• This is one of the most beautiful refrigerators I’ve seen and definitely the most beautiful one I’ve owned. It is massive. It’s bigger than my previous one, and that one only had an ice maker. This one has a water filter and dispenser, and came make up to 3lbs of ice per day. It has so many different components/ compartments. This got a frozen pizza drawer and the doors can hold gallons of milk or water or anything. The light is bright when you open the fridge and the freezer drawer. It’s also super quiet. You can’t even tell it’s running until you are right next to it. I don’t think I have ever been this excited about an appliance in my life. I absolutely love every single feature.

• We are so happy with our new refrigerator! It's the perfect size for busy families. The refrigerator holds a lot and the space is maximized for storage. The shelves are removable and easy to adjust to your needs. It's nearly silent and I love that there's a panel on the side of the door to tell you the temperature etc. It gets cold very quickly too. I love that the water dispenser can be used with one hand. As for the freezer, it's very roomy and comes with dividers to help keep your items organized. The ice bucket is very generous in size and could easily hold enough ice to fill a standard cooler. I also like the pull out drawer in the freezer. We have a toddler who is always looking for ice cream, so the pullout is the perfect place to put it. This is our second whirlpool refrigerator and we've been happy with both. Also, I swear we eat food! I just filled it with drinks for now for an easy size reference.

• Ten minutes after it was installed we noticed that the freezer door didn’t shut properly. Cold air leaks out and the freezer just fills with frost. It was delivered on Dec3 and we are still waiting for a replacement.

• Overall, it’s okay, but the ice maker has started to malfunction and it’s not even a year old. There appears to be some type of a leak, and while it’s still making some ice, water is dripping into the ice collection bin and freezing. I pull out giant chunks of ice daily until a new ice maker is installed.

• Do not purchase this item. I followed all the instructions on the book of the refrigerator, which said to wait 24 hours before the refrigerator cooled. I transferred my food after 24 hours of the fridge being connected and still after that all of my food spoiled I called the company and it was the worst Customer service you could imagine all they told me was that I had to wait and they couldn’t do anything for me so I spent Christmas Eve Christmas and up until New Year’s without a refrigerator. This fridge never worked. After 13 calls I was able to get someone to actually help me. I purchased a night mare.

• It was delivered on 8/4 and started having issues on 8/7. Called for warranty service on 8/11. Service person showed on 8/18 - defrosting issue - part needed to be replaced. Service person placed an order for the part. On 8/20 we received a call that the part was on back order with no eta. I placed several calls to Whirlpool customer service and have received no resolution. They keep telling me that I have to deal with the inconvenience of not having a working refrigerator until the part comes in. As of 8/28 we are still in limbo. Based on this current experience with a Whirlpool product - I will recommend to all my friends and family to not by a Whirlpool appliance.

• Purchased this refrigerator on May 7, 2025 and it was delivered May 14, 2025. The compressor broke May 31, 2025. Since the refrigerator is still under the manufactures warranty I am stuck dealing with Whirlpool. Believe me this not the situation you want to be left in. Whirlpool thinks it is acceptable to leave someone without an appliance for 14 business days to wait for a new compressor to arrive that is back ordered. This does not include when the service guy will be available to install the compressor. So I will not buy another Whirlpool appliance and I will tell everyone not to buy Whirlpool either. This is terrible customer service. This refrigerator is not even a month old.

• So far, so good with our new Whirlpool fridge! We love how much room is in the inside. We specifically wanted one that did not have an in-the-door- ice dispenser and this fits the bill. Our "basement fridge" is also a Whirlpool and it is still going like brand new after 17 years. Now, what I'm not happy with is getting an answer, after several emails and aborted phone calls to Customer Care, asking how to get the embedded protective plastic film out of the seams. I keep getting stock replies that do not address my issue. So, I am disappointed with Customer Service on this issue, to be honest. When I call, I've never once gotten through to a live representative :( If it wasn't for Customer Service, I would give this 5 stars.

• I purchased Whirlpool - 36-Inch French Door Refrigerator with Ice Maker - 31 cu. ft. on 05/12/2025. It is now 11/21/2025 and it has been broken since 10/05/2025. All I am getting from Whirlpool is the run around about having the appliance repaired or replaced. The compressor is broken. It is still under warranty but no one is willing to help to resolve the matter. All of my groceries were destroyed. I have requested for manager assistance to resolve this matter but no one has helped me. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER WHIRLPOOL APPLIANCE. The customer service is horrible, it seems as if no one takes notes and the hold time is over 45mins.

• We already have a whirlpool fridge upstairs, but we needed one for downstairs. Love the Whirlpool fridges. So spacious and love the cooling technology. The side of the door tells you the temperature and you can adjust the cooling setting. It came with a water filter and ice cube scooper. We’re always cooking at home, so a big fridge is a must!

• The wheel on the freezer drawer broke off. Attempt to call Whirlpool customer service and on hold for extreme amount of time; then attempted to go online to get service/support. The system is NOT user friendly and to schedule for service meant I needed to pay to have something fixed that should be covered under warranty!?!

• We have had this fridge for a few weeks now and I love it! This was a major upgrade for us. Some of my favorite features include large drawers for fruit/produce; can fit a whole gallon of milk, our Brita water pitcher, and juice all in the doors at once; fits a whole cookie sheet on each shelf or large cale; quick freeze/chill options for days where you are in/out of the fridge/freezer a lot; and no fingerprints on the outside! I also am a major fan of the pizza pocket - this thing holds at least 2-3 thin crust pizzas. The only real "con" for me so far is that while the deli drawer does hold a lot, it can be easy to lose track of things in the back and you need to open both fridge doors to pull out the deli drawer (very minor issue and more of a personal preference anyway).

• New fridge delivered on the 16th of August 2025. It is now the 25th. I still can't use it. Living out of ice chests because it has a bad compressor and they are on backorder with no release date. I was told by the repair appliance people that they have to wait 2 weeks and then file another report to escalate the issue and then Whirlpool can take up to another 2 weeks to respond. Whirlpool sates they do not replace units, only repair them. Highly disappointed in this company. At the bottom of this form, it says " we reserve the right to reject reviews". Who wants to take bets on this one being rejected?

• This fridge is great. It took no time to cool down to temperature level. I love the storage capacity and layout much better than my previous Samsung fridge. I was elated when I moved all of my contents into this one. It is very quiet. I hope it will last for several years.

• The refrigerator was installed on May 7th and by June 12th it was dead. Whirlpool isn't open on weekends and they are only open from 8am to 6pm EST, so by 4pm MST, they are closed, so I couldn't even get support until June 16th. Because it was just passed the 30 days, I had to get a repair company involved. They came out on the 19th, but the needed parts are on back order. Also, I live in "fly over" country and was told the one guy who repairs closed systems is booking out 8 weeks. This refrigerator is in my disabled daughter's place and whirlpool refuses to replace it until the backordered part comes in or at least 10 business days have passed, July 3rd. If the part is delivered to the repair company, then I have to wait until they can repair it.
