Range has been very good. Works as it should and is visually easing. The only thing, and this really had me scratching my head. It was that super thin blue protective coating they put across the front and top. You would think it is just an easy peel wrap like most everything else. Nope. You go on the website and it shows tells you to use a packing type tape to layer across and peel back. Almost like you're waxing hair. It didn't work like it should. I ended up having to scrap this blue stuff off for almost 2 hours. So have fun with that. But hey, the range is great once you get past that hot mess. Do better KitchenAid.

We purchased it about 3 weeks ago. My husband has been ill and not on solid foods so I haven’t used it much. He’s better so I can’t wait to start cooking again!

My old range died a week before Christmas, so I needed a new one ASAP! Our local appliance store had this one in stock and could deliver it the next day. I do like some of the features such as the air fryer option and the griddle which my old range did not have. The problem with this range is, if I happen to lean against the burner knobs they ignite. I have a built in microwave and a cabinet above the stove that I need to access. Having the burners ignite is not a good thing! I went to the appliance store to see if there were any child locks that I could get. Unfortunately, there aren’t any that would fit the knobs. If a person is looking at buying this particular model and have small children, I would not recommend buying this range.

Been wanting a kitchen aid range for years finally got it and very disappointed with the quality handle is crooked and manufacturer sent the wrong stove orifice according to service technician ordered replacement and have heard from anyone wife keeps calling customer service been going on 3 months still waiting

We love our replacement KitchenAid range which we purchased because we did not like our former double oven KitchenAid range purchased 6 years ago. We love that it is a single oven, cafe style range and the new handles / knobs are fabulous. The burners are very strong, for lack of a better term... they heat quickly and almost too well even at the lowest setting. Overall, we are very happy with this new range so far

This was our second kitchen renovation. Ten years ago we opted for all upscale kitchenaid applicanes. Replaced our old gas range with this model and its been nothing but a mess to keep clean and utilize. No operators manual you have to go on line to leanr to operate functions. The glossy range top surrounding burners is a major headache to keep clean. The topmounted control screen is poorly placed in design and wish they had left it mounted on the front of the unit between burner handles. Programming is complicated and difficult. Previous untit a breeze. Takes FOREVER to preheat and alarms, bells, sounds too faint to hear if you are timing a roast or cake. Oven racks now made of a cheaper lower gauge metal. Warmer drawer too shallow This was a great disappointment and regretfully we are stuck with this . Caveat Emptor buyer beware this is NOT worth the money.

I hate that the simmer burner is in the back. I wish that the front has one large burner and one small burner. I have short arms and I cannot constantly stir the content when I am simmering something on the small burner. My back is killing me because the dials and control panel are in my way and I have to reach out very far to stir. I only got the stove this week and I regret buying it. It looks beautiful, though.

good range, justwhat I wanted. One thing, it is hard to get all the cooking grease wiped odff around the burners. Always leaves a light residue of grease, not completely shiny clean. Ive tried vinegar, water, dish soap with no luck.. Will not use non abrasive sponge pads, or soft scrub, and even bartenders friendly cleanser.

We were remodeling our kitchen and had it delivered 4 days before opening it. We found it damaged and since no one told us we had to open it within 24 hours to report damage we could not return it. We have also set the clock at least 6 different times only to have it go to the wrong time after resetting it each time.

I just baked my first batch of cookies & sourdough bagels and they both came out amazingly well I was afraid of burning with a new oven it’s tough getting the heat down but I love this oven & having an app feature is great, start warming it up ahead of time! Makes dinner just a few minutes ahead

I bought this oven a few weeks ago and so far I am just amazed with all the extra cooking settings and their efficiency. The remote setting is not working well for me as it says the door is open when it is not, but I am sure I will figure it out.

This oven is absolutely beautiful. It's very solid. The knobs are solid and easy to use. The oven heats so quickly. Easy to understand and seems it will last a long, long time. I've had it for one month. I'm extremely satisfied so far.

We bought this gas range/oven and also the microwave/hood combo unit. All was great from 11/18 to 11/25. 3:45 the next morning, I was awakened to a clicking sound in the kitchen; it was the oven (on a proofing cycle) trying to light. I opened the door, smelled gas, and found the inside cold. I turned everything off and stayed awake trying to figure out how to tell my wife that she had no oven for Thanksgiving dinner (the next day). Costco was great about offering a replacement, but they are out of stock. And now, on 12/9 we are still waiting for a replacement. I still like the oven but there are a few issues with the design. The range knobs are very easy to turn on if you brush against them. You cannot tell from any distance what setting they are on, since they are round and have no highlight mark from the front. I wish the oven light didn't turn on every time a cycle is started, and remain on until shut off. I can turn it on if I need it. All that being said, I am looking forward to a replacement unit, hopefully soon! Hoping that quality control here was the exception.

Absolutly terrible. Worst customer service. Been spending hours trying to resolve with kitchenaide. Would never buy a kitchenaid agan. Issues still not resolved. Kitchenaide refusing to help.

It's look great . The stainless and large knob in front make it look like a pro range that cost 3-4 x this range. Lots of features built in (like the 2 cleaning modes...) I really like it.
