• My refrigerator is a month and a half old. I've had 2 service calls on it and now have a third scheduled. I have condensation on the freezer door seal, inside on the ice dispenser, and the shelves are covered in condensation on the bottoms. I also have dried glue visible on the interior and exterior. I would give this ZERO stars if I could. Whirlpool has REFUSED to replace this grossly flawed appliance. Photos of the issues are attached.

• I love this whirlpool refrigerator!!!! It has so much space!!! The one drawer is great for kid's using for apples, etc without opening the refrigerator doors!!! Lots of space in the freezer as well. As well as the top refrigerator! I absolutely love it!!!!

• This is my first French Door style refrigerator and I love it! I used to have a side by side refrigerator and I felt like I could never fit everything inside of it. Organization It has the perfect shelf layout and I love the 4th pull out drawer which can be customized by item type. The crisper drawers are perfect and I use the middle, smaller one for my coke cans. I know it’s not the intended use, but they fit so nicely! The 3 drawers in the freezer make it easy to organize and find items. My friend came over and exclaimed I had bought a wider fridge than my old one, but it’s actually the same width and depth. It’s just organized so efficiently that you can get more into it and this makes me so happy. Cleaning The fingerprint resistant finish lives up to the name. My old fridge would show every smudge and you had to clean it perfectly to avoid showing the cleaning cloth marks. It used to make my eye twitch. Not so with this refrigerator! It hardly shows if I graze it with my fingers and cleanup is a breeze. So far the only minor thing is the ice maker can be a bit noisy, but it’s so brief and I hardly notice it.

• Refrigerator arrived with a big scratch on the freezer door that apparently happened at the factory. The insulation that is on the inside of the refrigerator doors (glue like substance) apparently was overfilled within the doors and has leaked out through a hole in the bottom of the door as well as around a seam in the door. The appliance dealer has put in a request from the factory to replace the scratched freezer door.

• Delivered 12/12/24, immediate issue with the middle drawer not working. Customer service was completely incorrect with diagnosis, I had to go back to the retailer to verify how it worked and they called for service on my behalf. Then on 1/25/25, the entire refrigerator was at freezer temperature. Someone was able to come out 1/31, troubleshot with whirlpool and ordered parts. On 2/14, temp suddenly went up, but it was obvious the waterline was damaged as water leaked from the vent. 2/17 the service tech was back out, determined the valve was cracked, and they had to order that and come back to replace all three parts at the same time. Finally fixed 2/20/25. I was without a refrigerator for 24 DAYS. I would like Whirlpool to provide an extended warranty for my trouble, but after waiting on hold for over 30 minutes just to talk to someone to ask for this, I decided an honest review was the only thing I could do. I think maybe I just got a lemon. But, I will NEVER purchase a Whirlpool product again. PART 2-IT IS BROKEN AGAIN! MY REFRIGERATOR IS CURRENTLY 19 DEGREES AND I AM ON HOLD WAITING TO TALK TO A REP NOW RATHER THAN SATURDAY WHEN IT HAPPENED BECAUSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CLOSED ON WEEKENDS! I want a refund or a new refrigerator. Please stay tuned people, I WILL provide honest feedback on this process.

• My refrigerator was delivered March 8, 2025! I previously had the older model that I purchased August 2014, and it is still working! My old on has a small pin hole leak in the freon line. I have had it serviced twice, but when Best Buy had the newer model on sale with 24 Months no interest I decided to purchase the newer model again. I love the size the space for food storage, but my only complaint is that I do not like the prep and store bins it takes away the extra storage that my older model has!

• We finally decided to replace our 20-year-old Whirlpool refrigerator because we wanted French doors and a beverage drawer. We've been very happy with the thoughtful design of the new refrigerator. We really appreciate the measured fill water dispenser and all of the drawer configurations. We only have two tiny complaints: We'd rather have a third door shelf than the Prep and Store bins, but we've made it work for small packets of sauces and we wish the ice bin had a larger capacity. It's a trade off, though, to have so much usable refrigerator space. All in all, we're pleased with our new refrigerator and will continue to be loyal Whirlpool buyers.

• This is a replacement item that took nearly 2 months for delivery. The original stopped making ice, did not freeze ice cream, and maintained refrigerator temperature at or above 60F. The replacement item: 3 days after installation, the left door inside flap became stubborn, not retracting fully and hitting the right side door, preventing the door from closing. Lifelong customer of Whirlpool brand but I am having serious doubts about our future affiliation.

• We love this refrigerator design (for it's practicability, functionality, ease of use, and looks). It's our second one of the same model. Our first one purchased 6 years ago went south (Compressor went; we hope it was just a bad one vs a general problem). Since we loved the refrigerator so much, we decided to stick with it for a replacement, even waiting for 2.5-3 weeks for delivery. The replacement refrigerator is now with us 2 weeks and we hope this one lasts longer - hoping for 10-12 years. If not...we will move on to another make/model or mfg. But sticking with it speaks to how much we love is.

• We purchased this refrigerator a couple of months ago and I am in love with it! I love the deli drawer so you don't have to open both french doors to get to the deli, cheeses and other items you need more often. This also allows you to just open one door at a time to get to things inside the fridge. The ice container is on the left door so it opens up so much space inside. And the freezer has 3 bins which can hold so many things. And we aren't having the condensation problems that many folks talked about in the models previous to this one. I haven't utilized the great storage to microwave to dishwasher containers that store in the right door, but looking forward to using them!

• I love everything about this fridge except the noise it makes. Known (to Whirlpool, not me) issue in manufacturing causes fan to freeze. Sounds like an airplane winding up for takeoff. No fix except periodically unplugging it and letting it thaw. Getting tired of doing this every six months. Wish I could afford to replace it.

• Buyer beware.....second refrigerator in 5 months. Both units have the same quality issues, freezer temperature issues, ice maker issues, parts are backordered and never arrive. Would not recommend Whirlpool Brand of refrigerators.

• Mostly love this refrigerator . The only thing I don’t like is on the inside right door the totally wasted space with the stupid containers. I’d prefer to use this space for other things. I had a refrigerator like this before and miss the use of that door space.

• Much better than the new model WRQA59CNKZ 4 Door Whirlpool Refrigerator we received on 9/17/24, that was 119 degrees on the left outside surface after running for 20 minutes. Whirlpool customer reps Bill, Debbie and Jonathan would not let us return this DANGEROUSLY DEFECTIVE refrigerator for a full refund, so we exchanged it (cost us additional $) for this model WRMF7736PZ00 that I'm reviewing, BTW no apologies from Whirlpool on the inconvenience to us, as we had no refrigerator for 3 weeks.

• Nice unit and what we needed. Bottom freezer door slides hard and upper doors swing open too quiick and bounces open. Otherwise we are satisfied.

• We bought this a few weeks ago and absolutely love it! It is so spacious and well made. The only thing I wish is that it would have come with 3 identical side shelf bins on the right side. It came with 2 traditional shelf bins and the other one was not useful at all. It came with storage containers that slid into the shelf. We almost did not buy this model because of this. We still bought it and then ordered the OEM shelf to match the other 2 side shelf bins.

• The good: Organization of interior compartments, ease of cleaning, quiet motor. The bad: Ice and water dispensers are poorly designed. If I've got a small glass (a juice glass, for instance) I have to hold the dispenser lever with my hand to get water. The water dispenser is invisible, so it took a while to figure out how to position a water bottle under it. I finally bought a silicon straw, cut it to size, and fitted it over the water dispenser so I could see it.
