• Nearly perfect oven for what we wanted. First time using a front control panel range and so far enjoying it. Only downside is the timer/preheat tone is very quiet and hard to hear. Also the knobs are pretty low quality compared to the rest of the range, and feel like cheap plastic and are pretty wobbly. The display in the store actually had 2 broken knobs on it, which we noticed as an indicator of the potential problem.

• This range was installed on 10/8/25. The oven door will not stay open. The utility drawer will not close properly. A technician from Lowes came on Friday and said that the springs are missing from the door. The drawer will not close because the frame is bent. Lowes they will not help because it is over the 48 hours period. I spoke to a Whirlpool representative on Monday and he arranged for a local Whirlpool technician to come on Wednesday 10/15/25. As of 2 pm today I have yet to receive a call from this business.

• We thought we were getting an amazing stove for the home we had just built. We looked at every option available in the stores and read all of the reviews that we could. If I could make another choice now, I never would have purchased this oven. We kept making excuses, thinking we just didn't know how to use it and that the "hot spot" that had things in the back left corner burning wasn't really there, but it is. Today I cooked sweet rolls, and the ones in the back left were burnt on the bottom, while the ones on the left were still doughy on the inside. We have burned so many cookies our daughters are discouraged to even try cooking in it. Not to mention the visual flaws that started almost right away. The "chrome" on the top started peeling so fast it was ridiculous. I would never recommend this stove to anyone based on our experience. Not sure if we got a "dud" or if all Whirlpool ranges are like this. The glass also smudges very easily and is so much harder to look nice compared to what we have been used to. Every time we use it, I kinda wish that it would just completely stop working so we can get a new one. If I had the extra money, I would definitely replace it right away. The flashy pretty stove we thought was going to be the ultimate range and oven turned into the worst part of our kitchen. I hope that they actually do post the review as it would be the ethical thing to do as it is an honest account of our experience.

• Purchased 4 years ago. Have replaced the plate around the control knobs TWICE - $200+ each time - already and it is chipped again. Clearly, there is a problem with this plate as other reviews mention the same. Now, we are replacing the heating element - a $300 repair on a fairly new appliance.

• The range fits in really well with my recently remodeled kitchen. I love the black and stainless look of it and the fingerprint free aspect of the stainless is great! We bought a Whirlpool microwave and refrigerator to match. Love them all.

• I bought this three weeks ago. It's a beautiful stove but the interior of the oven door arrived damaged and missing a piece of enamel safety coating. I immediately called customer service (I purchased an extended warranty on top of the existing warranty) who scheduled an evaluation appointment with the contracted repair company two days later. That repair person never came nor have they returned a single one of the phone calls I've made or messages I've left. I spent a fair amount of my career in branding and brand strategy. The quality of any product can be totally erased by the quality of the service and - by this measure - the purchase is rapidly becoming a regret.

• We previously owned the Whirlpool WEE745H0FS, and while it served us well, we decided to go with the WEE515S0LS for our upgrade and we couldn't be happier. It’s a testament to the fact that sometimes "more features" aren't as important as "smarter design." The Major Improvements Over My Old Model: Better Airflow & Venting: My old 745 model had a different console setup. On this new 515, having the knobs strictly on the front creates a much cleaner "open-air" feel at the back. It vents the heat from the oven and cooktop so much more effectively, keeping the kitchen cooler and the air moving. Superior Knob Quality: This was a huge surprise! The knobs on this newer model feel much stronger and more substantial than the ones on my 745. They have a premium weight to them that gives me more confidence when cooking. No More "Timer Confusion": The updated audio tones are a game-changer. On the old model, I'd sometimes scramble to the kitchen not knowing if the food was done or if the oven was just ready to bake. Now, the distinct tones tell me exactly what’s happening. Seamless Family Transition: Since the layout is so similar to our old favorite, my kids—who are "power users" in our kitchen—didn't have to relearn a thing. It’s the same reliable Whirlpool experience they love, just refreshed and refined. The Verdict: If you’re debating between a high-tech model and this one, go with the WEE515S0LS. The build quality on the controls and the smart venting design make it a much more practical choice for a house that actually cooks!

• This is a replacement range for a space that we could not have the controls in the back. The Quartz backsplash was cut to fit the profile of the original Whirlpool range. The new range was a perfect fit. The original range had a front mounted touch keypad for all functions. The new range has large tall knobs to control the burners. While they are easy to get hold of and function well, unfortunately they are tall enough that it is easy to hit them with a pan or drag a hand across them. Shorter knobs with less sharp edges would be a big improvement. The range function is great though.

• The range woks well. I am very disappointed that there are scratches under the coating. This means it left the factory in this condition. For me, this translates into poor quality control.

• Make sure you are ok with the dials on the front, also this is a black stainless steel stove but the handles are stainless steel color. Otherwise The stove works great.

• This one has just enough bells and whistles to feel current, yet is simple to operate and feels comfortable right away. Super-fast burner heating, and very even baking performance. Well pleased!

• I bought the stove a month ago ,I wiped the top with a dish sponge and it was like it was painted and the paint came off, I called the store the replaced it but I cooked something for the first time this is how it look it like, so expensive ,I'm hurting and mad and disappointed.

• The range is very nice, but the glass top is not easy to keep clean, I have to spend at least 30 minutes almost everyday with multiple products to keep it clean.

• I like this range. It’s sleek and pretty, and it works perfectly. I gave it four stars instead of five because the stainless steel isn’t very heavy gauge… and it has no bridge element or convection bake. It is self cleaning. I could have spent more and gotten more bells and whistles, but I didn’t care much about those features. Now my entire kitchen is coordinated entirely with Whirlpool appliances… range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. They look great! They work great too!

• Been using this stove for about a month. The build quality is great. The elements and oven are great. The oven in old stove would 30-35 to get to 350, this one takes about 10 minutes. The burners are almost like using an induction top. Tried out the frozen pizza button. Old stove took 35 minutes to heat to 400 and another 16-18 minutes to bake. This one, i put frozen pizza in and hit the frozen pizza button, took 16 total minutes to make a frozen pizza.
