The installation instructions with the microwave were easy to follow and straight forward. I like the heave construction of the GE microwave. I had looked at similar models by other manufactures and they were of inferior quality. Hopefully it will last.

Great microwave, plenty of room. Looks good with the chrome and black. I wish the wattage were higher. It was advertised as such. Overall, thumbs up.

It was a gift for my mom. She loves it!!! Loves that it warms her food fast and with less usage time. And it is her ideal size.

We had A smaller GE microwave so it's great to have the larger model. The popcorn pops perfectly and the potato button is awesome. The programming buttons are good. The only small issue I have is pushing the button to open the door seems a little difficult for this 76 year old lady.

Works great. Simple to use, no unnecessary “bells and whistles” I didn’t want another over the stove model so we installed a shelf and this is the perfect size for our needs. Plenty of power and is not too noisy at all. Love the quick select buttons. It looks very modern and goes well with my other stainless appliances. If I had to pick anything negative, the door latch is a bit stiff/firm to push but it is a latch after all and I have no problem using it even with my arthritic hands. I would highly recommend this product to friends and family.

As much as I dislike GE (had serious issues with 2 different models of their washers & dryers, barely lasted 2 years) this was the only model that fit the space on our counter & had a good price. The door lock feature is a real PITA and it's LOUD when it unlocks. The turntable moves very slow & it's kind of loud. We use to warm up cold coffee & heat up food, so it serves i's purpose overall.

It is the perfect size for my kitchen. The design is very nice. The control panel is easy to read and use. I highly recommend this microwave.

We love our GE microwave. It's a replacement for our other GE microwave. It's perfect for our counter and we use it all the time. It's wonderful.

My previous microwave was a very similar GE model. It was used -- a lot! -- for years. When it needed replacing, I was so happy to see this style was still available, only with some very nice improvements. I am a senior-age lady, living alone, and use the microwave multiple times every day. It was delivered within 24 hours, and was easy to unpack and lift onto the counter.
