• Product caught on fire with the first preheat of oven ( nothing was in oven) 3 feet of thick white smoke billowed through our home setting off smoke detectors. I am appalled that Whirlpool is insisting we keep this fire hazard in our home. My wife has developed PTSD as afraid with every loud noise that the Range is exploding. The oven heat element, the relay to the control panel, the rear mechanism, the interior range walls are blackened with char marks. The heat element burnt to charcoal. Whirlpool changed the heat element on. 12/2/2025 - after 55 mins of preheat stuck my hand into an ice cold oven as the relay, control panel are also burnt out. Escalation lead Greg who we spoke on 12/5/2025 was of no help plus the plethora of people we spoke to prior are not helping us. This non working, Burnt up fire hazard needs to be removed from our home. We bought a new range not a Burt out reconditioned char blackened range. Whirlpool needs to do the right thing and replace this range!! We were 30 year customers of Whirlpool that is ending today. The

• Bought a set of appliances from different vendors had no trouble with installation until I came to the stove from the beginning the Wi-Fi set up was a nightmare, and then there was the function on the stove that would not turn the burner off. What a frustration finally thought I had this all set up and now after using my new ceramic cookware. And I was cleaning the stove with a microfiber cloth after it cooled. I noticed a big scratch on the surface. Called the people up where I purchased the product from and they told me I needed to put a special coating on the top of the range before using it so it wouldn’t scratch now I have this big scratch on my stove. I can’t get rid of. It looks deep within the range top I’ve only had it for a month and I’m scared to use the burner for fear. I’m going to make it worse I really wish I could get some advice and try to get a hold of customer. Service is impossible.

• Received for free. Delivery was extremely smooth and the workers were very fast with the installation using the 4-prong range power cord. Range came with blue tape plastered on but was surprisingly incredibly difficult to remove as it came off in fingernail sized pieces. The height of the range is also a bit low. It’s adjustable but not easy to do, so wish it would’ve come at just standard height. On the positive side, the glass top looks very sleek and clean. Haven’t run into issues so far with cooking on the stovetop or with cleaning.

• I bought this range less than 12 months ago and I can no longer get water to boil. I’ve called Whirlpool multiple times on this and had a tech out that couldn’t fix it after replacing parts to then be told my solution is to cover the pot with a lid to get boiling water. But, it won’t stay boiling if I don’t keep the lid on the whole time. This is a joke of a solution and Whirlpool is doing a terrible job at honoring their 1 year manufacture warranty for a clearly defective product that should be replaced easily.

• I was a bit hesitant about an electric stove as I have always cooked on gas but the switch was actually really easy. The stove itself looks beautiful and it cooks evenly which was my main concern. The multiple features for the oven including the air fry technology are great! I was able to actually get rid of our air fryer and free up counter space. I’m overall very happy with the stove.

• Overall we are pleased with this new slide in range. We love how the knobs are on the front of the range & that it requires you to push them in before turning- making it safer around kids. The app works quite well with the stove. It allows you to turn it on and off remotely which is a great feature! Our one complaint so far is that the finish definitely shows fingerprints but that’s pretty typical of stainless steel. We just put this stove in for a kitchen renovation- so it hasn’t been used extensively yet but so far we are enjoying it.

• I was absolutely shocked (in the best way) when I found out I was receiving this Whirlpool flattop stove from Influenster—I could hardly believe it! I’ll admit, I was very skeptical at first and wasn’t sure it would actually arrive, but when it did, I was beyond excited and so grateful. The stove itself is sleek, modern, and fits beautifully into my kitchen. The smooth flattop surface not only looks great, but it’s also super easy to clean. It heats quickly and cooks evenly, which has made a huge difference in my daily meal prep. Overall, I’m SO happy I received this product. It’s honestly one of the best things I’ve gotten through Influenster, and I still can’t believe it’s mine! Thank you, Influenster and Whirlpool, for such an incredible opportunity!

• After using this stove for 3 weeks, I can confidently say that glass cooktops are not my thing. I dislike how the heating coil oscillates on and off. I can't get a proper sear on my meats when I use my wok. You also need to make sure all of your pots and pans have an extremely flat bottom, or it will take forever to heat things up. My water kettle is not perfectly flat on the bottom, and it took over 30 minutes to boil a full kettle. The hot surface indicator is also in a horrible spot. You can easily miss it and accidentally burn your hand on the stove. I really love the oven though. It has so many functions and does an amazing job baking and broiling my food. The convection fan is powerful. I baked a small batch of homemade croissants and the convection fan really helped brown the croissants nicely.

• Unfortunately, the control panel failed less than two weeks after purchasing the oven. I understand that this can happen on occaision, but it is our experience. The technician who checked our stove was great, but we have have been without a working stove since Friday, January 30th. We also learned that extra care needs to be taken when cleaning the control panel. We had to purchase a product for cleaning computer screens as well as microfiber cloth. To be candid, I would prefer a stove with simple controls, no clock, no internet wifi and a contol panel that can't handle a vigorous cleaning with a damp cloth. We have a stove with numerous features that offers little benefit. All it needs to do is cook food. I don't need a "relationship" with an appliance!

• Works great. Love the many features. I am concerned about the complexity and possible expense of the oven control board. As this is the second stove that I had delivered, because the first had a faulty control board.

• I love this range. It was a big upgrade for me. The design is sleek and beautiful. The stainless looks really nice. The wipe clean cooktop is amazing. It only requires a wipe with some water, and it leaves no spots behind, even with my well water. The cook top heats nice and evenly. I tried the other features, including the air bake and air fry. The air bake is great for doing multiple sheets of cookies at once. They baked evenly despite being on different racks. The air fry feature is nice when you are trying to do a high volume of food, but it does take longer than a countertop air fryer. Being able to control the oven from your phone is really neat. You can start the preheat from another room. Overall, I love this stove and have no complaints!

• I love the look of the black stainless. It really is beautiful. The cooktop is very easy to clean. I LOVE the varied burner sizes I can select!!! The only thing that is quite frustrating is it barely brings a pot of water to a boil. I cannot achieve a rolling boil even after a half hour on high. My previous stove would have the pasta water rolling like a river. I 100% wish I had read solid reviews sharing this tidbit of information and I probably would have kept shopping and comparing other models.

• I bought this range and it did not work when I got it put in my remodeled kitchen. I have got the run around from LOWE'S and whirlpool why I was trying to get a new one or get this one fixed. I have never used it, but to hook it up and turn it on and it doesn't work. I finally got some one out to work on it. They were sent by whirlpool and they said that the oven is not giving a signal to the electrical panel in the back of the stove. So now we have to wait about 2 weeks to get the part and get it put in, if that will even work. I rate the range and whirlpool and Lowe's in pine bluff very low in my book.

• What a dream! This range is absolutely amazing. All I had to do to install was plug it in. It’s so simple to clean, everything just wipes right off. The features are cool. It hooks up to my phone so I can see what the temp is. It also has a warming spot next to the burners. Way more efficient than my previous stove! Easy to use! Would highly recommend this product!

• What a great stove! It’s very tech savvy! I love that it comes with WiFi so I can work the range from my phone, if needed. The glass top is beautiful and has wonderful sized burners. The range heats up quickly and has more options than I’ll probably use in my life haha! Overall it’s a wonderful addition to anyone’s kitchen!

• Upon arrival, out of the box, it already had a few dings. The unit did NOT come with a power source. I received the electric model, but it arrived without its electrical cord. Luckily, I was able to find and purchase the power cord on Amazon for $20. When we were finally able to power it on and download the app, the rest was simple. The oven preheats quickly and alerts you both from the range itself plus an app notification. The cooktop easy clean glass technology is amazing. Truly, all that's needed to clean it is water as advertised. All in all, we are very happy with this range.

• This oven is very pretty and works just fine overall, however after having it a couple of months the finishing on the edge started coming off and there was a small break in the plastic they have bonding the edges. However, immediately when we got it delivered there was a error for the control panel. We did a power cycle and it went away. Then 5 months in the error came back to stay, rendering everything but the main burners unusable. Warranty is covering it, but we were told that this error is a recurring issue on every single oven with a touch pad. So prepare yourself and get the warranty if you want to go with one of the newer style ovens.

• I bought this a month ago and it's been a disaster. First when I turned on a top burner, sparks flashed and there was smoke and the burner died....repair man came to discover a wire had shorted out and put in a new burner, but that didn't fix it so he ordered a control unit, which has not come in,,,,back ordered.....meanwhile, walking by it I noticed some heat, which was coming from the oven, which had not been started, came on by itself and I couldn't get it to turn off....pressed the cancel button and tried everything, so I flipped the breaker...so no way now to even heat water for a cup of tea....and the dealer won't replace it so I'm stuck

• It looks great but the safety feature on the cool top that turns off the burner makes this the worst stove I’ve ever owned. It 45 minutes to cook half a box of pasta. It ruins any meat I try to sear. Sauté is impossible. I have to buy all new very expensive cast iron cookware just to use this stove normally. It was way too expensive for this. Tried to talk to whirlpool about it only to be left on hold by a chat bot for over half an hour then to receive an email saying i wasn’t responding . No where in any ad for this stove did it say it did this. When I went back to the store and took them why I didn’t like the stove they had no idea it did this and they wouldn’t take it back. Very bad no good buy. Will not be burned again.

• This whirlpool electric slide in range has a very sleek and clean design,the stainless steel part is fingerprint resistant,it’s a slide in so it will be easy to match with your counter,or either you would like to install it in an island ,it gives a clean,sleek and smooth finish,it’s a timeless design,I have not tried any Whirlpool products in the past. It has a glass top,it says it’s a new technology coating which you will only need water for cleaning up the cooking residue,I used wet sponge followed with a clean microfiber cloth to wipe dry,it’s easy for cleaning,but I guess if you cook everyday over a long period of time you will know if you will need to use any cleaning products for cleaning the glass top. The panel is on front edge,it’s easy to operate,it can also connect to WiFi so you can operate or manage your oven on the app if you wish.The oven is a true convection oven with air fry function,it has a no preheat air fry function which is a huge plus,it comes with a air fry basket,it’s size is about holding up a bag of frozen fries.You can also use air fry reheat function to reheat your leftovers which is very convenient.The oven baking function is nice,it heat up fast,it bakes foods evenly,especially I am a baker and I make most of the food from scratch,so I can put these home appliances to test and giving my very honest opinion.The dough proofing function is nice the temp is at 100F max. It has a warm drawer in the bottom most people use it for pot and pans,the drawer is on the shallow side,the only thing I think it needs little improvement would only be the drawer compartment,I think if has actual tracks for it that would be great and if the metal material for inside of drawer could be thicker it will make it fully match with the high quality of the rest of the stove. All and all I love this range and oven,it’s easy to clean,simple sleek stylish built,and high quality.I recommend you to try this range if you are in the market for a slide in electric range. I need a microwave and refrigerator from Whirlpool to match with this range,I have no tried their appliances,that would be great if I could have them,then my appliances would match up perfectly. • The steam clean in whirlpool stoves is a joke. It cleans nothing. Don't use air fryer because it leaves a mess that is impossible to clean. Have to clean after every use tge steam does not clean and I have to scrub with a toothbrush and baking soda. Stay clear of all aqua/ steam clean ovens

• This range is not capable of boiling a 2 gallon pot of water. Actually it is able, but takes over 2 hours to boil 2 gallons. This is ridiculous and unacceptable for a modern day appliance. I have had a Whirlpool tech come to my home to check my range and he stated that since there are no error codes, then it is working as designed. Who designs an appliance that cannot efficiently boil a pot of water? Apparently Whirlpool does. Don’t waste you money on this junk. I’m going to see if I can find a sucker on Facebook Marketplace to give me $500 for it. I will then purchase an induction range that is proven to quickly and efficiently boil water in less than 20 minutes.

• I was very fortunate to receive this product in exchange for an honest review. The installation was a breeze! Took no more than 15 minutes, the design is sleek and beautiful and the stove truly has a bunch of awesome features - such as the air cook option or its connection to your phone! We've only had this stove for a little over a week, but it's been great so far! The only thing that can be improved upon would be the cleaning of this product, but other than that has performed great and looks great too!
