• This cooktop is unbelievable. So much room pots and pans. The controls are so sensitive and they keep the temperature stable I don’t know how they do it.

• I like this cooktop much better than my previous one. Works well, and easy to use. I still have an issue with the color of the top being black. It stays smuggled and dirty looking unless I clean immediately every time I use, and even has to be cleaned at least once a day. It is already showing come scratches even though I’m very careful not to move pans around on the top. I do wish they would have other options in color of cooktop.

• I bought this cooktop back in September 2022. It final arrived in April 2023. But it was worth waiting for the exact cooktop I wanted. I didn't choose the induction because all my pans were not magnetic. I really like how the controls are arranged for quick choice of burners. No knobs means easier clean-up too. I need to get use to the settings because it seems to run hot. So far I like it alot!

• Cooks fast and keeps temperature even. Easy to use and know if a burner is hot. Control lock keeps from accidentally turning on a burner and the built in timer is simple to use. Couldn’t be happier with it!

• This was installed by the builder and it was not the one I was supposed to get originally. I had a scary experience with it the first time I used it. It would "boil" on Simmer and my pot of water overflowed and burned my cooktop....there was also a funny smell coming from under my cabinet. I've only had this for less than a month and already they are replacing the computer boards. It's been a huge inconvenience because I have to have the builder electricians come and remove it and set it on the counter so that the repair man can change the parts, and then have the builder electricians come back and reinstall it!!! Also an inconvenience because I have to make other plans as to how I'm going to cook dinner. Not Happy!!

• I bought this in December 20 24 and was not able to use it much due to health issues but now that I’m using it it is the worst cooktop I’ve ever dealt with. It cooks very hot and even on a number two it boils. There doesn’t seem to be a simmer or medium. Everything burns.. The only time I use high is to start water boiling and then it’s hard to get it down to a lower level. I am so disappointed. I had a KitchenAid cooktop for over 20 years and finally had it replaced. I was looking forward to this new cooktop but Unfortunately, it is not made like the older ones.

• If I could rate 0 stars I would. KitchenAid has failed with this product. Bought it new and hasn’t worked from day 1. Called for service and the tech never showed up, only a phone call asking what the issue was. After waiting a month with no call about service I called customer support. They advised me to wait a few days while they contacted the tech. Waited a few days with no response. Called back again and customer support told me I would be contacted that day. Yet again no call from KitchenAid or the tech. On the phone today with customer support today for the 5th time and have been on hold for 45min yet again with no explanation. Surely KitchenAid can do better for customer service. Still no cooktop and no clue of when it will be fixed. What a poor excuse for a product and service. Take your money elsewhere. This will be the last KitchenAid product I buy

• Very good cooktop. At least one heat zone needs to be smaller in order to fit my smallest pots. That would make it 5-Stars.

• Have had nothing but trouble with controlling the temperature on each burner. We had a technician out after one month of service and he said the installers did not “calibrate” it. He supposedly did, but the problem still exists. Each heating pad still runs way too hot when even when lowering the temperature number. I can boil water on simmer. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT!

• Only lasted 2 years before it stopped working and kitchen aid does not have the parts to get it repaired. How can you still offer it but not have parts. Complete garbage

• I have been using the cook top for a couple of weeks. Not exactly what I was hoping for. Doesn't measure up to the white one i replaced (warning to not store glass jars above the cook top is a valid one!) Markings are not as easy to see/read; both controls and element rings. They heat up extra fast and hot and they adjust slowly when trying to decrease heat; I've overcooked multiple dishes already.

• Takes some getting used to. Lettering on cooktop lack prominent visibility. One has to look closely when making adjustments. I believe the cook top could gain more acceptability if one could read controls better.

• I'm finding it hard to keep shiny and streak free even though I'm using the recommended products. I also cannot see the outline of the burners. I had it installed in July and since then I have only used the front left burner and the middle burner once. It is extremely frustrating.

• I ordered 12 months ago finally came in used it for first time put a big scratch onit. Repair man came ouut to fix and broke electric wire waiting on him to fix. Wish someone would recommend what type of pans to use. not as good as the Jenne air I had for 24 years

• I bought this cooktop from a catalog and by talking with the salesman. So far it cooks OK. My problem is that I am unable to tell where the burners are and it does not clean wear. I am so unhappy I am considering trying to return it.

• We are very happy with our new KitchenAid cooktop which replaced one that was 18 years old. Our only problem is that it scratches very easily. We did not expect this issue with the new unit and it kind of spoils our excitement.

• Our kitchen was updated with all new KitchenAid appliances and I am liking the cooktop. It heats up very quickly and takes up so Little space which gave me more room for storage drawers beneath it. I also love the 5 burners and some extra features such as even melt on one and rapid high heat on another. Like all cooktops, you have to be careful with your pots and pans or you will scratch the surface. It hasn’t been a major problem but I am carful not to rub my Pots over the top.

• I am very disappointed in our Electric Cooktop. I may be doing something wrong but I feel the burners cook a lot hotter than my original cooktop. Even when the temperature is lowered to 1 or 2 the burner still is very hot and doesn't cool down a lot. Also the stovetop is very difficult to clean. I usually have to spend at least 10 minutes or more using various cleaners and the scrubber that came with the stovetop.

• We really do not like this cooktop. Within the first few months, we had to have parts replaced because one of the burners would never cool down. Overall, the burners take way too long to cool down to another level, 30-40 seconds. We have burned so many things! We had another Kitchenaid cooktop for many years and it worked so much better. We are really sorry we are having to put up with this cooktop.

• 1st time I had tried to use it and it will not operate. Looked at the trouble shooting guide and followed those steps and still not working. Tried to call for service help and was on hold for a 1/2 hour. When chose the option to be called back was given a timeframe of a week from my call. Tried to go on-line for help and same directions as in the booklet. Very frustrated
