• Garbage, do not buy this. It’s incredibly finicky to turn on, sometimes I just give up and use a rice cooker. It’s impossible to get clean, you can’t get the streaks off. We’ve had it two weeks and there are already marks on the element circles. We unfortunately had to replace our kitchen aid cooktop that died after only 4 years, and they don’t make the parts for it anymore but at least it cleaned well and the surface stayed almost pristine the whole 4 years. Sadly though only thing Kitchen Aid would do for us is issue a coupon to Whirlpool so we bought this as a replacement but it’s garbage. I will never buy Kitchen Aid or Whirlpool again. So disappointing.

• Recently had my cooktop installed and it has been challenging. The only instructions we got were a quick start guide that were hard to follow. We had to search on line to find your more detailed guide which for sure was better but still found a little confusing. And I learn best from videos and there were no videos on youtube for your appliance. For the parts of the cook top we now know how to use the cooktop is great. And there are other options we find difficult to learn based on what is provided.

• This was super easy for the guys to install it didn’t take very long at all for them to swap out my current induction stove. This one has so many more amazing settings and looks so nice in my house. I love that it is so big and that it cooks my food so fast. Whirlpool is a trusted brand and loved brand in my house. This has great temperature control as and the cleaning is so easy. Love also how safe this is.

• Absolutely beautiful cooktop! Having used whirlpool appliances for years, I am comfortable with the quality and durability of their products. I love the fact that with the temperature technology my food will always (or should, fingers crossed!) be cooked perfectly. Cleaning will also be streamlined as the smooth surface allows for a quick wipedown.

• I had some assistance from friends helping me set this up. Once it's installed, it’s pretty quick to get up to temperature. Nice to replace my old one. Had to make adjustments to the size of fitting. Induction works with the right cookware. Overall, there are no issues with this

• This stove top is beautiful and my kitchen was slightly delayed so it hasnt been installed yet, but it is big and beautiful. I have no issues or hesitation regarding cooking on this stove top. It smooth and looks clean and crisp and even more important durable.

• This truly lives up to its name being Induction Intelligent. There are sensors in the cooktop of ensure that you maintain heat to avoid burning anything. You can even use presets if you are consistently making the same things over and over so it will understand what temperature to use. The hr heating element also will only heat to match the size circumference of your pan as to avoid any burns with skin or burns on cooktop. However if you do spill on cooktop the WipeClean technology which is new tonWhirlpool with this cooktop makes cleaning with just water a cinch. You no long have to use cleaning products on it if you don’t want to. Not only does this appliance have smart technology in it to avoid cooking mishaps it also have voice recognition technology with Alexa or Google so you can use additional control of cooking with hands free application. This beats my old appliance by a landslide and is truly the future of modern kitchens. Aesthetically pleasing, durable, practice, and high quality this appliance will be able to last you a long time with proper care. The large rectangular burner is great for two big pans or a long skillet. More space with a 36” surface area, plenty of room for a large family without overcrowding! • Completely disappointed with cooktop. Was not installed until after 30 days so no option to return. The wipe clean surface is very shiny and leaves water marks if not completely dried by towel after cleaning. Not user friendly, very slow up start once you push the ON button. Pan option placement set very far back, where my back pots actually hit the my quartz backsplash. Don't waste your money.

• We have enjoyed the cooktop so far. It cooks quickly and efficiently. There is a learning curve after having used radiant electric cooktop for many years. Still haven't gotten the app to work with the cooktop and some assistance from Whirlpool may be required, but pleased with the purchase so far.

• This induction hob is so good that I am delighted. It is sturdy, powerful, and the glass is easy to clean. I like the temperature regime. It's great that it's safe in a house with children.
