• I bought this Whirlpool Electric Range stove from Best Buy on Labor Day of 2018, I had a great Deal with knock off price of $1300, It's really easy to use and very quiet, I only had issues when trying to pair the WiFi connectivity with the Whirlpool Android App, I contact Whirlpool and they took care of my issue right away,they have great customer support. App works now but still needs a few kinks to make it better. Overall I'm very happy with it, I recommend you to buy Windex Wipes to clean it right after you finish cooking, since the glass on top is Black and it gets dirty easily, but my Windex Wipes cleans it right off after I finish cooking.

• I am so far very pleased with the purchase. The stove boils water quickly, the air fry mode works perfectly and the broil function is quick. The appliance is excellent for condos / apartments where power isn’t as strong as houses. The appliance matches the aesthetics of my home. The knobs are solid and the touch screen is self explanatory. Something for whirlpool to consider is to include an air fry basket. In their website it is out of stock and stores don’t carry the brand. After an exhausted search I ended up finding one at a restaurant store. It fits perfectly with the designated rack that is in the oven already.

• The glass control panel shattered from a small jelly jar falling on it. The replacement part is $773 and is backordered for two months! It was installed only 6 months ago. Please email me!

• I bought this couple of months again and the glass cooktop surface is damaged on one of the elements ( front right-triple setting one)as I was told by whirlpool rep. by high temperature! It’s pretty ironic that when you cook the burners/elements get HOT or otherwise it will not cook. Well the glass on that particular element pretty much melted as it is imbedded in and not as they trying to tell me it is on top and it can be cleaned. Well you can’t clean it I had two repairman come and they could not get it off! Whirlpool will not stand by its product and tells me that is not safety issue but rather cosmetic!!! Unrealistic! I’m scared to use that burner because I don’t want it to blow up on me. On top of that the panel doesn’t work I had that replaced and the trim on in its dented and the harness doesn’t work so i need another part replaced on top of it. So now I have a $1700 range sitting in my kitchen that is totally useless!! Having kids in the house and not being able to provide a homemade meal for days maybe weeks since they can’t specify when the part will arrive is just great!

• I have always had self clean ovens. This one over all the others is the absolute worse! The self clean does not work at all. You may as well get on your hands and knees and stick your head in the oven to give it the proper cleaning it needs. The cycle is only 40 mins and does not reach a high enough temp to burn the dirt. I would never recommend this oven and if |I had my time back I would have stuck to my older much better model. I have attached a photo of my over after 3 cycles.

• We bought this a month ago and have been so happy with our purchase! As a baker, the difference in the quality of cakes baked in this oven is noticeable! The oven helps you convert to convention temp/cook time if you’re new to that technology. The control panel includes a locking feature which is very nice. Love the stove top knobs being below the cook surface- makes cleaning a breeze. Install is super easy!! Also appreciate the third rack that is included. The warming drawer is smaller than average but to allow for the oven capacity to be larger, which I’d prefer! Love being able to throw dinner in the oven, take the dog for a walk and know from my phone how much time is left on my oven timer.

• Always we honor Whirpool brand. We bought this range less then a year ago then the oven wasn't working properly. A electrical harness was replaced. Now the triple element is not working ( defective harness) . Again, is less then a year old, hopefully Whirpool will replace it with a brand new one.

• The stove came with the house be bought 3 month ago, it was purchased by the previous owners in Dec 2019. Since day 1 the touchscreen was freezing and required to kill the power to restore functions. Until the control panel became unresponsive and the oven was unusable. Scheduled a service with whirlpool and they came and handed me 150$ bill to tell that control panel need to be repaired which I already knew and the part costs 1042$ and 3 months of wait for the part to arrive. I called whirlpool again and they don't want to do anything about an obvious design flow in their product. I just ordered another range and I will be throwing away this piece of garbage and they lost me as a customer.

• This is my first time using convection and I am loving it. I also love that I can preheat the oven from work using the wifi ability (something the salesperson never mentioned). We are in the middle of our reno and so far are very pleased. Just wish I knew how to clean out the little crevices on top better as they seem to collect crumbs and be hard to clean. Other than that, we are very pleased. Can’t wait to have our back splash done soon.

• Have been using this for 2 months & wishing I had made a different purchase. The touch control is poorly designed. I am constantly turning it on or off accidentally. The screen freezes while I am baking, doesnt return to the main screen after timer is set or temp is adjusted so I have no idea if the oven is on or not or at the correct temperature. Weve reset it at the breaker twice & still have issues. The timer at its loudest is so quiet I can only hear it if Im right in front of the stove. The remote option is a joke. The manual knobs are difficult to read & turn. The stove burners work well & heat quickly. Oven bakes unevenly.

• We purchased this about a year and a half ago. This is the worst stove I have ever owned. It looks nice but that's the only plus. This store is a nightmare. There were no reviews when I purchased or I wouldn't have. The oven takes 2.5 hours to cook boneless chicken, the oven will switch back and forth from name to broil on it's own and ruin your food. You can not control the range top temperature. If you don't stand there constantly stirring it will burn your food. It is not self cleaning. The rubber strip in the panel is always coming out. I turned off work so it does burn my house down. This is a horrible oven. I will never buy another Whirlpool again. Very unhappy.

• Haven’t even had this stove for one month, but sincerely regret purchasing this model. The control knobs are difficult to read. I was told by my retailer that it was my lighting, but I see many others have lodged same complaint. The control panel is driving me CRAZY!!! It goes off at the slightest touch and has to be turned on again. Cooktop is difficult to keep clean. I only wish this stove had been out of stock when I ordered it. Paid $1,400 for it. Looks good, but the design is flawed. So disappointed with this purchase. Should be able to return it for a different stove!!! DO NOT BUY THIS STOVE!!!

• We just built a new house and bought all new whirlpool appliances! I love this stove, it’s the 5th one I have had in my life and am facing 60! It heats fast! We moved in a week before Christmas, made a beautiful Turkey in, best Turkey I ever had! Every meal turns out perfectly! It looks sexy also

• Very disappointed in the aqua lift cleaning system. It is nothing like described to me by the salesperson, or I would have never bought it. I truly miss my old self-cleaning oven feature. Beware! Your warranty is invalid if you even try and clean with oven cleaner and/or steel scrub pads. I contacted Whirlpool. They would not help me because I had gone past the 90 days customer satisfaction return policy on this feature. Unfortunately, I didn't know this policy was being offered to dissatisfied customers. I only found out when googling information about aqua-lift. Guess I am stuck with this range, but will not purchase from Whirlpool in the future.

• We purchased this range along with a couple other pieces that were on the same line. PROS: Awesome window opening on front door. It’s amazing to see all your goodies baking in there! It looks really nice overall CONS: The cooktop is really hard to figure out, especially the 3 ringed front burner. It would be nice if the manual had instructions on how this works. It’s a real challenge! The control on the top is super sensitive, so cleaning is difficult. It does lock, but even then, it’s a pain to clean.

• I bought this range since it said in the description it was able to do proofing for baking bread. but after I received it I checked everywhere how to proceed but then they told me there was another model for that. It was wrong information on the description so I am disapointed for this matter.

• We purchased this oven from Lowes in 09/2018. Loved it! Worked great,...up until 2 weeks ago. Of course outside of 1 year warranty, still used a "certified" service tech to come and check it out. Electronics, one for the oven, and one for the whole unit, need replacement....to the cost of $1600. yup, just under the price of a new one on sale. Reached out to customer service, which provide a copy and paste response stating, its outside of warranty, not our problem. I don't think people drop this kind of money on an appliance to replace it in less than 2 years. Its a shame, since we purchased a whole kitchen suite, now worried when will the other appliances die and need replacement?

• I've had this oven for six months and it's time to give some feedback. First, I have no problem with the heating, cooking, baking, convection features. None, it works as well as any other range in this category. The features I have a problem with are minor but these affect me daily. First, of all the things that bother me, are the knobs. yes, the knobs. The single/double/triple and LO/HI indicators on the knobs, both color and font size, should contrast not blend, with the knob color. I admit my eyes have gotten worse in recent years, but, even with my glasses on, I find it difficult to determine which setting I am using: WP could have done a better job of making the print bolder and/or adding color for functionality instead of aesthetics. Second, the WIFI drops too easily (so much so, that I stopped using the function). And, when it does drop, you have to reset it- there is no memory stored, no battery back up. An inconvenience, but, if I am away from home, have everything planned ahead, food in the oven, and expecting to turn on or monitor progress using the app, I lose that ability if my wifi drops. Third, the touch screen can be too sensitive (I'm not sure how you can make it less sensitive, but, the feature requires a learning curve). For instance, if I have the oven on and my stove top is dirty (maybe the marinara splattered some sauce on the touch pad) and I wipe it clean, I can inadvertently and unknowingly turn off my oven. Even worse, if my wife comes by and wipes it clean, she won't realize she just turned-off the oven (yup, happened once, but not to much detriment). Again, you work around these nuisances, but, nonetheless, they are nuisances and I would have purchased another range had I paid closer attention to these details. Otherwise, the range works well. Burners burn, oven roasts/convects/broils and with four burners plus a warming zone, there is no shortage of space for pots. And, with the coordinating slim line OTR microwave, it's a very attractive set up. I'd still have trouble recommending it and would highly suggest shoppers to shop around or at least be aware of what I've experienced.

• Avoid this product like the plague! I’ve had mine for less than 6 month. The grease get trapped between the panels of glass on the door and cannot be removed. When I called for a service call, I was told that is the design of the product and “sometimes that happens”. I would have to pay for a technician the unassemble the door and clean the glass!

• The stove is beautiful. However its not for someone that uses a stove on a daily basic. The touch panel on the front is too sensitive, Ive ruined several dishes by accidentally shutting off the oven. Even a spatter of water or grease turns the oven off. Also, Ive had problems starting the oven and when I questioned this was told it was probably due to low WiFi at the time and I will admit the WiFi light came on. So a oven that wont start when the internet is off. Shuts off if you accidentally touch the panel. The stove is going back to the store and getting replaced with a different brand.. after the help desk staff told me the warranty didnt cover “Buyers Remorse”!

• Purchased in July. When cooking for Thanksgiving had a problem with the touch panel. If you reach across it to stir anything on a burner, the screen clears. You have to guess how long what is in the oven, has been there. The cool down fan made so much noise that repair came and after several weeks of waiting for the ordered part, it was replaced and now is fine. I called yesterday to Whirlpool and after waiting 22 minutes, had a person who had no resolution for the Touch screen issue. I will have to be very cautious when baking a cake etc and not reach across the front panel since it is so sensitive. It will clear! It is not a self cleaning! Water added! Not what self cleaning previously meant.Thank you for asking.

• I bought this unit a month ago. I rated poor for ease of use and performance. The LCD screen doesn't The prints on the control knob are not very legible, big or bright print and makes it more worse since it's hidden below the LCD Console surface. The middle burner meant for only 'warm' is a absolute waste. I wish there was one big burner at the rear. LCD screen malfunctions, the screen freezes quite often and I cannot turn on the oven. Also, to turn off the oven, there isn't proper indication that the oven is turned off. Also the timer alarm is very inaudible. The surface on LCD console and the stove top is very hard to clean.

• Screen went off in the middle of cooking dinner, now it is ruined. Only way to get screen to work is to turn one of the burners on and then it finally boots up. Even though the burner is on, it actually is not and never gets hot. The oven will not turn off either. Not happy and it is only 6mths old....should have known better than to buy the first smart oven on the market. So much for buying all top of the line Whirlpool appliances....smh I kind of wonder when the microwave is going to do the same thing.

• The control panel has had problems from the very start and you need to shut off the power to reset until the sand timer comes up and is frozen forever! Called a repair person and total cost with control panel and installation was over 1500. Stay away from this stove! Contacted Lowe’s and they said they have been having troubles with this product but to contact Whirlpool! Why would you keep selling them if you know there is a problem!
