• I bought my new flush-mount microwave a few weeks ago and love it! It’s not as deep and does not have a turntable but I haven’t missed it at all. The air fryer feature is awesome. Food comes out evenly cooked and moist. It did not come with an instruction guide but there is a handy chart on the inside that guides you through the level and rack you should be using. I do need a little more detail on cleaning, etc. so I will see if I can find instructions online. It’s pretty intuitive and it does walk you through the steps depending on the feature being used. It also sends you text alerts when the food is finished. Couldn’t be happier with this microwave.

• Best microwave I’ve seen! This is not your traditional microwave, it will blow your mind how many things it can do. I received this product for free in exchange of my honest review. One of my favorite things about this microwave is how it can keep warm your meals up to 60 minutes. It literally warms up food way better than my old microwave, it seems like it actually needs less time to do so as well. It looks so pretty in my kitchen, I can not stop looking at it. It has a smart feature where you can download the app and you can preheat the oven while you decide to get up lol If you are debating on buying it just do it !

• This is an expensive microwave. It performs its various functions, but it is the loudest exhaust I've ever owned, and is loud on low and medium as well as high. When I tried contacting Kitchenaid to find out whether this is normal or maybe a faulty installation, I got a complete run around. I had to speak to three people before being transferred to someone who could help me, and then the call dropped. I went through the same very long process and wait, and was finally told to schedule service if I wanted to but it might be on me because Kitchenaid isn't responsible for installation issues. What I really wanted to know was how loud is normal, and that information is not available. I am so frustrated that I don't think I'll ever buy another product from any of the brands of Whirlpool.

• I didn't think it was possible to love a microwave, and yet, here I am. The sleek design and the multi functionality of it at the price point it's sold at is truly astonishing. My only gripe is that the delivery people did not install it, so I've got to do so myself. Because it does so many things (air fry, oven, microwave, warming tray) it saves up a lot of counter space. We were able to get rid of our air fryer and use this in its place. It performs all the functions incredibly well. I heated up French toast this morning (pictured) and it was delicious. Plus, it's really a gorgeous design. It's very sleek and the touchscreen makes it look super modern and expensive. The door opens at the touch of the screen. It's quiet, beautiful, and definitely worth the money.

• A bad product with worse service. From the very first day we got it, it has many problems. Makes occasional grinding noise, the fan keeps on for 15 min even if the microwave runs for 5s. The microwave occasionally fails saying "power to your appliance was lost ...". The microwave takes forever to heat food. The service from KitchenAid is horrible, the replaced multiple parts, but problem persists, and keep sending technicians again and again without resolution. Would not recommend this product.

• I just received this KitchenAid Microwave from Influenster and couldn’t be more excited!  This will revolutionize our cooking experience and make everything much more seamless. With its sleek stainless-steel finish and an array of cooking options including microwave, convection, and the exciting addition of an air fry function, it promises to take our cooking game to the next level. (I mean seriously, what other company has a microwave that can air fry?) Instead of having multiple appliances, I will be able to do all of my cooking in this which will help save a ton of counter space in the long run! All in all, I'm very excited about this product and wholeheartedly recommend it if you're in the market for a new microwave.

• It’s sleek but the container error message of “ BACK Power to your appliance was lost. You may need to check on your food in your appliance. Press CONFIRM to set time and date.” is super annoying. Fan is also quite load. Happy with the features just wish it wouldn’t just “reset” whenever it wanted. Shouldn’t happen with such an expensive appliance. Not sure how it gets through quality

• This is a very expensive microwave to also be terrible. The air fry doesn't work at all. I was careful to make sure I was using the fry basket correctly since it also comes with a shelf and roaster pan. I was so excited to buy this. Full regret. Very disappointed.

• Love it! The air fryer is wonderful and the toast function is exceptional! My husband loves the button to open the door. The cabinet depth gives more room on the gas stove top and looks very streamlined. I researched a lot of microwaves before purchasing this one. I do think it was more expensive than it should be and would have liked to have had the proofing feature but I am happy with my purchase. The only downside other than price is like all the microwaves I have tried with the butter melt or soften feature it runs too hot and splatters all over the microwave.

• I bought my Over the Range Microwave Oven and took delivery on 8/10/2024. Since I purchased it, at least once a week and sometimes more it states "Power to your appliance was lost. You may need to check on your food in your appliance. Press CONFIRM to set time and date". Last week I went onto the Kitchen Aid website and sent an email regarding this issue. I still have not heard a word. THIS PRODUCT IS UNDER WARRANTY AND SOMEONE NEEDS TO ADDRESS MY ISSUE BEFORE THIS PROBLEM CAUSES A FIRE OR SOMETHING.

• Looks great and has many features, but unfortunately does not come with any instructions on how to use all these wonderful features! Took us quite a while just to figure out how to set the time and date. The manual that comes with it is all about how to install it. Couldn't even find anything useful online for this model or by calling the service number. Really! For the amount we paid for this multi-feature microwave I expected some information/helpful tips on how to use its many features. So I'm deducting one star because as nice at it looks, so far we're still using it as a basic microwave. :(

• Garbage! Garbage, only microwave works, all the other functions, bake, toast do not work. Even after setting up service request, they just are saying it works as intended. This company is not worth your money. The toast function has 5 mode, the lightest mode already give out a burnt results, every other function is a mess.

• I just got this product in the morning. OMG i really full in love with it. It is beautiful design and touch screen and have a lot of opinions as air fry, bake, boil, toast, cook,… I really love it and highly recommend to use it for cooking.

• 3 month ownership now, works great, wish for a easy manual though because it can do so much. Great baking function! Fast (lower the temp about 25° and shorten your bake time). Like the light feature and vents (no outside venting needed). Blows out the top but does not heat up cabinet space above

• The multifunction microwave by KitchenAid was a wonderful addition/replacement for our small kitchen. We were able to replace the air fryer normally kept on our counter. Freeing much needed space. The unit includes a basket, a rack, and a drip pan, and easy to follow instructions. Installation was simple, straightforward, and almost entirely handled alone. I only needed a helping hand to balance the Microwave on the Backplate while securing it from the top. Cleaning is a breeze, as most surfaces are easy wipe. The options available to the cooking individual are incredible ranging from Air Baking, Roasting, broiling, toasting, Air frying and more. The Display is easy to clean, bright, easy to navigate. The unit tells you which location inside to use basket on rack 1 or 2, Oven rack 1or 2 each time you start that type of cooking making it simple for even my children. The fan runs for a few minutes after using it to help with cooldown and reduction of wear and tear. One downside is you have to remove the internal racks to microwave and I wish there was a small rack underneath to hold those pieces rather than having to set them on the counter. With all things considered, I’m excited to use the KitchenAid KMMF530PPS00 for the years to come.

• Bought 6 mo. Just now doing a review because I wanted to give a good account. First there is always a learning curve with new things. The microwave works great to rewarm, still figuring out how to get the popcorn all popped, I had to learn to start my toast early to time it right for eggs, It takes a little longer time then the toaster oven. To bake cookies, I reduced the time 1 to 2 minutes or the bottom burn. Air fryer is ok. It does a good job in my opinion, And this unit freed up some counter space because I gave the Cuisinart Air fryer Toaster Oven Combo away. Though i feel it did a great job too. I needed the space. So far happy with this purchase.

• I think as a convection oven it works fine, same with the air fryer, but it is not a very good microwave. I have not been successful yet in making popcorn which should be very easy, but not with this expensive microwave convection combination. My old Panasonic micro/convection worked very well in both applications. Unfortunately I had company & a family reunion and I was not able to turn it back in as my 30 days passed while I was gone. I am not happy with this appliance, the first thing was no instructions were included with my appliance I had to call 3 times to finally get the instructions which of course ate into my 30 days. Unfortunately I don’t like it.

• I’ve had this microwave installed and been using it for couple days and to be honest, it is very satisfying every time I use it. It has all the kitchen appliances a household would need: microwave, air fry, oven, ventilation hood. It comes with a Dishwasher-Safe Air Fry Basket, a Toasting Pan, and an Oven Rack . I donated my old stuff and saved so much countertop space. The design is sleek and very modern. The LCD display makes it easy to see different functions and navigate around it. I also set up the kitchen aid app and it allows me to control the cooking remotely while I’m tending to my kids. Overall, I’m very happy with this multi function microwave oven. I hope this kitchen appliance will become big and popular in the next couple years, just like the air fryer.

• I am waiting, almost 2 weeks , for Best Buy to come pick up this microwave. The Microwave Mode itself takes forever to heat anything. I finally found the specs for the microwave mode , which is not easy to find. All the marketing info says 1800 watts ! That is a total for the other modes. The microwave itself is only 950 watts. Even so, it takes WAY to long to heat anything! The controls are very convoluted just to operate the microwave. It seems your engineers forgot what the purpose of a microwave is.. It is supposed to be quick and save time. I guess that's why KitchenAid calls it a "Multifunction Oven" . The retailers need to follow suit. I think I just want a good microwave.
