We love everything about this unit. It’s very similar to our 20 year old Jenn Air. Its heats up very quickly and is very quiet in comparison . All the features have been great so far. Its newly installed a little over a month. New smell burned off after a few uses. The only things we don’t care for about it is that the timer chime even on high volume isn’t very loud. When you start the oven to preheat the interior light stays on until you manually turn it off. An automatic shut off would be nice. Other than those small things we love it. In our opinion worth the extra money.

Had this installed 6 weeks ago. It’s easy to use (even more so when you finally find the online user manual!) The air fryer function took some getting used to to as the necessary temp to AF is different than on my previous COSORI AF. All in all I’m very happy with it

It’s early days, but so far so good, with two exceptions. Twice now, while baking, the oven automatically canceled the program. Fortunately, we were in the kitchen, noticed this, and restarted the program. We’ll have to monitor this. We reported this to KiitchenAid. Second, we have an order emanating from the oven while baking. We were advised to run the oven at 400° for two hours. Did so, but no improvement. We think the odor is coming from the door and suspect a piece of the plastic film used to protect the glass before installation is trapped behind the facia.

Bought this to replace a 15 year old appliance. Looks great and is simple to use the various functions. Only downside is the racks don't slide out as easily as I had hoped and the air fryer doesn't seem to cook the food as well as I thought it would. Have tried several different recipes and they've all taken a lot longer to cook than the recipe said. Other than that, very pleased with our purchase. Also, the timer is not loud enough to hear unless you are standing right in front of the oven. I have the volume on maximum.

This was installed a month ago, and the paper manual was misplaced. I have yet to find a physical label that includes the Model Number. If you follow the screen menu you can find a QR code under Support and Service. However the codes leads to a generic (any Model) webpage. Any responder on chat will first insist on you entering the Model Number. Which apparently is NOT the "Appliance Number" next to the QR code. The chat person explained where to find a label, however there was no label. Dead end for getting "support". By browsing the main website I was able to identify the Model Number by eye sight. Also, the large round control wheels are very easy to accidentally press if the oven is installed just below a workspace counter. You can eventually discover how to "swap" the two controls, which helps reduce pressings. Finally, this is not an appliance for a home with children. They love to mess with the controls. We found the oven ON in the default Quick Start Mode, and no (zero) way to select "No Quick Start". Instead you must lock all controls, which is not safe either because a child will simply press the X on the display and have all of the functions available to them... An unsafe user interface if the oven is within reach of children, and not a good user interface if mounted below a food prep surface.

I purchased this about a month ago and was worried it would be complicated to use after an oven I had for 30 years. But it is very simple and easy to use. It is also very pretty and a nice addition to my kitchen. I do notice it doesnt seem to be as hot as my old oven, but I just add additional time to my receipes. I like that it comes with an app to tell you the status of the oven, because the sounds on the oven are not very loud (i.e. when baking is completed).

Bought this oven a month ago and so far so good. Works fine but I wish the alarm when the timer ended was louder and I love the extended slide out shelve but prefer the flexibility of having three removable wire racks that we had on our old kitchenaid.

My 20 year old, very well used (I bake a ton of sourdough!) Kitchenaid wall oven started having some issues, so I ordered the new model, sight unseen, over the internet. This new oven is baking my breads beautifully! So far I’m happy and impressed.

We bought this wall oven and we where just wondering why the timer when done isn’t very loud can’t hear it when the cooking time is done how can we make it louder we have it on the max volume
