Product arrived without damage. Installation was fairly easy.

New microwave looks great, has easy to use controls, and is loaded with features. 1.9 c f is spacious enough for larger dishes. 4 speed vent fan is powerful. Bought through local appliance company, so they provided delivery, removal/haul away of old unit, and installation. Installation was fast and professional without a hitch. Only complaint is that there was no hard copy operating manual. Dealer supplied a printed copy.

GE appliance (not GE profile): Basic 1.9 capacity stainless steel microwave (which is what we wanted) but still with necessary reheat, defrost, vent, light. Its not finger print resistant BUT you really only touch the handle and control buttons which are not stainless so it works.

Great look and features but has a loud vibration when it starts. If I press on a certain spot on the bottom when it’s running I can silence the vibration so it’s definitely a product issue. That part is very frustrating but I do like the other aspects.
