• I bought this refrigerator about a month ago. I wasn't sure if I would like the four door set up as far as convenience and also capacity. I ended up liking it a lot! Also I was hesitant about the ice make as we use quite a bit of ice and our old Whirlpool side by side really put out the ice. This one keeps up and does great! The only complain I have is that the water and ice area LED light is not correct. It is super dim and I have had service out twice for it. They replaced the front display panel and it still is not right. They called Whirlpool and no one could say why it was not right. They think it is a software issue. So I am left with virtually no light on this.

• Extremely sleek and smooth refrigerator that makes the space look fancy and high end. The drawers pull out smoother than any fridge I have ever used (including higher end brands). The wine rack is a very nice touch and can pull out. The space on the doors could be a bit bigger but it’s usable. They thought about the little touches that help make the fridge more usable (like one shelf can slide back to make space for a tall item). The touchscreen is very responsive and easy to set and use. Everything came packaged very well. Can’t tell the fridge is on when it’s plugged in, which is great if you can’t stand a fridge that hums. Overall amazing fridge!

• I've received this item so happy I did. KitchenAid 4-door refrigerator with flexible temperature zone is amazing and very energy efficient, it runs so quiet. I love the modern look. It's so easy to clean, has so many features touchscreen panel, wine bottle holder that can be taken out also, ice maker, water dispenser different temperature zones. Very nice led lighting. Shelves are unique and adjustable. Drawers are deep and temperature control. Overall it's very great quality, I definitely recommend you won't be disappointed.

• I’m very grateful with influenster and kitchen aid for giving me the opportunity to try out this amazing refrigerator. The functions are the best: cooling system, high energy efficiency, water dispensing and ice maker. The design is modern and functional. It has wood design in the trays that gives elegance to the appliance. Good storage capacity and aesthetic. Quad doors with handles, stainless steel modern and fingerprints free.

Some of the best features are • PrintShield finish • 4-Door counter depth design with exterior ice and water dispenser • Can change from cubed ice to crushed • Touchscreen control panel • Adjustable flexible temperature zone • Store, organize and access ingredients with ease • Interior wood look trim sliding storage trays and metallic accent colors • Can easily make room for tall items with the slide away top shelf • Marked crisper bins • Adjustable bins in the doors • And one of the best of best features is it runs quietly. The only negative thing is that tall items like a gallon jug or pitchers will only fit on the top shelf, and a large pizza box won't fit since this is counter depth size. However, a medium pizza will fit into the top shelf space, see pics.

• I originally ordered this fridge and when it arrived it never cooled down. The fridge hovered around 50 degrees and the freezers were around 40 degrees. I had it exchanged for a new one. The new one has been installed for over 24 hours. The fridge, set to 36 is 38 degrees. Freezer set to 0, but is 38 degrees, and the Flex Zone, set to 0 is 12 degrees. The ice machine has not begun making ice. It is set on. I am furious that these have both failed. For what it's worth, I have it properly installed, and the fridge has not been stocked.

DispenserLight is not working, was it designed that way, or mis-assembly, or wrong part I called for customer service, was not able to connect the few first days, and eventually connect, schedule for service, in-progress (Service Job Number: SWPT94A93617-1) This is a brand new unit, I would not like it to take apart, and replace part, it’s not what expected KitchenAid USA brand name 2. Panoramic LED lighting is not cover the whole interior. Multiple strips of LED lights inside the refrigerator compartment, freezer compartment, and interior drawers minimize shadows and evenly distribute light throughout the refrigerator. Good display, but not functional 3. Water and Ice Dispensers They are independent controlled, if accidental press the ice while intended for water, then ice will dispense to the glass with water is being filled 4. The unit is not made in the USA Made in P.R C Fabrique en Chine 5. It looks good, but assembly/functional/usage practical not to improve Thank you

• While the refrigerator is super luxurious and beautiful, I just don’t think it is quite functional. The space is not used very well. I can’t even put a gallon of milk in it. The shelves are super narrow and not very deep. The shelves on the doors barely fit anything. While it is a beautiful fridge, I just don’t know if it is the right one for me and a family.

• It has not been a month yet, but I can express my concerns with this refrigerator. First, it is not intended for a family of three or more. It’s definitely a refrigerator for someone who’s single or a couple who hardly cook. It’s a gem inside, and it has fine details; but it’s not a practical one.

• I was given this KitchenAid refrigerator for my honest opinion. The fridge is very roomy and has so many personalization features. Starting with the touchscreen panel on the front, it allows you to set your cup size for easy filling and go from cubed to crushed ice. You can also choose from many settings to simply chill wine or keep things cool for a get together. It even has a vacation mode to conserve energy while you are away. The fridge itself is very roomy and offers sliding shelves and several drawers for optimal storage. The freezer also offers a great amount of space along with a shelf that pulls out and multiple drawers for storage. Behind the fourth door is a temperature control zone that you can adjust to your needs. It has a built in wine rack that slides in and out along with two large drawers that offer more storage. Overall I think this refrigerator is a great product! It offers bells and whistles along with a great amount of storage options. If you are in the market for a new fridge I would highly recommend you check this one out!

• This refrigerator can do it all. At first, I was a little worried about the storage capacity, because my old refrigerator was bigger as far as cubic feet- but it's actually not an issue at all because of how this unit is laid out. I somehow have MORE room with "less" space, it's wild. It's a finger-print resistant stainless steel outside, which is no lie. It's gorgeous inside, with LED lighting, smoked glass and wood-like accents. There are so many drawers and cubbies, and the bottom right hand side can be a fridge OR freezer to suit your needs. It has a drink caddy, which is so great for entertaining. The top shelf in the dedicated fridge (the top half) has a slide so you can sit tall things (like a gallon of milk) on the second shelf. The touch screen has a ton of features- timers for marinating meat, as well as custom timers you can set. It stores recipes for you, and will dispense water for those recipes if it calls for it. There are several preset water functions (from a 3 oz Americano up to 40 oz water bottles). One of my favorite features so far is the "rapid cooling" feature- this unit was chilled and ready for my groceries an HOUR after it was plugged in. And there's a preset to use this feature when you're bringing in a big grocery haul! I've honestly never been more impressed by an appliance. It really has improved my life, even if that sounds silly to say.

• This KitchenAid refrigerator is an entertainer’s dream! I love how you can make the bottom right a fridge, freezer or wine cooler all at the tap of a button. There are modes to make ice fast, cool faster and even a mode for when your cleaning the inside so it won’t constantly chime at you that the door is open. I love how it tells you how many ounces of water it has dispensed and you can save setting so you can fill different things at the touch of a button rather than sitting there holding the water lever in. So many other things this fridge can d, I can’t list them all. Outside of when it’s dropping ice or pulling in water to make ice you can’t hear it running. 10/10!!

• We purchased this four-door refrigerator for our new townhouse. It has been downhill ever since. then the icemaker dispenses Federal government ice for maybe a week and then it stops. You must clear the chute which has a large piece of ice stuck in it preventing proper operation after clearing the chute the same issue repeats within a week. to make matters worse currently we are unable to remove the ice pain to clear the sheet. KitchenAid is well aware of our issues. I have now asked KitchenAid to take this thing back because we are miserable with it. We would never recommend this product to anyone

• I had high hopes since I live the kitchenaid brand and wanted it to work for us. Our previous fridge style you no longer make counter depth and do to a cabinet box size issue we are limited. This is not going to be what we keep abd it is going back to the retailer. You can not put a gallon of milk in the door or even a half gallon! It won’t fit in the main part of the refrigerator either unless you slide the center back. This now makes it do you’ve lost all the main fridge space for anything wide and tall. I can’t even fit a can on the top shelf or the bottom!

• I can’t begin to explain how amazing this fridge from Kitchenaid is! It has 3 adjustable compartments cooler/freezer to fit your needs, built in wine cooler, and so many customizable options for the fridge portion it’s unbelievable. The ice maker and cooled water is a perfect fit for the outside and you can even select the amount of water you want to dispense. I like that you can adjust the settings with the touch of a button and have confidence in the quality Kitchenaid provides. It looks so elegant and is very quiet. I am so happy with this product.

• This fridge is so quiet and energy efficient. It holds a lot of food. The fridge shelves have two height positions, by rotating the brackets either vertical or horizontal. The lights come on dim, and brighten, and you can see everything, compared to the typical bulbs. The temperature remains perfect, both the fridge and freezer. Installation was a breeze. We absolutely LOVE this fridge!

• The refrigerator is nice, and the electronic panel is easy to use. The top left door does not stay open which is a bit annoying. Also the shelves on the doors are thin plastic, and a glass condiment bottle tipped over and broke the plastic. Otherwise happy with it.

• We LOVE the style of this refrigerator. Had tried to order a different KitchenAid model, but kept getting out of stock or damaged (& thus, not delivered). It is great having 4 doors with the 2 freezer doors in the bottom. It may be too small for a larger family. but for 3-4 people, it’s perfect. Can see items clearly, esp refrigerator top 2 sections. It may be b/c it’s new, but seems like items now can me better organized. Had read reviews about the water/ ice outside door having problems, but we use it several times a day-everyday (previous model similar) & have zero issues.

• Pros: Modern looking, able to select the size of ice cubes, lots of lights inside, customizable zone that can be freezer space, wine fridge, or extra refrigerator. We chose to use that space as an extra fridge for the kids snacks and drinks, which they absolutely love! Fairly quiet, only noisy making ice which is expected. I love all the drawers. Cons: the interior space is so small, there is no room for a gallon of milk at all. I have to slide back one of the shelves to make room for a half gallon of milk which is not ideal for a household with kids. No room for big pot, my husband makes a huge batch of sauce monthly and we typically would store it in the fridge for a few days before I divide it up for freezing, there is no room for that. The deli drawer is so small, I would normally buy a weeks worth of meat and cheese and keep it in the deli drawer. Does not fit. Overall, it is a beautiful refrigerator but was not made for a family. This would be better suited for a couple or individual who doesn’t do a week’s worth of shopping at a time. I really wanted to love this refrigerator but it is way too small for our needs.
