• Bought in Jan 2022. Just had serviced for not cooling and the part needed (evaporator) is no longer produced (discontinued) although part of the sealed system 5 year warranty. Whirlpool's solution was to give me a small discount on new refrigerator purchase. Compressor quit at 13 months and they were able to fix that. Bottom line is that this is WAY too expensive to have major problems this quickly and now at the two year mark I am out a refrigerator that I paid extra for thinking i was buying quality. WHIRLPOOL DOES NOT CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMER.

• Worked for 1 year and at our new home 1 year anniversary stopped cooling. Payed a lot of money for this to avoid problems with lesser brands. Did not expect this from Whirlpool. Disappointed is an understatement. Cannot say I recommend anything this expensive that breaks down in 12 months.

• Led light stopped working the day I got it, one week ago. I saw someone else had this problem. Is there a light switch somewhere on this?

• We selected this undercounter refrigerator because of Whirlpool's reputation for well-made and durable products and because it had the two critical features we required: storage in the door and adjustable shelves. Their online specifications clearly stated (and still do) that the unit had one fixed shelf and two adjustable shelves. When it arrived, we were impressed with the quality and overall appearance but couldn't figure out how to adjust the shelves. After over TWO HOURS on the phone with very courteous but poorly informed Whirlpool staff, they finally conceded that none of the shelves were adjustable. We've kept the thing but to make it usable we've had to remove the glass in two of the three shelves. It's not clear why Whirlpool hasn't updated their specifications to reflect the actual features of the unit but that unreliability means we probably won't buy another Whirlpool appliance.

• We just remodeled our kitchen. We don't really use a dishwasher much, so we put in this under counter mini refrigerator instead. We live in the desert and most of the time go to the frig for drinks. Now the refreshments are all in the under counter frig. Looks just like the whirlpool dishwasher and fits perfectly in the same space. Much quieter than I expected. Looks great!

• We bought this under counter refrigerator about a month ago and are very pleased with it! I'm able to fit a lot more drinks in it than I thought it would. Is simple in looks but is very effective for our use of it.

• I took delivery last week, and the light switch does not work. The service company that Whirlpool assigned does not have diagrams or parts. Had to send pictures of the unit to the technician.

• Recommend by my contractor (he has had one for a year) I researched it and was pleased it is not a dorm room fridge. It is a little pricey but I like it

• one door screw is stripped. found this a couple of weeks after installation. Result is we’re unable to change the side the door opens.
