• I purchased this three weeks ago. ever since using it makes a banging and popping noise coming from the gas valve when I called whirlpool to complain and have a service tech come out and check on it, They told me that’s normal and if they send somebody out they will charge me for it. This is unheard of. I’ve had numerous ranges in the past and nothing has made these noises before I’m a little leery of using it, but I’ll give it a shot and if anything happens, it’ll be a whirlpools back, not mine. FYI , I’m an hvac tech who deals with gas valves all the time. THIS IS NOT NORMAL.

• Love the stove but Wish the 5th burner was Straight, it's crooked!!also the oven makes a constant popping noise.

• Sadly this range came unnoticed by me with a severed gas line on the left back burner. These was not seen from outside inspection when it arrived November 8th, 2025. When my Suburban Propane professional came to convert said range from natural gas to propane gas, left back burner would not lite. He then noticed the burner was not attached to the gas line. He therefore stopped the process and RED TAGGED the range.

• The stove is good, it is the manual and Whirlpool service that I have a problem with. The manual explains the steps to change the stove from natural gas to propane step by step. This part is OK. However the manual states to remove the number 49 spud orifice and replace it with a number 57 spud orifice. The change over kit that WHIRLPOOL sent does not have a number 57 spud orifice. It has a number 115. When I called WHIRLPOOL service they could not tell me why the difference. Order another change over kit from the sales business It came with a number 115. STILL DO NOT KNOW IF I HAVE THE CORRECT SPUD ORIFICE FOR THE OVEN BURNER.

• Received from influenster in exchange for my honest review. I love love love this oven. First thing I cooked was a frozen pizza (so boring, but the temp and cook time was perfect). Next I used the low temp for a “crock pot meal”. I made a beef brisket and it came out absolutely amazing! Great cook? Great oven! I think both. 😂. My son uses the air fryer function every single day, and it works great. It’s so awesome to be able to pack away the air fryer and free up some counter space.

• We had this new stove delivered about a month ago. We converted it to Propane for our use. It seems to be working nicely but have discovered the way the top grates are designed is not efficient at all. I understand the reasoning behind why it is the way it is but you have to remove the middle section before either side can be removed. That seems to be a flaw in my opinion. The middle burner does not sit tightly in place and is wobbly. The whole piece is connected, unlike the other burners which are separate. You also have to be very careful with smaller pans lining up on the cross grates. They dont seem secure.

• This stove is in a vacation house. I had it installed because I have propane and it had to be switched over. The installer said it was quite complicated, after they left I had to adjust the flame on the burners. I haven't used the oven yet so I have to find out if there's a way to adjust that if necessary. The stove looks great I'm glad it has a drawer in the bottom for pan lids. The top seems to cook wonderfully though it is somewhat difficult to clean due to the way that it's set up on the top but I brought that style because that's what I wanted. I'll be back in the spring to use it more often.

• After using the multiple different cooking modes (No Preheat Air Fry and Air Baking, No Preheat Mode, Bake, Broil, and Keep Warm) for almost a month now, I’ve come to love this oven! The no preheat air fry mode is an absolute game changer for quick meals and is used multiple times a day in my home, thanks to my chicken nugget loving little ones. Baking multiple meals in the oven at once has also gotten easier than before, since this model offers Air baking. The air baking creates even baking between both racks with the use of a high speed fan. The fan can be a bit off putting if you’re standing in the kitchen trying to have a conversation while it’s on, so I suggest leaving the room while using the air features. Another one of my favorite features as a busy mom is the steam clean option! I don’t always have the time to take everything out and scrub the oven after every meal, but all you have to do is add water, run the cycle, and wipe the residue away after. Doing this regularly has helped me avoid having to use a bunch of harmful chemicals, trying to get off stuck on messes.

• Great brand and a great product!! Love the middle flame for a griddle. Very easy to use and has a very clean look. It’s easy to clean as well. Installment only took a couple minutes. Great product

• The stove works great, but it's very noisy... After the stove is heated up, it cracks and pops. Thought after a few uses, it would go away.But it still there..😞

• Never been more disheartened purchased this stove brand new husband and and son hooked it up and down 5th burner does not work so contacted Whirlpool and they sent a repairman to try to fix it, same issue happened with him. Then Whirlpool states that because initial hookup wasn't a repairman they won't warranty it. Certainly sounds like a bad business practice to me. So I still don't have a working stove

• Purchased this a couple of weeks ago and not extremely happy with it. When I seen the middle I thought it was for a griddle. Which I have, and it only keeps a very low temperature, not high enough to heat the griddle. So have no idea what it is used for. I did not receive any manual on how to work the features. It has pizza, lasagna??? Had a hard time figuring out how to use the timer, plus there is a cook time, and timer?? The grids are getting scrapped, how do I clean them?

• First. new range in 30 years ...looks nice but SO DANGEROUS. Entire door and top surface get hot enough to cause burn when oven is on and everything on top becomes very hot with even just one burner on. I was told it operates as designed. Small simmer burners at back are useless if any other burner is on. Sad statement of designers and agencies paid to protect consumers. I wouldn't allow small children in my kitchen when oven door can get 170° 'as designed .

• I am disappointed at the poor build quality of the gas oven range: 1) The bottom storage drawer is flimsy, it is hard to slide in, and has very sharp metal edges. 2) The middle griddle burner is not aligned properly (i.e. it sits crooked ). 3) Cheap feeling burner control knobs. 4) the oven door makes strange banging noise when opened, 5) The overall construction of the range feels cheap.

• I'm wondering why the oven sounds like it turns off and on during baking. And I had to purchase an air fryer pan, and the air fry made my fries burnt on outside and rubbery. Also, there was no manual and after a lengthy search on the Whirlpool website I was still not able to find a manual. But they sure didn't hesitate to offer me an extended warranty for an additional cost.

• I bought this a month ago and I hate it. The oven temperature goes up and down. I can't calculate how long anything is going to take. It fluctuates so much. What a lousy oven. All that money and I got junk. Can't anyone build a stove that works right??? Don't get a whirlpool. Do yourself a favor and get a different brand. Now I have to guess when something is done!!!

• We purchased the range and it was delivered 10/11/25. We matched to the refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave we purchased in January 2025. The reason for replacement was our prior refrigerator had issues very expensive to repair. I had service out within the month for the first 3 appliances and so far the stove is working fine. The oven worked well. I am not pleased with the connecting grates or high heat burners. So far I use the back burners more. Primary complaint is the timers do not work loud enough on the microwave or the stove. The manuals in several different languages are not helpful The customer service in the store where we purchased was very good and delivery and set up efficient. But trying to reach a live person about the timer issue so far has been impossible. I have to be right in front of both appliances to hear, I would appreciate a louder volume so I can hear across the room or prefer even in the next room.

• I. Bought this month as our 25 yr.old oven broke. Love the new whirlpools oven. The stove top has plenty of space for all my pans when cooking. Even the clean upper is quick. The oven bakes evenly. My only disappointment is the time,! I use to hear my old timer go off. The new oven you have to be in the room as the beeps. Is way to soft.

• First range delivered had been damaged but boxed up as if it had no damage. Sent it back. Second range delivered has a fault internally where gas leaks around one of the burners resulting in fire in the burner and fire below the burner. Whirlpool seems to have no inspection before shipping to make sure the range works correctly.
