  • I couldn’t be happier with this purchase! I’m boiling water in half the time in comparison to the glass top electric range I was using. Also, the cooktop seems immediately responsive to temperature changes. My Tramontina stainless steel cookware made the transition flawlessly and there’s very little low humming while using them. Also? The air fryer function for this oven is a game changer! My family is loving my renewed enjoyment in cooking! Great investment!

  • There is a very good reason why my focus was on "Whirlpool" when I decided to purchase a new slide-in range/stove. I moved into my brand new home back in the summer of 1994, just over 30 years ago. The major appliances that I choose at that time were Whirlpool. I didn't replace my old stove because it was no longer working. The bottom line was it was not only working perfectly, but I had never had a single service call on it. Indeed, it served me well for those 30+ years. I merely wanted to keep up with the times, & technology. I went with induction for the cooktop, & convection for the oven. To say I am impressed with this new Whirlpool would be an understatement. Just like my old stove, you can tell that my new one is a quality unit. Everything is tight & aligned perfectly. And the way it cooks is absolutely amazing. The convection oven cooks everything evenly & to perfection. And call me crazy, but I swear that when I fry bacon on the cooktop, it doesn't splatter. How the heck did they do that?! And buying the unit through the Whirlpool website was a piece of cake. Even the delivery service was fantastic. If in the future I decide to buy a new refrigerator, I'll be buying a Whirlpool. Why? My current fridge is not only a Whirlpool, but like my old stove, it has been in my house for 30+ years, & it too has never had a service call...

  • The look of the range is very clean and attractive. The sleek black glass cooktop surface is very easy to keep clean. The induction burners quickly heat compatible iron bottom pot & pans, which saves time when cooking. Liquids heat or boil very rapidly and the oven heats evenly for baked items! The only downsides are: 1) The electronic touch controls for both the cooktop and oven could be more logically laid out, allowing more self-evident operation, without having to dig through instruction manuals. 2) The touch panels are often difficult in recognizing a finger press - sometimes taking several presses to activate the desired function.

    Satisfied User02/28/2026 05:38 AM

  • While the actual operation is quite good, I am VERY disappointed in the lack of user documentation. Every other time i have bought a major appliance (Frigidare, LG, for instance), it has come with an instruction book. This range has only one page for the stovetop and the oven combined. The page has such a lack of information that I have basically had to guess at functions and use trial and error to use the stove. So far I have only dared to try the cooktop, and have not tried any of the oven functions. A search online has not yielded any manual.

  • I like the speed of induction heating, pan warming esp. boiling a small pot of water in one minute. I would really prefer to have mechanical controls for all systems as I have a real problem with touch screens (on everything that has them, very frequently I have to try numerous times for them to work. The two left burners that can be linked is a good idea but having a second large burner would be much more useful as I often have two large pots on at once and the left side only heats thecentre of the fry pan not the full pan. It takes a little learning to use induction but I very much enjoy its superior technology. I reccomend this to everyone.

  • Love how easy this range works. Boils water quickly, speeds up our evening meals and frees up time for other activities. Oven has true convection which allowed for balanced cooking. Great look not as bulky as other models.

  • We bought this stove from Costco in April 2025 and very shortly after the silver covering near the controls was scratched. Very easily scratched. Now we have a long 7 inch scratch right across the main large cooking circle along with several smaller scratches. So apparently this stove top will scratch extremely easily. We are using all normal pots and pans so we don't know why it already got all scratched up. Very disappointed. Looking at the terms it looks like warranty doesn't cover what they call cosmetic damage and scratches. Not good. Not good at all. Photos included shows the scratch and the dirt that is nearly impossible to remove from this top. We Do not recommend this stove

    Scratchy08/16/2025 07:48 AM

  • The range came with the oven door handle that was different from the color shown in the whirlpool’s website. But, the model number was the same as written on the invoice. We ordered black stainless, but the oven door handle was silver stainless. I think it was due to the poor quality control of either their products or website. We are disappointed.

  • Absolutely disaster self cleaning Aqualuft escaping hot air damaged stainless steal upper part of oven door what a mess looks awful. Whirpool technician advised that's not possible shsme a tou Whirpool Stove top very difficult to maintain poor quality even my hard work and using proper technics abd products doesn't look good at all 😡😡😡😡😡

  • Bought in April 2024. The induction top is great! We have 3 children, you can’t turn the burners on without an induction ready pan/pot on them and the top doesn’t stay hot very long after the pan is removed. With the boost mode, you can boil a large pot of water in less than 3 minutes. The oven is good, not really sure what the difference is between convection and air fry, but I wouldn’t say it air fries like a traditional air fryer, then again it’s an oven… not an air fryer. Overall, this is a solid appliance. No regrets, would definitely buy again and recommend to anyone, especially those with kids. Whirlpool has proven to be a solid brand in our home.

  • I have never liked electric ranges because they don't respond like gas. Guess what? Induction ranges respond!! This one has all the features I wanted in a cooktop (bridge burners, easy to understand and use, quick on and off, easy to clean) and also in an oven: air fry, convection, quick to heat... Nice storage drawer. Plug and play with more than adequate space for the big plug... I do wish a griddle had come with it, but I found a Lodge shallow bake pan that will do the trick. The cooktop is also bigger than other induction ranges.

    650 kitchen03/15/2026 01:23 AM

  • I purchased this oven a month ago and it is my first induction stove top unit. I am throughly impressed with this unit. It plugs into a standard 40 amp rated oven circuit but you can upgrade it to an optional 50 amp service. I opted to upgrade. The controls are easy, it heats up food FAST, and having the option to use convection or air frying is a real treat. I couldn't be happier.

    tdr51112/11/2025 05:58 AM

  • I bought this induction range a week ago, and I'm having trouble turning on the induction cooking feature. The instructions that come with this appliance are useless. When I press the symbol under the glass top, a red light with a zero appears. I've pressed it several times and tried to heat a pot of water, but nothing happens. After about five seconds, it shuts off. The touch controls are very frustrating; I can't even heat a pan of water! This model should have simple mechanical dials for easier and more efficient use. It seems the engineers who designed this induction range did not prioritize simplicity or intuitiveness.

    DevilDog03/04/2025 04:08 PM

  • Only had it for about 10 days so no feedback on durability So far,it meets expectations There is a learning curve so be prepared to download and read manuals prior to using it. And don't expect the manuals to be consistent or user-friendly There is an odor when using oven (noted in the manual as something thatvwill disappear after a few uses) that hasn't disappeared after 5 uses. Overall,I'd recommend it with caveat that it's early days still and a more accurate review should be given 6-12 months in.

    Good Enough01/08/2025 03:33 AM

  • I wanted an induction stovetop with a oven with a heating element in the convection fan, top, and bottom. In addition, I wanted a high wattage burner for rapid boiling. This oven is also visually appealing with sleek handles and high gloss ceramic top.

    Betty the Canner & Baker12/03/2024 02:32 AM

  • This sleek looking black SS induction stove is a beauty. I was really hoping for an all Black SS, cohesive look as pictured in every rendering I saw pre-purchase. Sadly the oven door handle on my delivered range was SS and after investigating seemed the ONLY choice. Thus my 4 star rating. As for functunality, I am very happy with results of cooking with it. There was a learning curve to working the touch features on the cook top, but once mastered, easily used. There are some features, like air fry and self cleaning , that I am still anticipating to try.

    Blondielou10/28/2025 05:34 AM

  • After 40+ years of cooking with gas, we moved to an induction stove in our new home. A few of our old pans work with it, but had to buy new pots and pans. We were overdue for an upgrade anyway. (Should have done that years ago!) I was a bit nervous at first but quickly came to love this stove. Pans heat up in seconds. Water boils so much faster. Heat adjustment is instant. The oven is electric, but heats more evenly than any oven I have ever used. Yes, the glass stove top gets dirty just like any glass stove top, but it cleans easily. So glad we purchased this unit.

    efhack10/05/2025 08:54 AM

  • The big selling feature for me was the griddle zone. I was excited to be able to have a large cooking area to cook for my family all at once instead of having to do things in many batches. The griddle zone is advertised as "connects the two smaller cooking zones to make one larger one". This is deceptive and not the way it operates. All it does is turn on the two individual burners which I could just as easily do myself. You're still left with two individual cooking zones. The "griddle zone" space between doesn't do anything. I bought a cast iron griddle excited to have the bigger cooking area. When cooking on the griddle zone, the cooking surface becomes unevenly heated. When cooking pancakes for example, the ones on the edge of the burners will be burnt on one half while the other half isn't even set enough to flip. I was really disaappointed in this purchase.

    Ryan01/10/2025 02:25 AM

  • My claim number is M-25-435388. My range caught fire while the oven was on due to electrical issues. Fortunately, I was nearby and noticed the fire, allowing me to turn it off at 2:00 a.m. before it became even worse. However, the fire burned the wall and caused damage to my kitchen and home estimated at $7,000. KitchenAid only approved $900 for the damages. It has been more than a year, and I still have not received the payment. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing their products.

  • Why did I not get this long ago?? Absolutely awesome!! Very stylish in appearance and equally great in performance. Easy to use, easy to clean. Features are incredible. Induction, air fry and convection makes cooking a pleasure again.cooking

  • Recently purchased a brand new $1400 high tech inductive/convective zero preheat Whirlpool oven from our local LOWES and was broken right off the delivery truck. The convection fan apparently does not work but we did not find out until after the ridiculous 48 hour return window. We contacted Lowe’s customer service, the appliance department, and assistant manager and got zero assistance after long waits on the phone and a brick wall…so now we are getting a week old brand new Whirlpool oven/stove repaired…awesome! When we finally did reach Whirlpool the technician warned us to NOT use the oven/stove because it was dangerous since the convection was not working properly and it would need to be repaired. So we are now trying to find a repairman that works on Whirlpool…good luck finding one near the small town area of Eastern North Carolina we are living. No operations manual with details of the function operations was included with delivery…just an installation manual, a very lacking “quick reference guide”, and limited warranty documents. Even online it was near impossible to find info how to operate the functions and setting for cooking different food selections. All of my previous appliance purchases have been Whirlpool and through Lowes…I understand things break but brand new right out of the box and then having to find a repairman to fix a new appliance is totally unsatisfactory and unacceptable. The quality of Whirlpool and the poor customer service of Lowes has made me reevaluate my future purchases and which companies I do business with in the future. I have given both Lowes and Whirlpool the opportunity to do the right thing make this purchase “right” but both have failed to back this purchase and this product. No more of my hard earned cash is going to Lowes or Whirlpool. If they made this right I’d still be a loyal Lowes and Whirlpool customer but so far they have not and I have to look elsewhere for my future purchases. Very disappointed and under whelmed.

    Worst Purchase Ever09/29/2024 03:21 AM

  • The cooking itself is fine. Water boils super fast. The steam clean feature did not do ANYTHING to get off or even loosen the burned on sugar syrup that leaked out of a pie. But it says don't use chemicals or steel wool or it will damage the finish of the stove and void the warrantee, so I'm not sure what to do...just keep working on it with the plastic scraper I guess... The touch screen takes an unexpected amount of pressure to engage the buttons What really bothers me is the volume of the buttons. The stove top is really loud, even after adjusting it to low volume. Especially when compared to the volume of the timer, which is a single short tone which is super quiet.

    Emilyanne68710/01/2025 09:24 AM

  • I bought this less than a month ago and the large cooktop eye has already quit working. Also, the oven temperature is over 100 degrees off. To bake at 350 degrees, you have to set the oven at around 450. This junk stove sure ruined Christmas dinner for us. I guess we’ll have to get the repair guy out now, hopefully Whirlpool warranty process won’t be too bad, we should be given a whole new stove in place of this one but I’m sure they’ll just say “that’s not our policy “. Avoid this cook stove like the plague.

    Steve D.12/29/2025 07:43 AM

  • I bought this less than a month ago and I am very unhappy with it. This is an induction top range made for precise cooking. Yet, I am having to turn the burners completely off after initial setting in order to adjust temperature up or down. Either I have a defective range or this is an extremely poor design. I have had one repairman come out and tell me this is just the way it works. I talked to another and explained the issue. He checked with Whirlpool techs and engineers and was told the same thing. I do not accept that this is “just the way it works”. If this is the case I will never buy another Whirlpool appliance. Would be nice if someone from Whirlpool contacted me.
