• Purchased August 19, 2025. Installed 8/20/25 only to find the origace to convert oven to propane gas was not included. Contacted Whirlpool and they sent what was supposed to be the oven oriface and I received it 14 days later, only to find the conversion set did not include the oven oriface….again. Called Whirlpool again, sending correct part…..hopefully. Waiting another 7 to 14 days for delivery. Would love to rate the range, but have not had an oven for nearly a month now. Will review again if correct part is delivered.

• Not an inexpensive range. Having had great success with Whirlpool products in the past I was pleased to find this 24 inch range. After installation repair man had to come out & work on one of the burner igniters that wasn't functioning. Later, I discover the oven does not heat accurately with the controls. Cooler than the setting by quite a bit. Soon after I find the range tipping forward a bit. The adjustable leg front left threads are stripped out and no longer adjustable. After further use if find that the oven door leaks heat terribly. The seals used look ridiculously cheap and clearly don't do a good job. So this is basically within a year of using the range. I bought a dishwasher and a range hood at the same time. Both Whirlpool, both excellent. I don't know why this particular appliance has such quality issues. I could gotten this quality level at a cheaper price elsewhere.

• Looks great and cooks well although it had quality issues from the beginning: an oven ignition problem. It would take the oven a while to light and then you would hear a boom after which the kitchen smelled of gas. Also, the oven did not have the stickers from the factory with the model number and serial number attached.

• I bought this stove a little over a month ago , and we really like it so far.The instructions to convert the Stove from natural gas to propane was a little confusing .( the regulator part and the oven orifice adjustments ).

• We needed a 24 inch range. This one is easy to clean and easy to use--even the broiler! Unfortunately the dimensions did not mention that the handles protruded farther out than the stove itself. Since it is placed in a corner, the door and cupboard next to it had to be "adjusted" so they could be opened. Now it's just fine, and I look forward to many years of cooking on and in it. It comes in 30 inch size as well. After seeing it in that size and comparing it to other products, this one appeared to be the best. It joins other Whirlpool appliances I've used for years.

• Oven and broiler works great . Burners turn on easy. I wish I had included a timer on stove Service dept of whirlpool is excellent.

• I bought this range over a year ago because we were preparing to renovate our kitchen, but the construction was delayed again and again. The appliances sat in my garage, still in their boxes, until they were finally installed two weeks ago, after the warranties had expired. I’ve had to purchase a monthly service plan from D&G just in case one of them turns out to be a lemon. This is a fine, compact range, perfectly sized for our small in-law apartment in a large multigenerational home. We switched to gas, after having to use an electric range for over two years. We are running it on propane and it’s working well, but we need to adjust the flame on some burners that seem a bit off. We also need to get the contractor who installed it in to adjust the oven burner, which appears to be set too high. Otherwise, we are very happy with the range so far, and expect we will love it once we get some adjustments made.

• I switched from an electric range to a gas range. I'm glad I did. The oven heats and bakes evenly and well. I like the practicality of gas vs electric. The stove functions well and as expected. Unfortunately the metal used in appliances is no longer of the same quality as it used to be.

• Purchased this range because I have had good results with other appliances I have bought from whirlpool. This range has a few problems. The oven is off by 25 degrees and can’t be calibrated. The burners don’t sit level on the range and flame can’t be adjusted. Everything else is good.

• Purchased this range three weeks ago Cooked my Thanksgiving dinner with it and it performed very well. The oven temperature is off I have to read up on it to see if it can be adjusted. Also it’s hard to keep clean. Not an inexpensive range could of had a few bells and whistles

• The 19-lb turkey, its roasting pan, and two oven racks crashed to the bottom of the oven, shortly after starting the cooking. I'm researching online to get two squares make from square-steel tubing to fit underneath the flimsy racks.

• Great overall except that the oven is 10 degrees off and turning the oven knob on is very difficult and tricky... having to call service for these two issues, but otherwise has been a great range

• Product vs Whirlpool service. The range is fine. * I do not care for the broiler drawer's door. It is flimsy and constantly catching on the top of my shoe and rattling. * The shiny black enamel cooktop looks nice but requires daily cleaning to stay that way. It shows everything. * Now that I am able to use the cooktop (see below) I find the knobs irritating, as the slightest bump and they turn, so I am often having to re-adjust them. * The oven temp has been inconsistent. We may have to try and get service....I can't imagine what an ordeal that will be. If I had to buy another appliance, I would NOT shop this company. The item was shipped, in the box, missing the 4 burner plates (necessary to use the cook top). The process of trying to get Whirlpool to ship these items took 2 months and MULTIPLE attempts on my part to get someone to help me. The first contact resulted in 2 of the 4 being sent. Trying to get help using the phone was a useless effort, transferred several times, then call disconnected. I resorted to using the chat function on the website. This resulted in a 3rd burner base being shipped. Still missing the 4th item, I reached out to Whirlpool again (each time it was at least an hour process), managed to get someone who figured out the last part was out of stock. It arrived 2 weeks later. I have to wonder if these parts were out of stock all along and Whirlpool decided to simply pack up the appliance, knowing it was not usable.
