The rangetop's performance has been fine but after using the new rangetop just a few times we noticed that the ring that sits above one of the burners was cracked. We phoned KitchenAid support and waited over an hour for an agent to answer, who then put us on hold again as she transferred us to another department. After waiting on hold for approximately 30 more minutes we gave up and we are now working with the dealer from whom we purchased the rangetop to get the burner ring replaced.

We just moved in and have only been using my gas range top for a month. Happy with the product & looks so nice in my kitchen.

We've had this cooktop for 3 years and have been quite happy with it but in the last month both circular rings have cracked. $125+ EACH to replace is ridiculous.

This was installed in a new build and I wish the small burner was located at the front instead of the back. I use the small burner for most of my cooking, and have to reach too far to the back burner on the right.
