive one instead of spending $2500-$3000 and just replace it when it has a problem. It sure seems like they are building these to fail so people have to repurchase - will never buy KitchenAid again.
