• This multifunctional microwave replaces the old microwave. I haven't fully tested this microwaves capabilities yet but so far, so good as for its upholding standards. I like the safety lock feature and the automatic cool down fan feature that cuts on after the timer counts down to zero which gives the food that you cook enough time to settle from being to hot or overheated. My microwave is at home where my heart is and I love it.

• This is the only appliance that you’ll ever need! It does everything! Bake, air fry, GRILL even!! I can tell that this is going to be the most used item in my house. It’s so sturdy I don’t think my kids can break it. I would give more stars if I could

• So it’s got a decent size capacity. I love the design it does lock so if you have kids, you don’t have to worry about them just pull the door open unless they push lock first. It’s very easy to clean. I plan on making a cake tomorrow. I’m so happy I love this microwave/air fryer/oven. it’d be nice if it was a little bit bigger but it’s just fine if it’s on the countertop perfectly. it is a little bit heavy. Instructions are very easy to follow.

• I purchased this early December and just wanted to eliminate a few gadgets on counter top, like air fryer and toaster oven. Well after I tried every option out on this microwave I have found so many new uses for it. I'm now using it as an oven to keep from having to crank up the actual oven to make something quick but takes the oven an hour to complete, takes this microwave less than 20 minutes. The air fryer once I figured out precisely how to set the functions, is absolutely amazing. Nice and crispy just as the counter top air fryer. Has a broiler inside this thing as well to do toast if you want to. Once you read up on this microwave, you'll find it can do anything you want. I read so many reviews from people who blasted this thing. Well if you don't read directions and can't follow simple instructions, you won't like it. This microwave isn't like your typical basic microwave. Be patient and read read read. In the end you will find this microwave will outdo any on the market, hands down.

• I like its modern design, its price is great for all the qualities of this product, since it brings air fryer and baking. Its cleaning is very easy since the turntable can be put in the dishwasher and is very spacious to clean it inside. Now with its performance it did lack it because when it heats the food you have to give it more time than others and there are parts that are not hot and you have to put it back in and give it much more time. Something that is worth mentioning is that it has insurance so that small children will not have the door.

• We have not had the microwave long enough to use all its features. I gave it a 3 rating due to the lack of instruction detail to comfortably and safely use all the microwave functions. Example: when you select PO1 to reheat a plate of food, the instruction show you have a choice of L (large) or S (small). However there is nothing to instruct you how to switch from L to S. You must stand there and shut off the unit when you sense that the meal is reheated. This is typical of many of the other instructions. I have looked online for more details, but have only found the same instructions.

• This is very good size, rather it is large, it works super well, its design is simple but easy to clean, what I like the most is that I have included the airfryer that I use a lot and I love it.

• i bought the unit 7-1-25 it has a air fryer tray that says not for microwave use, and another metal tray with nothing written on it. This microwave has a lock feature on it that is very annoying. This unit is taking me a lot of time to get use to.

• The performance on this microwave is amazing the design is easy to use to cook whatever cooking is very durability is strong and sturdy the efficiency off this microwave is very versatility I love his u can choose different setting like you can from air frying something to melt butter in just seconds and heats up your food real fast I love how it locks when ur done cooking

• I bought the Black All In One Multifunctional Microwave month ago. So far I love it. Having the air fry, bake, roast, grill all in one is perfect. I like not having multiple appliances on the counter. Still have not figure out all the functions. Used the air fry for tater tots...came out great. They were done in about the same time the burgers were done. Baked sweet potatoes and the were cooked just perfect. Cooking holiday meals this all in one microwave is going to be very useful . I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

• I bought this as my luck previously did not pan out in purching less expensive. Lowes had this it looked nice , had features not needed but thought better quality. Within one week found this had a defect and does not always shut off when time runs out. Reached out and they are sending a new one. Not the same as they no longer make my model. Not sure how it able to be sold by lowes to begin with. My new one should be arriving in 2 to 3 weeks. Lowes will not return any alliance over 48 hrs after purchase. Ty

• This microwave is awesome, it has multiple functions and is just the right size! It can do everything from roast to airfry and grill!. I love how quiet it is and it does the job without all the hassle. It is really easy to clean afterwards as well! We love it!!

• I purchased this microwave a few months ago. It offers many features that a regular microwave does not. For instance, grilling, baking and air-frying. I mainly use the air frying feature, and it seems be working well. I was able to get rid of my air fryer to clean up space in the kitchen. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is due to it only being 900 watts. Other than that, it seems to be holding up great to many uses. Also, I had to look this up, the fan continues to run even after the microwave has stopped. This is designed to help cool off the unit.

• Overall, I am very happy with the product, especially with the stainless steel interior. It's a great product but a bit difficult to learn to use. I think a video demonstration would help to better understand how the product works. At first I thought there was something wrong with the microwave because it didn't turn off at the end of the cooking time. Later I discovered it was due to the "cooling fan", of which I was unaware.

• The microwave feature on this combination applicance works great. It heats through very well. We haven't used the air fryer feature yet (I'm working up my courage)! The settings are a little intimidating at first, but I think that's because it has so many options. So far, we are loving this appliance and look forward to utilizing all of the features to the fullest.

• I've been using my new microwave a few weeks now and am very pleased with it. I still don't understand why the fan continues to run for a short time even when the door is open. Not every time, but sometimes. I have called about it, but didn't get a convincing answer. There's nothing in the manual that explains it.

• Overall, I like my Whirlpool microwave very much!.to be able to air fry and grill in a microwave was unheard of 30 years. However, what could be improved upon is to have the selection panel lit. My self and other family members have to use a flash light to see the required function. I give it a 4 out of 5.

• Air fryer feature does not work right but everything else does no clear directions on how to use every mode clearly like grill mode im lost which insert do i use?? How long does it need to preheat and how preheating works it just says preheat but how do u kno when it is preheated??

• I am very happy with this appliance that is the microwave. It warms up as it’s needed to do not leave cold spots it heats up cooks things uniformly.All the extra features that are added in this appliance help to reduce additional room on the counter top.

• The instructions are vague on grilling mode, also the cooling off mode isn't necessary. I try finding some video's on my model for further instruction. Trying to figure all the different modes, like how to cook and the weight of the meats.
