• I wish I could return it, but the house came with it. I can barely fit more than 2 pots at the time on this thing. Not for a big household. Might be appropriate for a smaller household or people who cook occasionally. Whirlpool can I return this thing and pay the difference for a bigger one?

• I am giving it a 3 because of the flawed design. It has an angled burner which leads to you pan over hanging above the knobs. That would have been ok if the knobs weren’t plastic. Mine are already warped. This item was included with the home I purchased and didn’t have a choice.

• Love my new cooktop! It looks great in my kitchen, super efficient. It turns on cleaner than my older cooktop. Easy to install and it fits perfectly in a standard cooktop cutout. Would recommend to anyone.

• This stove top is very pretty, it looks great in my kitchen and it matches my already existing stainless steel appliances. The buttons work well but are a bit too easy to accident turn on, that’s why I only give it a 4 star review otherwise I think is perfect. Grates are heavy and sturdy, the burner is removable and you can easily wash every piece and put it back in place. It’s easy to quickly lift the grate and wipe it down. I also like how the grates can be lifted up or removed while for easy clean up. I’m overall very please with my new stovetop.

• I love this stovetop! It has 4 burners, and two of these burners have specialized features including speedheat and simmer. I like that the grates allow me to put my pots anywhere on the cooktop. The cooktop is very easy to clean and the grates easily lift up. The knobs are also very easy to turn and are all labeled. The cooktop is also very quiet. It makes much less noise then my previous one did. So far I have been using this daily to cook and have had no issues. I reccomend!

• See pictures for a before and after! So pretty and doesn’t take up my whole counter. I like that the knobs are right in the front, it just makes more sense to me. The best feature is that the cooking grates just lift up easily to clean up underneath. My grates before were so heavy and clunky there was nothing keeping them in place. Wipes down easily with a paper towel and all purpose cleaner. I have t noticed any scratches either after cleaning.

• Love the design of this cooktop, clean and mainstream. It elevates the look of the kitchen. Had to make adjustments to my countertop to fit the cooktop but definitely worth it. Love that the hinges of the grates lift up for easy cleaning after cooking a family meal. Definitely recommend this cooktop. It

• Optimal temperature regulation of each burner The cooktop is well built. Very easy to install. Gas regulators for each burner have fine adjustments so you can get optimum temperature settings for each burner.. Overall, we’re very happy with the stove top

• Omg I love this stove as the flame is strong and cooks fast as well. I’m a mom of two so spending so much time on cooking is not me and ever since I started using this stove I’m saving so much time which is a huge relief for a mom.

• I have received whirlpool gas cooktop. It looks amazing. The material is durable and easy to clean since I have one similar at home. I look forward to replace my old one this weekend.

• Not sure why do they make the cast-iron grates so high that most of the time you waste 80% of the energy. Bad for the environment and bad for your pocket. I did not select these products but builder has a deal with whirlpool for clearing out their inventory. I (almost all the buyers in the development have issues with their appliances. They are pushed into Warranty phase on day one, you can not refund/upgrade. You are suck with it. If you are buying a house don't fall for these words "we cover it fully" it means we will keep repairing it or telling you that it is not supported and after 12 months you are stuck with a worthless appliance.)

• I replaced my 15 year old Whirlpool cooktop with the EZ-2-Lift Hinged Cast Iron Grates model last week. I read a lot of reviews. The folks at the appliance store addressed my concerns and helped me to select this one. The design is sleek and modern and it fits very well in my kitchen over my oven. The grates are heavy but they lift easily and the stainless top cleans well with soap and water. The ignition on each burner is intact and responsive and I have noticed a big difference in the amount of time needed to cook. I rarely have to turn the flame beyond medium to low. Overall, very happy with my purchase and hope those who decide on this model are as well.

• So far we are happy with our purchase. Glad to make the transition from electric back to natural gas. After using the cooktop for the first time, I did notice that one of the knobs was damaged. We tried to contact someone in customer service on a Monday, but website said office was closed. Really? We did buy a replacement knob which should be delivered soon. Hopefully, it is the right one. The only person we were able to speak with directly just wanted to sell us an extended warranty. I would rate your customer service as poor........too difficult to speak to a person. Website is set up to minimize direct human contact.

• I purchased this stove top about a month ago. I believe this has a manufacturing defect. It is extremely difficult to cook on. The grates are out of level, and I found the base is level. I have placed 1/2 in. nuts under the front to almost bring it level. Now I can cook eggs without half overcooked and the other half raw, I am very disappointed and I believe the defect was known and put on sale. Because of this I doubt I will purchase another Whirlpool product.

• I have been using this gas cook-top for 6 weeks & i don’t like it at all. The knobs are too close to the front burners & when I use large pots or pans as I often do, I burn my fingers. I repotted this issue to whirlpool & they sent a tech who said that since the cook-top was not broken there was nothing they could do. He just suggested to use smaller pots & pans or to move them away every time I needed to adjust the knobs. I don’t recommend this appliance.

• Although recently purchased, my wife enjoys her new cooktop. The look is appealing and goes with our built in whirlpool oven and microwave. Like the speedboat and hinged grill gates. I wish Whirlpool stood behind all their brands such as KitchenAid. We've had a very bad experience with our dishwasher, it's the second one we've purchased. It still leaks, been out 6 times since March 2024, purchased August 2023, and the technician states it can't be fixed. How would you like to have water on your floor every time you empty your dishwasher? I've even written Dr. Marc Bitzer, President & CEO to no avail. I will never purchase another KitchenAid and still wonder why I just purchased my new cooktop. I pray I have no issues as the company doesn't stand behind their warranty. Would love to discuss.

• I was first hesitant about buying Whirlpool and I was also i hesitant about the hinged cooking grate, but I am happy to report it is easier to clean underneath the grates. It just lifts easily for no fuss cleaning. The components of the cooktop are good quality and doesn't feel lightweight or cheap. So all in all, I have no complaints. I have bought many brands over the years. Who knew that Whirlpool was this good? Not me.

• This gas cooktop is next level. I love that it has a simmer burner and a speedheat burner in addition to the 2 multi purpose burners. It has made cooking dinner for my family I completely different experience. I no longer dread standing over the cooktop for longer than I need. It looks so nice, and the gates are easy to pull off and wash. It’s absolutely amazing!

• I replaced a 28-year-old Whirlpool cooktop with this unit last month. I love how quickly this heats up, how powerful the flame is and how easy it is to clean (we have messy cooks in my household!). The power burner and the simmer burner are new to me and I look forward to using them often.

• 12 inch fry pan rocked quite badly on three out of four burners. They replaced grates promptly. They marked improvement over originals, but not perfect. Low flame on all three burners plus simmer burner way too high. Reduced size to get one burner lower with propane kit provided.

• Wish that I had read reviews before purchase. I hope that Whirlpool has changed the control knob material by now. I’ve had my cooktop for less than a year and the far left knob closest to my preferred burner is warped. The flimsy film covering is bubbled up and looks terrible.

• I am so grateful I was picked for this campaign. Unfortunately delivery keeps getting rescheduled and I got a warning to not miss my review. Should be coming soon and I will make another review once installed! Looking forward to a new upgraded cooktop!
