I’m actually in love with this oven. It looks beautiful and fits really well into my kitchen. The assembly was pretty easy. The features are awesome, I really like that you can use your phone.

So first thing first…shipment was great! The guys were really nice and helpful. Customer service was also very helpful (waiting time can improve, but I get it) and now the product…omg what a CHANGE! so nice looking, so many different things and updates, like the air fryer option, and being able to turn your oven from your phone. I also really like that I get 2 big size burners in the front, because it helps to decrease cooking time. It’s really a game changer. We are going to get some more products from Kitchen Aid next year, so definitely a yes! 🙌🏼

I absolutely love this stove! It was easy to install and the app walks you through exactly how to set it up. The heat is so even and distributed wonderfully. I love that the burners are adjustable to keep the temp where you want it. The top grates are heavy duty and it seems like such a high end appliance?

Range was 2 weeks old, went to turn on oven and while the clock was on, the control panel would not work. It was NOT locked. I tried a few things with online support but nothing worked, we scheduled a repair. The burners worked and I was able to turn the oven on through the Kitchenaid AP, and turn it off. After an hour, the control panel worked just fine. The only thing that happened was that I signed out of the Kitchenaid AP. The oven has been fine. We cancelled the repair as they said there would be nothing they could do. But it is very curious why this happened. Was it the AP? I won’t be signing into the AP again!!!

This gas range is the fanciest gas range I have ever owned in my life. There are many different modes that I have never seen in a gas range before. It has a convection mode which means I can air bake and air fry. It has a bread making mode. I can control my range from my phone. This range seems to bake more evenly and more quickly then my last range. On top of all of that, after I turn my oven off, it has a built-in fan to cool it down quicker! This range is absolutely amazing!

This range is a replacement for our 15 year old Kenmore. So far I really like most things. We are a retired couple in our 70's so at first had concerns about the the functions of the control panel but after one week we have it figured out. If their is one thing that is off putting it the stove knobs are so big and easy go turn they off accidently get turned on when reaching the back of the range or above the range to the microwave.

I was so excited to receive this! Every bit of it is luxurious with its finishings and features. The touch screen makes everything a breeze. I have cooked dinner and baked multiple nights and everything comes out perfectly. I have no complaints! I recommend anyone get this if they are on the hunt for a new stove!

Love the convection feature and the cooktop. Great so far for making pasta. The oven has been great for pizza, frittatas, lasagna, and cooking up fries. I’m excited to try some baking in the future!

Its a nice size. It works great in absolutely love it. I would definitely buy this range again. It doesn't make a noise per say. It heats up very quickly. I absolutely love it.

I bought the 5.0 CU. Ft. Smart Freestanding Gas Range With Convection Modes December 9, 2025. I love everything about it, except the way the right side of the oven gets hotter than the left side of the oven and unevenly cooks the food on bake mode!!! My food always browns faster and darker on the right side of the pan and it just about burns the food. I expect better performance from this high-end gas range, as it was very expensive. I will be contacting KitchenAid to request that they swap out this gas range for a new one.

We bought this range about one month ago. Everything so far is exactly as advertised. All the functions are easy to use and it works seamlessly. We were a bit surprised that the unit is Wi-Fi connected, but that connected easily too. Not a feature that will get used much in our household, but may be a must for others. Only small issue was the unit is about 3 inches deeper than the Dacor it replaced. So, it sticks out a bit more than the counters we have.

Not a big fan of this new range/oven. Our last KitchenAid range had a gas broiler. This unit has an electric coil that takes longer to cook items like burgers & steaks. Wish the convection fan ran all the time instead of just for a few types of sub-settings. One of the range burners does not light properly. I have to schedule a service call.

Had it a month or so, burners are nice. The center burner has two spuds so it puts out way more heat than our old range. Air fry is great, oven temperature is spot on. Proof feature is awesome for bread. The timer, however, is utterly useless unless you are in the room. Even at full bore it’s absurdly quiet and does not repeat. We bought a separate timer. Maybe it works with the App, but I’m not connecting my oven to WiFi, it’s ridiculous.

I purchased in November and did not receive the griddle that was on display in the store. Was very disappointed that I did not get it. Whirlpool should have disclosed that I would not get it. Also did not receive the manual with the range. I have called the customer service number on 3 separate occasions and was on hold for an hour each time and no one ever answered

I replaced my 13 year old KitchenAid gas range with this one, liked the air fry feature and link to WiFi. Haven't had need to use the large center burner yet. There are differences that I miss like the third rack, but I hardly used the warming drawer, so don’t miss that. Overall very happy thus far!

I love my new five burner gas range. I’m still figuring out all the functions, but it’s working really well. I like that. It has the warming drawer on the bottom, too. The drawer is a little lightweight, so it takes a little extra to open it. Overall, very happy.

This product operates perfectly. The gas burners are very powerful and the over functions nominally. The knobs are huge and the zero is in a weird place on the keypad, otherwise no complaints.
