• We received the riser with the purchase of the GE washer dryer combo unit. Being 5 feet tall, even I'm excited to have this added feature for less bending over!

• We're enthused about this product as it is ventless and will fit in our available space better than a side by side. We understand that it will take longer to dry but we're getting used to the features. I think the instructions can be more clear, like do tis, then, do that, to accomplish applying certain features.

• Page 3 of the manual states the GFR0728 riser is NOT advised for use with the Combo. So why would you show the 7" riser with combo in every ad or promotion? I am guessing it is not advised because it contributes to the rocking? Installers said they leveled my maching but they didn't. Can't use my new machine until resolved. The rear leg is up a 1/2 off the ground.

• Manual page 4 ... "Locate the 4 legs from the parts package" (i.e. leveling legs) Manual page 1 ... 'Kit' contents show no legs and no legs are included I will have the installers set the washer/dryer on wood so it doesn't damage the floor. Then I will buy leveling legs from McMaster Carr.
