• Looks like it fell off the forklift while being picked in the warehouse. It came structurally damaged and sits crooked. The cook top also looked like it was previously used. While inspecting the range to see why the lower drawer wouldnt close flush i noticed a lot of rust underneath, wondering how long this thing sat outside or had it possibly seen flood water from one of these recent storms before delivery? Still trying to get it returned.

• Impressed with the stove after using thus far. Burners heat evenly and quickly! Love being able to see the current oven temp while preheating, and the little tune when it reaches the set point. The only thinks I am no impressed with so far are the the storage drawer on bottom seems a bit flimsy, but that may just be how those are for most and the layout of the burners. Would prefer to have one of the large, dual burners in the rear as a safety feature with kids. I have 2 curious little ones and run the constant fear that someone is going to reach while my back is turned looking for snacks and get burnt.

• The Whirlpool 30 in. 5 Elements Freestanding Electric Range in Stainless Steel is a nice looking oven but the storage drawer is extremely flimsy and does not fit flush. I love the combination of black and stainless which now makes my kitchen cohesive, had an old beige oven. The oven has some nice features like the dual elements and warming zone on the cooktop. The knobs take a bit to get used to when trying to control the various sizes and they are made of a cheap plastic with no clear marking as to where you are on the dial. They do have an indentation, but it is black and blends in. I was very impressed with how fast the elements heat up, but when done, there is no indicator that let's you know which one is still hot. There are simply red words on the screen that says "COOKTOP HOT". I did notice when the warning disappeared, the elements were still warm to touch so caution should be taken. While I haven't cooked enough to require a lot of cleaning, the cooktop does seem to be fairly easy to wipe down, but I would still make sure to clean up any spills timely. The oven itself is basic although it does say in the included manual that there is a no preheat mode and a warming feature although I have not tried. The control panel is fairly explanatory and there are some baking modes built in (e.g., No Preheat for frozen pizza/lasagna). The digital clock is a bright blue that really catches your eye when stumbling into the kitchen late at night for a glass of water or snack. I am a bit concerned about the cleaning because my previous model had a true self-cleaning mode. This model comes with a steam clean option and the manual indicates you should add distilled or filtered water to the bottom. It also indicates you should clean ASAP when you see a spill to make cleanup easier. Appears to be a more environmentally friendly solution, but time will tell. My biggest concern on this oven is the storage drawer. As my title indicates, it is horrible! When the delivery guys were installing they struggled trying to get the drawer in place and it still is crooked. It is made out of a flimsy metal and when they were trying to get it into place it was flopping all around. While I don't put a lot in the drawer, I do put the pans I use a lot in there so it gets pulled out and pushed in a lot. Why would Whirlpool skimp on this feature? I am going to be reaching out to them to see what can be done, because there is no way this drawer will stand the test of time. Overall, an oven is an oven, but the cons I listed couldn't justify giving this product 5 stars. If Whirlpool makes some changes I think it has the potential to get there.

• I received this product from Influenster. What a treat this Oven is. This guy heats up uber fast, the stove top and the oven. So it is efficient and doesn't burn up your electricity. My favorite thing about it is the 5 burners on top. The oven is also very large which means you can cook more than 1 thing at a time. The light automatically comes on when you open the oven, very cool. It also has a push button lock out which is a nice safety feature. It has the ability to steam clean, I've never tried that on an oven before, so I'm a little nervous about that. All I'm all, this is a wonderful tool for cooking meals. I love it. I highly recommend this guy to anyone who is in the market for a new stove. Whirlpool makes wonderful products.

• I bought my new oven because my mamaw has one and I loved hers, (she does too)! She had a different brand before and had to get a new one and got a whirlpool and loved it better than the other brand! So when I went shopping for mine, I knew I was getting a whirlpool! So far I have no complaints! The only complaint my husband has is waiting for the oven to preheat! He’s impatient anyways!

• While the delivery took awhile and there was a dent, I am pleased overall. The quick heat/no preheat option is very helpful as the higher heat usually takes so long. The finishes are nice-only wish they were stainless knobs and not black. Holds a decent amount of food and has two racks which is always nice.

• I recieved as a part of a Valentines gift for wife, We place a new plan and cooked breakfast together. Everything functioned well, but the stove glass top stayed permanently marked with pans bottom circumference. No extreme heat was used, just enough to cook eggs over easy. We were very disappointed.

• I bought this on Black Friday.I have had it just shy of one month and yet the caulk around the glass top is improperly installed and showing the edge of the glass top. Additionally, something that takes 1 hour to cook normally is now taking 2+ hours to cook in this oven.I registered the unit via phone call after Lowe’s installed it and the whirlpool rep completely butchered all of my information including my name. I have tried to reach out to whirlpool on 5 separate occasions but no one will answer the phone or respond to me. Do not buy whirlpool products. They do not take care of their customers! How bout you call me back now Whirlpool!

• I bought this on July 5th 2025. I have had it 7 weeks. The first time I used it the cooktop got stained. I didn't worry bcz I assumed it would clean right off but it never did. It looks dingy & stained. Also the front left burner has become very slow to heat up. It is the one I use the most. I have always used weiman cook top cream which is one of the best to clean but to no avail. I am really disappointed. The oven and other ranges work fine but I'm not happy at how stained the cooktop looks already. Now I have to pay $800+ for a stove that I fear won't last.

This range has so many features, a favorite being the "No Preheat" from frozen mode for pizza and other frozen foods. And the dual radiant elements, that allows you more even cooking by giving you a larger heating zone, or smaller if you need one. I appreciate the temperature sensor that is built into the oven to bake all of your foods evenly. When you turn this oven on, you simply press the Bake button and press Start, and it starts to preheat, and as it is heating, you can see what temperature the oven is at on the panel until it is completely up to temperature, I found this feature really nice! No more guessing how hot the oven is, you know exactly where it is at. The built in sensor makes sure that everything you bake is done right, every time. And everything I have made so far has come out perfect! • Very poor inspection and workmen-ship process. When I used the oven for thanksgiving found oven gasket was not anchored properly and bottom portion was torn off, thereby letting the heat escape.

• I have been disappointed with this product mainly from a design quality/safety standpoint. There are multiple sharp edges that are sharp enough to cut through skin. First, the bottom drawer has an extremely sharp top edge. Due to the poor handle design, once the drawer is open, you will want to pull the rest open by the top edge but will find out that there is no hem on the edge and it is extremely sharp making it undesirable to use. Second, my wife cut her finger while wiping off the front of the cooktop surface and her finger went between the crack of the cooktop and oven front grazing the inner section that is not flush with the outer section.

• I just bought this 3 weeks ago and it came with some specks on the stove and smudge cylicon around one if the edges. Home Depot delivery service sucks to the MAX! These men don't want to do nothing! They find EVERY EXCUSE in the book to not help you. I requested a swap of my stove due to how my stove came in, all was good until another set of BOZOS of their delivery personnel came to swap my stove with excuses excuses excuses of not swapping my stove due to a removal of the stove sticker that identifies the make model serial number ect. I told them I have the sticker with the paperwork and the man refused to see it and left me talking plus didn't connect my stove back! I tried to upload pictures but it doesn't let me do it.

• I bought this a month ago and it is working fine. There is a "feature" I find challenging. It's the knobs, something that is fundamental to enjoyment and safe use of the product. The knobs are 100% black so it's easy to lose track of where the knob actually is. When vertical, the knob may be off (safe) or 100% ON (not safe). There is a small groove to show the 100% on/off position but its black-on-black and hard to see. My wife used some white acrylic paint to make the position more visible. I guess you could use white nail polish if it was around. Such an easy thing to address, but safety factor didn't matter to Whirlpool.

• The stove top features of having 2 size burners is wonderful as I find it easier to cook from the front of the stove. The oven preheat feature is very nice in that it shows how quickly the oven is heating. However, the racks are extremely difficult to pull out and push back in. The worst feature though is the bottom drawer. The range was advertised as having a large drawer to hold pots and pans. The sides and back of the drawer are several inches shorter than the front!! As I am removing or putting away frying pans/lids, one almost always falls behind the drawer, which I then have to kneel down to retrieve.

• Super accurate temperature. I bake bread (and other typed of cooking) and temperature accuracy is critical. This range is spot on. Even though it can’t go higher than 500 degrees, I have tested the accuracy at 350 and 500 degrees and this range hit those benchmarks on the nose when measured by two analog thermometers. I had another new store that failed this test and I returned it. Nice layout of controls, easy to clean Nice

• I bought this stove about a week ago. I love how it functions. It was very easy to figure out ( since nothing comes with user manuals any more) I have notices that the top surface is not very easy to clean. For example a pot boiled over while cooking pasta , it was so.e to wipe the spill up but it left a residue / stain where the pot was sitting on the dial burner.

• Over all seems great as appliance goes. Heating elements heat up quickly. BUT the quality of drawer is Junk sooo flimsy and could be but isn't near deep as the stove depth is Also the area you pull on to open it is like raw metal and also flimsy.

• I bought the stove for trailer at Nolan Lake in Kentucky. It has been wonderful.. He does not heat my house up when I cook like my old stove did. And it’s very easy to clean.

• The top front right burner is not working right It goes to super high heat and burns your pan as soon as as you turn it on
