• Happy with the product, too bad that the delivery service wouldn't bring it straight to my door, yes we had icy condition didn't stop my husband from going out to meet them he even asked for one of them to go with him to bring this item in and he would have drove him back to their vehicle. My husband being a senior brought this in by himself. We were not able to examine the fridge before bringing it in. It was damaged at the back which did not affect the fridge performance. Contacted your office which we were given a very small refund...Just disappointed in the service that was not provided. Took us 6 weeks to get this item. Now we wait for 3 weeks for this small refund. Just disappointed. Will bring this info to Home Depot.

• I bought this refrigerator as a second refrigerator for my home to use when we entertain and I couldn’t be more happy with my decision to purchase this brand. The shelves are made of glass and are easily adjustable. The fridge door has ample space and again, the ability to adjust heights of the door compartments. There are 4 large drawers to store vegetables, fruit or whatever. Definitely happy with my decision!

• Great refrigerator! Plenty fo room for 10 lb. bag of carrots and other vegetables in the crisper drawers. Door was easy to switch to left hand hinge. Temperature seems be right where it should be.

• I purchased this model refrigerator because I had one like it 10+ years ago. I loved that one. This new one was twice the price and is made super cheap. The shelves are flimsy, the light bulb is small abs is blocked by a box..so gives a minimum amount of light. For some reason they took out a shelf and added "two more" flimsy drawers. Drawers hold a lot more. Also, it was very difficult to " level" the refrigerator. The installers worked about an hour to " level" the refrigerator. Then, there is " no" temperature gauge...only a small light colored snowflake, a medium colored snowflake and a thicker filled in snowflake. Wow! Whi thought of that one??? Also the door handle is small and ultra cheap. These refrigerator was not available to view in person and had to be " special ordered" sight unseen...I don't think I would have ordered it..if I'd seen it in person. Tge most disturbing part of this was in my first comment...it was twice the price of my other one, I still have and works great...and looks half as good. Thank goodness my other one still works...I'm not sure how much co fident I have in this one.

• This my 2nd all fridge, last one KemmoreElite last me 12 yrs, this is excellent for the price, I just hope they can put more lights, it is kind of dark to look for things for lower shelves, This is assembled in AMERICA, not sure there is foreign parts, I choose white it bright up my kitchen, and it is lot cheaper.

• I BOUGHT THIS FRIDGE 2YRS AGO AND IT WENT OUT. I CALLED THEIR NUMBER AND THEY TOLD ME I HAVE TO PAY FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUT AND LOOK AT IT AND I WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL REPAIR COST. I HAD SOMEONE COME OUT TO TELL ME THAT THE FREON IS LEAKING AND IT IS NOT WORTH FIXING. NOT TO MENTION ALL THE FOOD THAT WENT BAD. I CALLED THEM BACK AND THEY SAID SORRY THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. I JUST READ ALL THESE REVIEWS AND THEY ARE ALL THE SAME. IT GOES OUT. ONE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON SAID THAT IS WHY WE ONLY OFFER A 1 YEAR WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT. WAY TO STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCT. SO DISAPPOINTED IN WHIRLPOOL. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY A WHIRLPOOL PRODUCT AGAIN!!!!!

• Bought this last September 2019. It broke in June 2020. Quit cooling. Repairman says entire electrical system is shot. I thought repair or replace. By the way $1700.00 for the stainless steel and extended warranty. 4 weeks later Whirlpool will not replace the unit!!!! And get this ... they do NOT have the replacement parts for my broken unit. Going on 5 weeks without a Refrigerator. What JUNK. Appliance store tells me.. "nothing we can do Whirlpool refuses to cooperate in a timely manner". Never buy from Whirlpool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! One last item; I am a business owner and I do EVERYTHING to correct a situation gone bad in a timely fashion to keep the consumer happy.

• We bought this model in November 2017. Six months later it quit working. After three (maybe four) visits from a repairman, Whirlpool finally agreed to replace the refrigerator in July 2018. It is now April 2019 and this new one has quit working. We have taken off work twice to meet a repairman, and IT STILL DOESN'T WORK! This model is defective. Does Whirlpool corporation understand what a hardship defective products place on families? Time taken from work, time spent emptying a defective refrigerator, money spent on ruined food..... We will never buy another Whirlpool product.

• Full refrigerator (no freezer) is a perfect fit since I have a separate full freezer. This makes organization much easier and the extra room is perfect for a family of five. The unit is 'no-frills' and very simple. Great flexibility for shelf adjustments. Four crisper/meat drawers add to the ease of organization. Two complaints: 1) Door doesn't have detents, so it can swing open fairly violently 2) Support bar for the shelf that tops the crisper section needed to be trimmed in order for the shelf to sit properly on the side mounts. Quick fix, but some folks may not figure it out and give bad reviews for a poor design.

• I bought a Whirlpool all refrigerator in Feb 2017 and had numerous problems with it from Feb until October when it was replaced. I threw quite a bit of food away over the months-milk, mayonnaise, salads, eggs and anything that was questionable when the fridge got too warm to keep the food cold. After several service calls, I received a replacement refrigerator on Oct 5, 2017-over 7 months of having grief with the original fridge. I love the way the fridge is set up-the space is awesome and the fridge is very quiet. Despite the problems, I would recommend this fridge as long as it stays working.

• We bought our Whirlpool refrigerator this past Boxing Day to replace our old one that decided to leave us at lunch-time on Christmas Day. So far it has been great--the LED lighting is terrific and we love the four crisper drawers--no more jamming all the weeks fruits and vegetables into just two drawers as we'd become used to. We weren't sure how we'd use in the sleeve width space at the bottom of the door but have discovered it's great for envelope packaged types of foods like sliced and shredded cheeses and meats. Good temperature controls and attractive exterior. It is a great looking companion to our all freezer unit that sit's next to it.

• We bought this appliance on January 18 2019 it was delivered on the 22cd by the 25th it was not working. Repairman was sent on the 31st of January could not repair but ordered parts. He returned around the 18th of February and repaired the unit only to have it stop working and blowing warm air 2 weeks later. We called asked whirlpool to come get the unit and ordered a maytag.vwill never buy a whirlpool unit ofvyhisctupecagain. We were very disappointed with customer service from whirlpool and how we were treated when the unit stopped working.

• Bought this two years ago for newly renovated kitchen. Like most of the other reviews the cooling has stopped working properly. I don't know how long it will take to get someone in to repair it because both of us working makes it hard to call the customer service line and then see if we can get a service person scheduled without having to take time off. With all of these issues you'd think that something would have been done already. Will be talking to Lowes too to ensure they know of the inferior product they are selling on behalf of Whirlpool. Hopefully Whirlpool will come through and make things right but I have my doubts.

• I bought the fridge about 1 month ago now, overall I'm satisfied with performance. My critique is that the fridge came in a poor state than I expected from whirlpool. Example: the fridge itself looked like it had come straight from manufacturing with no cleaning done to it. I found multiple spots of hard grime that have since stained he interior of the fridge. Another being that the insulating foam that keeps to fridge cool was oozing from pores and the underside of the door I need to figure out how to keep the underside contained since I own animals whom would like to claw at it and if they invest that foam it will be a hefty vet bill.

• We have 2 of these and one stopped working end of June. Extended warranty was purchased, whirlpool outsources to a third party repair shop who takes over a week to come look, double check the serial number and starts randomly ordering parts. First was circuit board and thermometer were replaced and they close the claim right away without verification that the fridge worked again. 3 weeks later they come out to start another warranty claim and order parts for the compressor. Takes another 2 weeks. They finally send a competent tech out who actually knows something about a fridge who deems it unfixable. It takes another 2 weeks for whirlpool to send authorization to have a replacement unit sent on Sept 6. Hopefully it will show up next week.

• I bought this fridge in June 2019, delivered in July 2019. In August 2021 it had a coolant leak and is now dead. 2y 2m of use. Planned obsolescence means we paid about $57/month for this garbage product. The compressor is fine, fans are fine, thermistor is fine, door seal is fine. It passed all self-diagnostic tests. The unit is in pristine condition. But buried components that aren't serviceable failed in an extremely short and unreasonable timeframe. Now this fridge will be carted off to the dump and become waste that won't be easily recycled, contributing to pollution and climate change. Do not waste your money on this fridge, or trust any Whirlpool products (or their sub brands) I cannot trust them after this.

• I bought this all fridge April 2019. Worked fine until October 2021, when it stopped cooling well enough. Eventually found the schematic/troubleshooting paper folded up in the bottom rear of the unit. Followed the troubleshooting sequence. Learned that the evaporator thermister had failed. Replaced the thermister, unit cooled better, but not well enough. There is likely a leak since there is a single ball of ice in one spot on the evaporator. 2.5 years of good operation doesn't compare well to the previous Woods all fridge that lasted for 19 years.

• I bought this refrigerator in august of 2020 and took possession of it September of 2020. I owned it for a little under 3 months before it stopped working. I absolutely loved the fridge! Its space was exactly what I needed for my business! But to have just bought a refrigerator and it already break before the end of december was frustrating and disappointing. The guy was here the first week of January to fix it, saying the problem wasn't anything I've done wrong, but the parts he needed to order before just sending me a new one still haven't come in yet. So I'm using a borrowed refrigerator that's about 20 + years old. As a business owner and a mom, this is very inconvenient and frustrating.

• I took delivery of this fridge in early January 2020 and so far it's working fine. I like the feature of no freezer since I have a small upright. Recently I watched a program on CBC Marketplace about the (un)reliability of current appliances and Whirlpool rated #3 on the worst list. The fridge I replaced lasted 30 years and it sounds like most current appliances don't even last 10 years. I did purchase the extended warranty because I don't want to be buying another fridge after a year or two. Ask me again in one and five years.

• Great room inside the main compartment for essentials and vegetable bins. Door shelves and door bottom vertical rack (I don't what else to call it) could be spaced differently to allow for one more shelf on each side of the door. Butter bin isn't really necessary. Probably just use a regular shelf bin for those things that might be placed in that enclosed butter bin. That vertical rack at the bottom of the door just doesn't seem to be useful for anything except some skinny package like bacon or sausage. I don't know what else to put in it.

• This unit worked great until 22 months in it stopped staying cool. I went through what I could check then paid to have a repair tech take a look. They said it leaked all it's refrigerant. The leak was too big to patch, so the only option is to throw away this under 2 year old refrigerator. I reached out to Whirlpool who was no help. I would NOT recommend. Clearly they know they're making a junk product which is why they only warranty it for 1 year.

• The Whirlpool freezerless refrigerator is just great for us because we live 20 miles from a grocery store and need the space. We use a separate freezer. However, we've experienced the same problem with both of these refrigerators we've purchased. after a couple years, the cooling unit has sprung and leak - repair is next to impossible and would be very expensive. As much as we like Whirlpool, we'll have to look for another brand.

• We bought this fridge year and a half ago. Suddenly starts to not keep products cool. Called my local technician that sold us the fridge and they tell me that the compressor has died and it needs to be replaced. Called Whirlpool and not only do they want to charge a separate diagnostic fee they tell me that the compressor in an all fridge is not covered under their 5 year compressor warranty because apparently that is only for multi door "refrigerators", not all in one units.despite the fact that the manual includes the 5 year warranty statement.
